Logs
We have set off on our annual winter escape but with no real plans other than a set of ideas. Our first stop is Bendigo, a place we haven't visited for any length of time in the past. There appears to be much to see and a good variety of caches to keep us entertained. We met up with our caching buddies Rebel Acts and Omegaman for a few days as well which added to the laughs and fun.Caches logged as RASPOM or SKI Pair if they had already found them. This is one of the caches we have found to date.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache tigersden.**SKI Pair****
Out and about with omegaman and ski pair around the Bendigo and Echuca area, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today.Logs signed as RASPOMThanks tigersden for the cache.
I am hitting the road again with my Rebel Acts and Ski pair to have some fun and explore new places. While I don't mind caching locally, there is nothing like a road trip for a few days putting smiles on the map. I had a great time with lots of laughter and caching fun. Today's logs are signed as RASPOM."
Second find on what started as a bad caching day. Let's hope my luck continues. TNLN, TFTC
With dot558travelling back to Melbourne from an overnight stay at eaglehawk Geocaching styleThanks for the caches
Thanks for the cache. I had my 2 grand daughters with me and the loved looking for it and finding treasures.
Working late today I decided to spend my lunch break getting my cache for the day. A nice quick one only 10 min from work. Today make 35 days towards my current streak.
Thanks Tigersden for placing this cache

Continuing on my unplanned day heading into Bendigo via the scenic route. The Golf Course was mega busy - maybe a competition. There looked like caddies wearing tabbards. Quick drive by. Many thanks. It's been a while since I logged one in this series
On a road trip to Bendigo to see the Family and what is a road trip without a few caches. As this cache was close to where we were staying, and the weather was good we ducked out to see if we could put another smiley on the map. After finding the nearby cache "Mossy Tops" we stopped to pick up this cache on the return journey. We found the cache in the obvious spot, but it was Mrs Pooky who made the retrieval, Mr Pooky was concerned about crawlies in the hiding spot. On what had been a very deserted road became peak hour whilst we were signing the log with a number of Muggle vehicles whizzing by, obviously wondering why we were stopped where we were stopped. TFTC and taking us to do some more exploring of the area. TNLN and visited our newly retrieved TB.
Find No. 3694. Found with FUF009 at 5.45pm.
What a busy day. First up we dropped Mr Tyred n Cranky off at the Harcourt Footy Ground, then Mrs Tyred n Cranky together with FUF009 went into Castlemaine Op Shopping and looking around.
On our way back to Harcourt we found a couple of caches along the way, then done the Adventure Lab in Harcourt. It was then time to pick up Mr Tyred n Cranky from the footy.
Before leaving we had a long earned cuppa and eats then we headed for home up the highway and into Belvoir Park Road to grab the three caches along there and then it was homeward bound we went.
Another quick find but this time with the help from the headlights on the ute. Sure does get dark quick at this time of the year.

Pulled up across the road. A relatively quick find once I employed my favourite TOTT. TFTC
Mmmm, an early start towards home this morning saw me miss my usual turn. Oh well, go a bit further on and then cut across. Then I decided to check to see if there was a cache nearby. Yes. Good. On my way. Pulled up at GZ and made a fairly quick find. Great spot. Now that I am home I can see that I drove straight past another cache. Oh well, next time. Thanks tigersden, grabbed the clue.
What a nice spot to stop, beautiful trees along this road. Quite a few houses along here!
Since we foundthe first one we thought we could continue along. . . We noticed a little sonething about this cache. Decided to take some notes
How can this really quiet road have someone out walking on the bit where I need to stop? It’s only 9 degrees too. Anyway, had to go up and back to avoid being seen!
I started today fairly seedy. I had enjoyed some port around my campfire the previous night and not got going as early as I had hoped. But I had decided to just amble along.
Ok, just 1 more.

In Bendigo for a day’s caching and with a little time on our hands before meeting friends the kids and I picked up a quick cache or two. Nice easy find here. Many thanks.
On my way to the 10 month till St Arnaud event and as I was coming through this way I picked up this one.
Now I came across a clossed road as I took the wrong way in but as I had the Geocruiser I was able to make my way through to find the correct road.
I must come back and visit a couple of these wineries one day.
Thanks tigersden TFTC

Our last find for this day.
Suscoe was heading back to their temporary base and stopped by here, Sunny and Thirty at GZ.
The vines look quite sad across the road, they need a really good drink.
Thanks to tigersden for this hide.
Time to head for tea and a cold drink.

Made a quick find of this cache. I needed to find the last few caches before attempting the final part of this series. Thanks for the hide.
Another easy find, but realised I forget to check for a clue in the last one. We'll have to go back to check now! At least not too far back!
