On a night out with[purple] Nyssaflutterby [/purple]caching through the area, we stopped off to find and log this cache.
unfortunately this cache would not come out of its container and so i could not sign the log. I do however have a photograph of the stuck container to prove the find and for photo log.

Opened container....yes it was a bit tight but did it by hand......nothing wrong with the cache.....what a waste of time, effort and money!
Have found it but could not sign the log as the container seemed to maybe be broken and without some sort of screwdriver or something could not find a way in. See needs maintainence log for image

3rd of 5 finds today at 10:35 on a morning bike with Pipzi.
This was a quick find right where it was supposed to be. Very well camouflaged container.

A lovely bit of cache construction this. I reckon there is no way weather will cause issues with this one. Nice job wingaap, all contents safe and as dry as would be expected. TFTC
A few people playing ball nearby. A few walkers with their pooches too. But managed to use the art of throw stick for geodog, take a rest and sign a log at once. TFTC
Out with Ness01, easy find. In: 2x hairgrips, out: umbrella.

What a tidy cache, with nice inner container all dry. Found with the brissiebutlers!
Geoson really enjoyed the mini skateboard found in this cache. Left a trinket. I could imagine this one gets washed away frequently when the creek comes up. Great maintainence thought wingaap; nice new log book and everything packed in layers of plastic.
I forgot about this one.....thanks for the update Sir Fang
The floods strike again.....disabled until I can get down and check out the area.
The creek is still running high at this stage

Alright. So we've already established I'm crazy. Already wet, I returned all the missed calls on my phone, responded to emails & thought, what the hey... What's one more? It's for a good cause . I drove past the SES cache but they're putting sand bags out so I didn't feel right to begin a search. Looks like they're expecting big wet this weekend. TFTC Wingaap
Not so many ants for me at this one. Nice easy classic cache. I am on a roll today.
MrsGreenGeckos and I got leave passes this afternoon to have a wander around some of the geocaches around my home. I have had these caches on my 'radar' since moving in here (at my father-in-law's) since March this year.
With my new get fit campaign finally allowing me the fitness to pedal great distances, this was one of our finds.
We had a very Anty day and this cache was no exception. Grrr.
Unfortunately, this one was our last find as we could couldn't find the last one of the day. A bit sad, really, but that's the game we play!

Out caching with MischievousMaverick today. Yikes, ants every where. TFTH
A few muggles around, but cache is in an easy location. - Sharpened Pencil - TFTC
A bit too early to require shade, but nice trees all the same. A few bikes going past, but they were on a mission, and didn't notice us.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
# 1078. Another one done of the series. So many of these wonderful trees about and so good for hiding things. A quick find at this one and we were on our way. TFTC
It wasn't quite sunny enough yet to require the shade of this lovely specimen. Still lots of cyclists using this path to commute somewhere. We were slowly heading upstream against the flow.

Another cache we found back in late July. Forgot to log it till now. This bike path is a minefield of hidden caches.
Back today to check on "Emily's Dance" TB and sure enough it was there. can't see how we missed it.
Will move on shortly.
Will move on shortly.
Quick find by Barb. Cache and log in good condition.
Grabbed the "Piranjao's Happy Caching Souvenir Collector" TB, but didn't notice the "Emily's Dance" TB. Hopefully I just missed it, but will go back tomorrow to check.

On the bike caching, first time for ages, at last a reasonable cache size!
Dropped a TB that I have had for way too long.

Muggles, muggles everywhere. Had to wait patiently for the right moment to grab the cache. TFTC.
No problems grabbing the cache despite a few walkers out enjoying the late afternoon sunshine. Thanks wingaap.
A shady respite indeed, all the way along that no through road, in fact! Surely one of the quietest streets in Brisbane. We liked the swing that someone had strung up by the creek, and pondered the architecture of the house on the corner. TFTC, wingaap. =^.^=
I parked up and made my way toward this one. Thankfully, it was far away enough from muggles. My first pass didn't yield a cache - but my second pass did The cache is in good condition. TFTC Mr Wingaap
I was Enoggering along the bikeway this morning by bike.... of course
Approaching GZ from the east I wasn't too confident of a find though [:o]
The creek was chock a block with little muggles splashing around and building sand castles.
Travelling a bit further I was relieved to find the GPS was taking me a comfy distance from all the water sports.
So finding the cache was a breeze
I popped "PuddleBrick Soldier" into this cache by the creek

What I really need is some sunny respite after the last week visiting Queensland! Easy find thanks
Arrived at another "familiar location"
Another quick find out on the Wingers section of the PT.
Thanks Wingers, enjoying this part of the PT.

A family basket ball match was on nearby, but luckily the cache was hidden far enough away for them to not notice me. TFTC, wingaap!
Well hidden, but it did not take us long to find it. (Hope it is not time for you to make a trip to specsavers, Andrew). Thanks for the cache wingaap.
Just couldn't find it. There were muggles with kids so I was wary but still ...
I tried my best but couldn't find this one.
There were muggles with children around so I had to be careful but still, short of kicking all the mown grass away from all possible clue locations I couldn't find a place where this might be hidden.

Tonight Nyssaflutterby and I decided at the last minute to chuck our bikes in the monster truck and go grab a few night caches along the spooky dark enoggera bikeway. I had dragged my very old bike out for the occasion, and it was not doing me any favours despite my recent effort at making it roadworthy.. I basically had figured out by this point I had no properly working brakes Around the nearby S-bend in the path, which I only saw at the last minute in the dark, I nearly went straight into the creek.. well that would have been a story to tell! Wow. Anyway avoiding this disaster, we arrived at GZ and started the hunt. I actually saw this cache and for some reason just went 'thats not it' and moved on, and then i went back and was like 'why did i not think this was it?' God knows, lack of sleep maybe? The cache is in good condition, signed and returned. Thanks again Wingaap ^^
Zooming past GZ, as I was having to much fun with Brightskies on our epic night bike mission along the Enoggerra Eclipse Bikeway. She asked how far to the cache, I'll just check, which is a mission to do while riding a bike. Oooops, umm, it's back there 100 metres! So we turned around, which apparently is another harder thing for her to do on her crazy brake squeaking bike. Arriving at GZ I hung back to let Brightskies have the joy of cache finding glory. She found it after a quick relook. It was at this point of our journey that it was time to start heading home....... but hmmm, there is a cache just around the corner?!

No shady characters to be found (only a cache) on a quiet week day by the creek. TFTC W.
at 12:49. No trouble with this one.
TFTC again Wingaap. Another cache in good order.

The owner of the last house in the street was out in the street cleaning his boat - one of those big white cruiser boats not a tinny. At GZ, a pram pushing muggle was playing fetch with her dog with one of those plastic ball slinging devices. Just down the path, a couple of other muggles were swinging picks trying to re-claim the banks of the creek. We were caching. What a glorious autumn day.

Kid chaos today with all 5Meerkats and geo sapiens out for some collective caching.
This one was tucked up very well, so Mr Meerkat missed it initially. A very nice hide. TFTC, wingaap!

It's a herd of elephants, NO! it's a gazillion hippos charging down the path... NO! it was the geosapiens teamed with the 5meerkats - 4 adults and 5 kids walking on this beautiful bike trail... there was laughing, screaming, giggling, yelling, running, walking, piggy-backs, stroller rides, rolling, punching, kicking, pushing and sitting....but boy was it fun!!!
Most of the geokids went running to the nearby park - whilst a few searched. Mrs GS unearthed this one allowing miss 5meerkat to grab. Few swaps made and we left TB.

The kids decided they needed to have a play on the way from the last cache so Mr DisSister stayed with them while I continued on to this cache. I had found, signed and was just returning it when they arrived. This one took some waiting for muggles to pass before I could replace it. TFTC
Fourth find of the mornings geocycle along this power trail.
By now, I am cycling past walkers, stopping, searching and grabbing the cache whilst avoiding the muggles, waiting for said walkers to wander past again, before replacing the cache and repeating the process again. The walkers are starting to get suspicious of me..... Why is this twit starting and stopping all the time? Pretending to have a drink, take a rest, talk on the phone is no longer working. I'm getting strange looks.
Nice easy find - the challenge was being discrete about the grab. SL.

I walked straight to the obvious target but after finding nothing on a brief inspection, saw the iPhone point directly to another place. After a solid loop of that one, I returned to the more sensible place and of course, found it there immediately. I guess iPhones are right sometimes, just not all the time. Anyway, all was fine here today and cache reconcealed appropriately. Thanks for these!
Out on the bike trail {but walking} with my geokids - Gambler2000 & Dman2006, and my pal Wombleywoo & her other half and 3 geokids
Such a pretty area.... so many muggles out walking their dogs... riding their bikes.... riding bikes.... they certainly make things alot harder... grabbed in between their muggle activities

=) Great spot for a cache.. gotta love the big old trees in this area, still no walkers around so had the place to myself TFTC =)
This was a great place to stop along the bikeway and we waited a while for some dog walkers to pass.
Enjoyed the respite provided when we used the additional hint to help locate this cache.
Took the Keep It Movin' USA Nomad Geocoin and left the Nurse Geocoin to commence its journey.
Thanks again Wingaap for this cache.

A pleasant stroll along the path to get to the area. No muggles to interrupt my search and I soon had the cache in hand.
There was a nearby spot to sit and sign the log where no one would have taken a second glance.
I dropped in a USA Nomad Geocoin to keep it moving.

Had to ride past this one on the first pass as there were muggles close by. However I could still the general area from the next cache and given the muggles had moved on was able to double back for the prize. Muggle traffic increases rapidly around here
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 9:29am. The cache was found quite quickly. The cache is in good condition. TFTC
Sat to replace batteries, found the cache in good condition. Thanks again wingaap.
A quick find on our morning following this series. Although there were people in the nearby park nobody was at all interested in what we were doing nearby. Dropped of Sherlock Holmes geocoin to continue its journey. Yet another great tree in another one of Brisbane's little neighbourhood parks. TFTC and the series.
As the family went forward along the bike path I went slightly left I am glad that I have left my "off road" tyres on bike, as my slicks would have had me in the creek .
Cache found safe and sound, I signed the log book and had to go chase down the family
Thanks

Took a little time to decide on which set of shade but relying on gut instinct rather than heavily sheltered GPS cache was in hand.
Had some lunch near this cache. Rain came down again but luckily we were under the shelter at the time. Log dry. TNLN TFTC Thanks wingaap
Apologies in advance for the copy & paste logging. Completing both Brother Colin's and Wingaap's Enoggera Creek Bikeway series in one hit means a bit much logging to do individually
Anyway, I started up the top of The Gap at Yoorala Street and worked my way down to Newmarket. The longest workout the old mountain bike has had in a while. It was uncanny how Brother Colin and Wingaap knew I needed to get some more exercise and created this power trail to help
A relatively quick find. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and replaced.

Found @ 10:23 on 18/03/2012. This was my 15th find of 35 total finds today whilst out and about in the rain.
Somewhere to sit and take a short rest (and sign a log) before moving on in what ended up being back to my car direction. All innocence here.

Cache was in fine condition today. No problems finding or retrieving log. Love watching the creek with the extra water in it at the moment. Thanks wingaap
It was still fairly early so no need for any shady respite. Muggles were sparse so we managed to wander in and get the cache without too many hassles.
Found while out with Kaisho53 and Gunnie69 doing the new bike trails in the western suburbs and some other caches along the way!.
