Its been muggled again, We will put a new one out in a slightly different spot
I think this may have been muggled, I found two lots of Velcro but no sign of any sort of container nearby
Yay another one for the day, left a lolly and bracelet behind for the next visitors
A bit tricky for me as it didn't really look like there was anywhere to hide it. But whoever created this geocache if you live nearby might want to go back and fix it as the velcro came off as we pulled it out. SORRY. we didn't have any Sellotape with us but think it might need something a bit more permanent. We trapped the Velcro in the lid and stuck it back that way.

This was my first geocaching and was amazed at the beauty of the park! Wouldn't have even known the park existed, can't wait to do more
Phone knew where it was going but my brain was telling me otherwise. Should have listened to the phone lol TFTC

With the two English hitch hikers wanting a ride to New Plymouth on board missing out on the Hawera Southgate cache they want another. This one is it. No GPS, but we sort of know what we're looking for. We all got a bit fixated with the Toy Wall, but that WAS worth the close look. There could only be one place for it and so it proved to be. Jed had already looked there but the tender touch of a good feel around is better, and so I proved. Geocache number sixteen on my return home from NZMCA Easter rally in Foxton is in hand. TFTC. Nice spot.

[green] Decided to something a little different today. First get a ride with my friend who works in Wanganui, then abscond with the car and go caching in Hawera. She doesn't mind, and actually was quite pleased - the car was returned with more petrol than it started with.
Except I made a boo-boo. I downloaded a pocket query into the GPS but must have put it in a wrong folder - the caches don't show up. So I am caching with my phone. At least the rain has stopped.
What a cute little park, tucked out of the way behind everything. A little concerned that the cache location is in full view of someone's lounge window, though. Photo.

The GPS pointed to the aggies and I inwardly groaned. I was pleased when I retrieved the cache. TFTC
Mrs Firewoof's home town so be both knew where this cache was but surprised in how much it has been tidied. TFTC

After spending Christmas with family in Wellington, we made our way slowly North again, exploring Wanganui and Taranaki along with collecting a few caches along the way. Made our way down to the bridge, shame there was a pushchair in the stream, the bridge was older than I was expecting, but cache was soon in hand. TFTC
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.

Noobie geocachers helped me find this one jusy as it was starting to get dark, well, there were there while I did all the dirty work!!! Qucik find though.
Teeming with rain so this was a very quick find as we sheltered under the trees to look at it. TFTC
136th find for The Great Scouts Australia Geocaching Competition 2013. Found with sunhalo, TFTC Cars&trains.
Found this one while on a Spyder ride around the mountain. Left key tag and signed log. Thanks for the cache.
What a fantastic little park. Great location for a cache - well done Cars&trains.
As I was pulling out the log to sign a muggle appeared suddenly from the nearby track. Luckily I had my caching bag open and near the cache container so within seconds I had everything in my bag and I walked off to a nearby seat to sign the log.
As I walked out of the park a sign caught my attention (see pic) that made me chuckle. It has some good advice.

All quiet at GZ with no muggles in sight. Quick find and not even a duck as a witness TFTC.
Stopped here and had lunch at a nearby picnic table today, the cache was a bonus. Nice facility, and Mrs agcnz loved the "toy wall" - someone went to a lot of trouble here! The cache was a quick find - signed log, TFTC
I had visited the wall several years ago. It has grown considerably since and now looks very impressive. Thanks for the excuse for a re-visit.
Whilst on a cycle trip around Mt Egmont we spent some time checking out caches and found this one. Liked the wall. TFTC
Another nice day out geocaching - started at 6-30am to give me a good 14 hours of geocaching in daylight!
Soon found this cache - the toy wall is quite something!

No idea where I went wrong here - but will blame tree cover for interfering with the GPS! I had a good look in the obvious places, but the rain (and river level) were a bit much after a few minutes, so I shall look forward to finding this next time I'm down this way
Lots of treasures. Took Takahe to keep company with The Redwoods. I think this is my 100th cache so
