Found it , my pencil was broken and I couldn't sign, so I took a photo. Hope that is ok.
Kolour and I have been talking about caching at White Rock together for a few months now but we were waiting for the weather to cool down a bit. Today's temperature was perfect and we set off from the Horse Float Parking Area towards this cache. A nice easy find here to start the day. Thanks for the cache ManicWombat!------------------Today Kolour and I walked a 10km loop in White Rock Conservation Park. We headed out along the Yaddamun Trail then took the connecting track south to White Rock. We then returned along the Main Ridge Track and White Rock Trail. All up it took 5hrs with 11 caches collected along the way.
Brissy Cat and I spent this beautiful winters morning walking 10km in a leisurely 5hrs, finding 11 caches. This was our first one which was found easily. Logbook signed and replaced as found. All good here. Tftc
Day off from voluntary slavery, noting that it was a beautiful foggy morning I thought why not pick up some caches around my local area since recommencing on my caching journey.Previously enjoying my different times visiting White Rock, I thought why not over the next few days try to smash out this area.. With only 1 other person in the car park I took off to this.. nice quick find.. cache in good condition.. couldn't find the log of the previous finder (???) but grabbed the trackable whilst here..Thanks for the cache.
Today we walked to the top of White Rock and back and cached along the way with some various side trips. Many different paths weaving in and out of the bush. Great views at the summit where we had lunch. Cache found and signed. TFTC
A visit to family not too far away, prompted us to check out this area for a hike. It turned out to be a great decision, as the weather was perfect and the tracks well marked and maintained. It was certainly a popular spot with the carpark nearly full when we arrived but we had the area around GZ to ourselves. All good here. Thanks ManicWombat

Wonderful morning with hubby exploring White Rock. Had to dodge a HUGE spider in his web. Happy to say, cache was found!
I've been waiting for the right size container to drop a trackable which I picked up in South Africa. Today was the day to send it on its way

Out this morning to capture a few caches with a distinct attribute for a challenge cache located in the north of Brisbane.
Managed to pick up a couple before heading back for refreshments.
Getting a bit on the warm side.

I must have had this cluster on my mind for today because I threw my hiking pack into the car before I left home…
It’s been 18 months since I almost killed myself walking around White Rock… today, though much shorter, under 6kms in about 2 hours, the result was almost identical… I had to have a rest when I got back to the car…
Approaching GZ Geepers pulled me up short of where I eventually found the container… the pic helped me narrow down which of the many rocks I needed to investigate…

Finally found time to get to this one. Replaced with a whole new cache. All good to go again. Happy hunting.
As mentioned by the previous finder, there is no lid on the container.
We have added a new bison, with a log sheet and it is good to keep going.
We have put the original container over the bison and it should be safe there.
Thanks manic wombat

Saturday. Out on a jaunt with OBC, Prime plus one. Luckily an obvious spot jumped out at us and we had a quick find here today. Great area.
This was the 13th of 18 caches found on this outing.
Thanks ***ManicWombat*** for showing us this place

Spend the morning at White Rock, picking up some caches and enjoying a gentle bushwalk. Felt good to be outdoors, exercising, without the mask. Really enjoyed the company of good friends too. Some of the day's caches were older - including the Q100 at the top of White Rock. Just awesome. Feeling a little sunburned, but that is fairly normal for me. Just on 17,000 steps.
Found it after making a wider looking point. Might have to invest in a proper GPS. Was able to drop a path tag (1/5) in there as well.
It's time to do some caches today so off to only a short walk at White Rock.
Our last one. Now to head back to the parking area to rest some weary feet.
Cache located, log signed and all replaced as found. TFTC, ManicWombat, at 1:39 PM on September 12, 2020.

No lizard here today but found a good little hide in a cave. Thanks for this one
We always read the cache notes and welcome the warning about the open and close times. Often you see these times on gates that have never been closed for a very long time due to the amount of grass growing around them. another quite time in this area. SL TFTC
What a great spot. We found it after a short look around only to realise that one of the kids had almost been standing on it the whole time. TFTC
A nice Sunday adventure walking a bigger loop at White Rock. We have never been here even this forest is only 40mins from home.
Enjoyed the 5h hike and nice number of Geocaches.

After spending two more than amazing weeks in NZ, blumen-wiese and I prolonged our holidays for a few days, visiting our very dear friends Mojo1001 in Brisbane. On one of these days, Jo took a day off work and showed us around the White Rock area, where we spent a few hours walking about and finding several caches along the way.
There were many boulders near GZ to choose from, but we found the correct ones rather quickly.
Thanks for the cache and greetings from Austria!

After spending two amazing weeks in New Zealand Oztriaco and I visited our friends Mojo1001 in Brisbane. For today Jo took a day off work and showed us around the White Rock area. There we did the walk and searched for several caches along the way. This was the second cache of the day. It was a quick find. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Austria.
Great day with good old GC friends blumenwiese and oztriaco being over from Austria. One of the >20 boxes we did on this beautiful day! TFTC
My name is Angry Blob and I am a certified G and a bonafide stud and you can't teach that. Buttaboom realist cacher in the room. How you doin?
On our trek along the path we decided we would bash in to have a look for this cache. We were immediately concerned when we saw the last find was over 7 months ago and we assumed that maybe there must have been a few unlogged DNFs so close to the start of the trail.
We went in regardless and somehow not a single cobweb graced our faces. We became more concerned than ever.
We followed the phone to where it said we should start searching and went straight for the clue and with so many matching sites around I will admit I shat my pants a little. We put the phone away and started a fruitless search higher up because the rocks looked so sexy but my son soon found it a little lower right down next to where we started.
All good with the cache and we started thinking why it had been neglected for so long. It’s a shame that some borderline beautiful cachers stumbled upon it or more likely we read the map wrong and took the roundabout way to the white rock. tftc

Continuing our walk, stortigirls and I soon found ourselves leaving the track in search of Lenny the Lizard. Lots of cobwebs on our way to GZ told us that Lenny had not been visited that day. We were soon signing his "visitors book". With Lenny safely tucked away in his home, we continued on our way. TFTC
I was out caching with Selva Girls in the area today and collecting a few smilies. Lenny was found quickly and his log signed before he was tucked safely back in his home. Tftc ManicWombat
We're on a trip out west today to get some oldies, phew it's going to be hot!!!

Detoured off the grassy firebreak to search for this one. Took a few minutes before I finally found it. Visiting from Perth. Thanks for the cache.
# 748 Lenny looked somewhat deattached from his home. Otherwise in good condition. TFTC, ManicWombat
Despite being a keen bushwalker, I have never ventured to this piece of bush until today. I was looking for a solid walk to get 15+ km into the legs and clear my head in the process.
This was the first cache for the day. It was pouring rain, so with my trusty rain jacket on, I ventured out onto the track under the powerline. Most disturbing who the powerlines sizzle and crackle in the rain.
Soon enough I headed bush where I met Lenny. All in good order here.
Many thanks, ManicWombat.

Quick grab on my day adventure. Run past this location every week doing parkrun. TFTC.
Couldn't find but was rushing because my 6 y.o. Was begging to go home! Then an ant bit him & I stubbed my toe & it was bleeding...argh! I hate not finding caches!

On the way back from White Cliff we had time for one more cache so took the side track instead of under the power lines. A small detour and the hide was soon found. We completed signing duties and re hid. TFTC.
After working 50 hours in 4 days Dr Hunting Rabbit needed a relaxing day out. We had wanted to hike to the White Rock Earthcache on Sunday avo, but today was just as good as any. Dr Hunting Rabbit remembers clearly the bushfires of 2012 as he drove past via the highway the day after and saw the black charred forest. It was nice to see the black remnants on the trees, but the undergrowth was green and luscious. After a DNF in the carpark we needed to get our game on. Headed up the Yaddamun track to make a few smiley on the way in and keep our game up on our way to White Rock. Dr Hunting Rabbit headed bush and straight to the cache for a nice quick find. Nice to have our first find for the day. TFTC ManicWombat.
What a fabulous way to start the new year. Out on a much needed post-Christmas hike with Dr_pepi & mctwin2. We've previously been out to White Rock for a few other caches, but decided to start on the Yaddaman trail today. We found the general gz no problem, but getting on the right angle in the right spot to find this one took a little longer. Dr_pepi was poking around and came oh so close at one point in the search but eventually came up with the find when entering from a different direction. TFTC.
Out for a New Year's Day hike to stretch the legs with trin_007 and mctwin2. We'd been to White Rock some time ago (I would say over a year ago - maybe closer to 18 months) - this was not long after we joined up and we were still basic members. So we didn't see all the premium hides out here. Time to go and clear some more off the map.
There are a number of hiding spots around GZ, and we turned over a few rocks looking for the treasure, until finally I spotted the container. Dry and in good condition.
TFTC - and seeing as this one was our first for the day, thanks for the NYD souvenir!

Finally! After a frustrating start to the day, I hoped this would be an easy enough find to mark a nice day. And it was! We had both searched all over the place here previously and turned up nothing, so we were quite familiar with the area. It was only a few minutes before we turned up the goods in a nice little pocket.
Cheers for replacing this one ManicWombat, TFTC
