As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Fangsoki and I sure made a mission out of this one. In the afternoon we arrived at WP1, waited for some muggles to move along, then got out for the hunt. I'm not so sure about this hunting about electrical equipment, but having found the waypoint, it wasn't interfering I guess. It was faded but readable still.

The co-ords were entered and ah, not far away. One look though and nope, not with that many muggles about. After a couple more drivebys of the location through the day, we jagged an empty park on our fourth pass.

We headed towards the co-ords and thankfully the area was deserted, being this close to the feature sure could make a bloke feel uncomfortable. We spotted the hide quickly and soon had names in the logbook. TFTC hot_wheelz Smile

Captain Terror and I were in Cairns for caching and decided to drop in on this one.

Man - this took us some visits. We found the first WP - a little faded but still very usable. But there was no way we were proceeding to GZ due to muggle activity.

On our 4th return back - we finally jagged a muggle-free GZ. We wandered about with our GPSr's for a while until mine settled on an area - to find another cleverly camouflaged cache. It was in good condition.

The final caused us drama - but the cache was found in the end. TFTC hot_wheelz Smile

Tricky cache. Had to wait for some muggle kids to leave the GZ before allowing the Geokids to retrieve the prize. Cache water logged. Log waterproof but stil had trouble signing. Dried log and cache as best as we could. TFTC SL.

Arrived at co ords. found next co ords easily. started to enter into GPS when batteries went flat. had several attempts at entering co ords and making a mad dash for GZ before gps turned off again. Found GZ and cache on 3rd attempt. TFTF. may need some repair. lid broken and log damp making it hard to get out of cache container.

FTF @ 6:30am. What a new cache on April Fools Day? Just happened to pick up the phone to find a new cache in our neck of the woods. Grabbed geoson who was already out of bed and we headed out for a fresh hunt (and a play on the swings). Found first coordinates easily and the final was spot on.
The park is spectacular at this time of the morning with the sun coming up over Yarrabah. A nice cool morning for a nice cool find.

We were a little unsure of what we were to find when we arrived at the posted co-ordinates.
We should have had more faith, because after a circumnavigation of the structure all was revealed.
With the final co-ordinates now in the GPS, after a short walk the cache was quickly located.
The log did take some coaxing from its container, but perseverance paid off.
Thanks Hot_Wheelz for a fun outing to an area that we had not ventured to before.
