Looked for quite some time then noticed your log, was this ever checked on?

Had a good look around and could not locate cache. Found a string and lots of pine cones on the ground

I’ll stop and check on this

Spent a good 20 mins searching for it maybe it’s too early in the morning or that it’s not there

There didn't seem to be any obvious nooks or crannies. We know it has a decent difficulty rating but we think it may be damaged; all the smaller branches have been sawn off and we found a ziptie on the ground nearby)

This is a very sneaky hide. I found it after a short search among the forest. I love challenges like this.

Found a big spider before I spotted the geocache. Pretty proud of both finds. TFTC

Out on our quest to get to 500 despite the ️ we headed out. However as the got worse, plans were adjusted for a park and grab series of caches. Always love these urban blocks/open space. Found what once was a great cache that the weather has frayed a bit. Interesting history for the trees. Not much of a German influence left in the area though.

Awesome hiding spot and container, wondered around the area for a bit, couldn’t find it. Used hint and then it hit me...

Found on a pleasant little stroll to give myself some fresh air and a few steps on the Fitbit. As I began looking for this one, a kid who had been playing on the nearby equipment decided to do some looking of her own. She was not looking for a cache, but I still feared she might find it inadvertently. I wandered away and wandered back when she had left the area and quickly discovered the still very much in place container. Cute! TFTC

I knew i had to look up or down. There was a 50% chance I was going to be right one way or the other.

Out to add some points to our Memory Lane collection. It didn't take us too long to find this one with the help of the hint and description. Very cute and well made hide. TFTC.

A very creative cache.. when I approached GZ I knew where the cache had to be and was filled with a sense of dread .. So, what was the plan for today...... simple, find some caches before and after an event..... so nothing really out of the norm for a cacher on a weekend. So waking up early today to make sure that I can meander my way up to the event and get a few smileys before the event. Eitherway thanks for the cache and being a part of the day out North.

Boy, this was a long time coming. I’ve had a blue frowny here for ages, and it was finally time to make things right!

Previously I fixated on the wrong elevation, but even with better focus it took a few circuits before the cute cache was spotted.

Really hard to find! No idea where it is!

The playground was deserted and the park empty on this at times overcast day. The coords were good for me today and I as I looked it caught my eye. I like the camo, I even took a happy snap.

I was in the area in order to attend a nearby event and I needed a couple of caches for a challenge I'm working towards. This was the second of two prior to the event. It took a minute before I spotted the hinted at item.

Been a long time since we were last here. OHC and Mrs Papi were in the area so had the chance to remedy the frown. Quick and easy find today. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here.

Arrived with Mrs Welder and 1Dgirl without having first read the description, lol.
We found GZ easily and then struggled for a short while. And as 1Dgirl read the hint to herself, Mrs W made the find without assistance.

Nicely played, BaLuke and PenguinChick02. That was fun.

The log was damp but we were still able to etch our names in.

Thank you also for the information on these pine trees. I grew up only 500m from here and back then I remember all the farms being lined with them. There were a number of pine 'forests' about, but they have dwindled or vanished over time. Shame really... Wherever I find Monterey pines these days, I immediately think back to this part of the world.

Today Mr80 and MrX had a long trip to make so when Mrs80 dropped him off the ladies spent a few hours caching nearby. As this was MrsX's territory there wasn't many she hadn't visited but kindly offered to be Mrs80's navigator. Spotted quickly as we have had a hide like this for a long time now. TFTC
