Tree is over grown but found, last person didn't put the lid on properly and it was a bit wet inside, is sealed properly now
Really cool find! Out of the way but worth it. Might need some insect repellent though.
Found It!A quick find here which was good since the mosquitos were hungry!TFTC
Found with my son after a 10+ year break from geocaching.
Thanks for the hide, just down the road from where we live now.

My second cache find ever. It was a tricky one to access, however my dad - Map Monkey helped me.
A good container, a good spot and a great time. Thank you for the hide.

Have been trying to get to this one for quite a while and had some spare time. Nice easy find and also grabbed the trackable to move on.

Wouldn’t say it was olive green, tree has also obviously grown since and can confirm definitely tangled.
Nice big cache.
Dropped off a moose TB and heaps of fix’ems from Woolies.
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. How good is this country!!
jjjml, I found Glen Isla Bird Gallery today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

1st find just started today after bumping into a lovely lady at cannonvale beach who was searching for one. Great fun.
Great Northern escape 2022 Day 102. Bowen to Proserpine. After a relaxed start,I drove down to Proserpine along a section of Bruce Highway that had road works nearly all the way. I managed two of the three I had planned for the trip and then setup camp at Proserpine. I spent the rest of the morning visiting the caches around town and out towards the airport. After lunch I went for the drive to the dam. Tomorrow will be Airlie beach.
This was another side trip, and after a short drive I was at the cluster of trees. It is not hidden as described any more, but it will bite you if you look at it and not see it. ...
Thanks for the cache jjjml

I stopped at this one a few times today and spotlighted tonight. I saw eight crocs today and was too afraid to move any roots by the small tree. Wanted to drop this trackable.
Making our way to Townsville and grabbing selected caches on the way. This one had a few attributes that help a challenge back down south so it made the list.
We were very impressed with the bird gallery we saw on the road in: kites, ducks, geese, kookaburras, finches, Willy wagtails as well as all the other wildlife: horses, cows, kangaroos but no crocodiles in the river at the end.
The cache was a simple find right at GZ, thanks for bringing us down here

Today was our 3rd day of our trip to Townsville for the MEGA Event and our group consisted of TMZ59, Patrol14, Peppa and me and as we stayed in Mackay last night we decided to get some of the caches on our to do list to help fill our various challenges. We were undecided if we would get it as the fear of meeting a croc was scaring us away but no problems we soon had a cache in hand. Log signed and cache replaced as found before heading off to see if there were any cross at the river. A quick climpse of one waiting for his dinner before going on our way to our next cache. TFTC
Third day of our trip to Townsville for the MEGA and we (Peppa, TMZ59., Imbunda and I) have a list of caches to do along the way. This was one of them for another LGA or special attribute needed for a challenge.
As we stopped at GZ, TMZ59 spied it from the car. Peppa did the signing honours. After replacing the cache we made our way to the Proserpine River where we did see a croc. Interesting location.
Found on 11 April 2022 at 3.03pm. TFTC, jjjml.

Day 3 of our Tour de Ville… having overnighted in Mackay we’re heading to Townsville…
Again, TMZ59 is at the wheel of the Habanero Sport, Patrol14 is up front and I’m having to constantly apologise to Imbunda in the back about covering her shirt in my milk…
We had a list a couple of days ago… a list I’d spent quite sometime creating that lasted one cache before we got distracted by all the shiny green dots on our maps…
This cache was however on the list… for so many reasons… it helps with a very hard crazy challenge cache in Brisbane…
We were expecting to have to battle crocs, snakes, cattle and killer birds to get to the cache… not today though, actually spotted the container from the Habanero Sport…
We continued on to the Proserpine River to stretch our legs and go see if we could see a croc… TMZ59 said there wasn’t much chance…. But we saw one!!!!
Tftc… log signed as Tour de Ville, TDV - TIPP…

As we venture north to Townsville for the Mega, with Team de Ville (Imbunda, Peppa, patrol14 and myself). Nice quick find. No sign of any deadly critters except for Peppa. Logged at TDV. TFTC.
We went to the river just down the road and we’re lucky enough to see a croc in the water. I suspect he was waiting for his dinner to be caught by the couple fishing on the bank. Nothing nicer then freshly caught barra.

We went to the end of the road to croc look out, no crocs to day. Thanks for bringing us here ️..We stopped to signe log on way out ,just in time to see a kookaburra grab a small snake right at the tree where cache is...we are going to say .. found it.
Tft$ Drove out to the river, but didn't see any crocs. Quick, easy find on the cache though.
Didn’t see any crocs today but we did see a wedge tail eagle so that was pretty cool….Thanks for bringing us down here it was a nice drive
I was poking around on the geocaching website when I saw this cache, and mention of the croc viewing platform just down the road. Two reasons to come for a drive this afternoon! No crocodiles to be viewed but we found the cache

They say the best geocaches take you somewhere you wouldn't ordinarily go, and this one for sure ticked that box. TFTC
We did the cache and drove a little further to the river. Nice spot. Thanks for hiding the cache.
We were travelling from Moreton Bay to Townsville for a short holiday. Spent a nice time up here. Now we are in our way back home, stopping for caches suitable for a car with caravan behind.
We didnt find a Gallery, but a lovely Picnic spot near the Proserpine River.

Logging old caches originally found with alphag_25. Now have my own account and logging them separately so that I can claim the finds.
After a yummy lunch at the Whitsunday Gold cafe we still had an hour or so to kill before our plane home. Hmmm, what could we do? Find a cache of course
We made our way to GZ and I signed the log then continued down to the river in the hopes of spotting a croc. Unfortunately none were seen today. But we were lucky to see a couple of Kites sitting close to the road on our way back out. Beautiful birds of prey <3

Easy!! Hasnt been seen to since 2018, it has been put up higher due to the swampy land and overgrowth. We placed a new pen.
Heading home from Mackay I had time for a detour here.
Good drive in the fields and paddocks. Had some great news as I was driving out, then I found a cache too!
Thanks for hiding and maintaining

Beautiful drive out in the middle of nowhere... lovely peaceful spot. Quick easy find. Inside of the cache was wet so dried it out throughly before returning to it’s home. Took TB and swag left swag. Found BFE style
Took a drive out here this morning to find this cache and to do some bird watching. Lots of birds about. Didn't see any crocs at the riverside. Cool and overcast... perhaps not warm enough yet? Dropped a TB.
Thanks for placing this cache jjjml.

Heading north for a week of sailing and relaxing in the Whitsundays for our 30th anniversary. Of course we had to cache along the way.

Finally the road is open and cache is back in place. Some gold for the first 5 geokids too. Plenty of birds around. Enjoy this lovely wetland.
A quick find while out with the CO today, the mozzies were brutal but I got the signing done quickly and only brought about 20 of the buggers back into the car. Saw lots of birds and kangaroos. TFTC
Found.. just beware people... about 10 meters to the right of this cache.. i had to make a pee stop. Sorry held it in as long as i could
Came by here with RFC and MM to grab our TB who has been stuck here for some time. He didn't do so well in the race and it seems someone needed his tag more than hime too. I will have to look for another for him while we are here in Bowen for the weekend.
I saw so so many croc's in this river a few weeks back it was scary, might be worth taking the croc tour to see them. We saw all sizes too from 30cm to way bigger than our boat. that wasn't small either.
Lots of birds and cows to see tonight as well as a super moon.

Dropped by to rescue our TB. Was disappointed that someone has taken the NSW state of origin token it was attached to.
Saw lots of birds on the way. Lots of crocs in the creek further on too. All sizes.
