Well I found the cache but it is dire need of maintenance!!! The lid was not properly attached and the container was full of insects and their eggs. The log was smushed around the pen and soaked. I took a photo of what I found as I couldn't sign the log.

Found it I don't think exactly where its supposed to be but it is there.TFTC.Bubblegum14
I was passing at 9pm and decided to check out the access.
I found that I could park so that the headlights illuminated the hide and strolled the 10m to the cache.
I soon found the cache and retrieved it from a wet hide.
The cache contained a pen and a small scrap of saturated paper.
I took it back to the car and inserted a larger piece of paper and returned it to the hide.
I placed a roof over the hide to try to keep the water out as the current lid does not fit.
It really needs some TLC

The cache appears to have been muggled as I found the container on the ground nearby. I looked all around the area and was able to find the camo and bits of the log but unfortunately no lid. I love the theme of the hide. Thanks for the cache.
Found while 'stretching legs' on the drive back from camping in Nelson Bay NSW. Easy find even in the dark, and despite the insect not being attached to the berocca tube. Insect was found nearby. Tube had some water in but log seemed ok when signed. Not sure about pen as I used my own. Replaced insect loosely on top of tube to keep out water. Cap is missing from his belly. TFTC.
Judging by the frequency of lid issues from previous logs, perhaps some sort of camo or coverage can be placed to hide the cache, as it is quite exposed to random muggles and council lawnmowers?
Nice find on our trip north.

Found at 1015 with Marg. Marg found this one. Attempted while on a wekend break on the Gold Coast. The cache needs a bit of TLC. When found the Name sake was separated from the cache. there was no log and the cap is missing and it was full of water as a result. I clean it up a bit put in a temp log book made of RITR paper. When I replaced it I turned it upside down. to try to keep the water out. The good news is the pen was still there.
Definitely one to take the kids to find. Loved the cache. A favourite from me. Thanks.
Popped of the highway on my way home from work to tidy this one up with a smilie on my map.
Loved the camo. TFTC

Found this one with the kids on the way home from the natural bridge. Glad i had some warning about what to expect -great cache thanks bubblegum14
I was with La Kedi on 22/09 when she found it. Lid was found nearby with guardian so we re-united it. The cache seems fine to me, Bubblegum14
Awesome hide! Loved it thanks Bubblegum! The hint made it a quick easy find and I didn't have to venture into the bush as my GPS would have had me doing!

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
What a great construction!! Nearby trucks almost made us skip this one but all the drivers were asleep so we were able to sneak in undetected. A great hide. Thanks Bubblegum14
Stopped by this one in the company of Captain Terror today, on our way home from a day caching on the coast. After a short search we came up with the cute container

On my way home from a serious hike up a big hill, I took a small detour to secure this cache. I pulled up to find the place deserted and only had to contend with the odd car passing by. I parked the Gunniemobile strategically so it would block the view for most, that worked well and as I moved in for the hunt, I located the neat little container very quickly... Lucky it was a day time hunt...
I took the cache back to the car for business to stay out of sight, then dropped it back in place and added the appropriate camo.
Cheers Bubblegum14.

Stopped off for this cache on the way home from doing a cache maintenance run. There were some big trucks parked up which concealed us from inquisitive eyes. Mr. Herbz fortunately discovered the little beast as Mrs. Herbz didn't want to touch it. A fun hide. TFTC.
A couple of weekends ago, I was flying past this spot heading home. I thought - I wonder why there is no cache in that little park. I glanced at my GPSr as I went onto the highway. Ah!! There is a cache there Disappionting.
So I decided to "right" the situation today - before heading up to Mt Tamobrine. There was truck trailers all over the show - and a truck. But thankfully, he was just on the right angle where a driver couldn't see me.
I found the cache after a small hunt. Now that is a pretty cool - and well-built cache. The cache is in good condition. There goes another favourite point. A man fights hard for his favourite points don't you know?
A good effort, Bubblegum14 - TFTC

Having been along this road a lot, I wasn't sure how this was going to work, but sure enough, plenty of room to pull over. Was getting a bit dark this afternoon and the hint narrowed the hunt as I scratched around with a stick. Soon spied the beast and ah cool, very nice hide here. Signed log and replaced before heading north on the Motorway. TFTC Bubblegum 14
Took a bit to work out how to get there, but eventually got to park nice and close.
Great work on the container!!
Thanks Bubblegum14

A quick detour on the way home from work.
It was getting dark so I busted out the LED flashlight. I initially searched the wrong area and found some itchity grubs and cockies hanging off the back of a tree. (creepy... See photo)
The cache was found soon after. Nice one. Great camo.
Thanks for the cache.
Well done Aussie L on the FTF on your birthday. (I had mentioned on earlier in the day on FB that you needed a FTF for your birthday... With no idea a cache would be published that night).
While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.

thanks to the directions and the Hint I was able to find it quickly
made sure i dug around after, as well as before, finding -so it stays put
it will be a good one to do when heading away from the Coast
