This Cache is dead the site where it was is being redeveloped. It aint coming back - at least in its current format.
I must have found this one today prior to it being disabled. I wasn't sure where to look as there didn't seem many places to conceal a cache, and I did not want to jump the fence onto what looked like private property. But find the cache I did and signed the log. TFTC!
We were advised by a local football club figure of the dangers of asbestos in and around this area. He said that the problem dust will soon be eliminated but he strongly advised geocachers to be very careful in and around the cache location. We decided to heed his advice and retreat. We shall return once the asbestos has been removed.
Looked around in the wrong places and then on our way away from the GZ, I spotted it. Hooray! Signed a slightly damp log and replaced. This cache makes me want to do some lawn bowling! TFTC
Found whilst out with CJ whilst doing the 31 days of August challenge.
We've been wanting to get over here to do the nearby caches The description and clue were excellent. No muggles around around today. We both were a little concerned about the exact location as the GPSr was jumping all over the place. We made the find using some good caching logic and we both soon had the cache in hand. The log was wet and is starting to fall apart.
Anyway, it was a beautiful sunny winter's afternoon to go out for caches. It was a nice location to do a walk around the area. Thanks stokoefamily. This one has been ticked off. SL TNLN TFTC

Last cache for the day. Didn't take too long to find as I had read Mr MR's log as I neared GZ. I have replaced the cache in a slightly different, less exposed place. I don't think it is the correct spot but it should be relatively easy to spot and hopefully a little more camouflaged than the grass. TFTC.
I wasn’t planning on doing this one today but I was on the way to Lindfield, took the Highfield Road route and realised I was driving past the old Bowlo where there was supposed to be a cache hidden.
At first I wished I hadn’t stopped as I searched thoroughly but could not locate the cache anywhere. I even checked under the structure which seemed to be contrary to many of the hints gleaned from the logs. I was considering leaving when I returned to 0 metres on my GPSr and spotted the cache lying in the grass at my feet. I assumed that this was not where it was supposed to be. I noticed a possible hide nearby but could not see how to secure it properly there so I placed it back in the grass ensuring that it was fairly well concealed. I think the CO needs to check on this one.

I pulled up the site and headed up towards where the arrow was pointing, and saw something that seemed to match the hint, so headed through and down. I had a good look all around, finding lots of rubbish but no cache, before resorting to reading the logs. Ah, right. I then saw where I needed to be, and indeed shortly thereafter had CIH. Nice hide - TFTC!
Found at 9:12 AM on our "Get to 9,999 cache finds before the Myriads and Milestones event on 21 April" with Browngang. This was a GAFF5 find.
This was a good cache to do on a Sunday morning with no one about. Ha! Those geriatrics will stop at nothing to win an end - and they would have most of those drugs on them all the time
Thanks stokoefamily.

This was found on our "Hurry up and get pprass to 9,999 caches" caching weekend. They are celebrating at an event in April so better be there before then!
Thanks for the cache
Cheers from Browngang.

Yeah, pretty run down bowling club but I still enjoyed this cache because you've obviously thought about a good place to hide it unlike many easy ones I picked up today in Lindfield. TFTC!
We searched everywhere and couldn't find so we were about to go home when i found it where it was exactly meant to be!
The end of day had come and we still needed a find for the day so a small detour saw us at thus cache. A quick scan of the possibilities and we soon made the find. Not much action on the green expect for a large ginger rabbit that was having a feed. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC.

Nice quick find, the first place I looked (that does not happen very often).TFTC
When sevabo and I arrived almost near GZ and we searched and even I went over to near the edge then we saw 2 muggles around the club which we hope we found it before them but one of them walked over to us so we backed off and told him not to worry then we didnt find it so we left and hope one day we will come back here.
Found during a slight detour from my morning drive to the office. I had had a previous reconnaissance last week but there were a few concrete truck drivers over the road outside a building site. The trucks were still there this morning but the drivers were nowehere to be seen. Many thanks.
One more late this afternoon with Dad. We went down to the wrong level at first, but found nothing. Then when we were at the top, Dad made the find and we quickly signed and returned it. TFTC.
28/10/12 6:05 PM. Cache #195. Current streak: 49 days. One more with Yelyac, after "Never Truly Lost". The Garmin had me thinking we had to head to the level of the greens and looking beside and behind the old shed. Two guys at the top at first appeared to be cachers, but turned out were muggles from the club. So, Yelyac and I had to wait them out, and while we did a read of a few logs had us back at the right altitude. Looked in a likely spot and there was the cache. Did our signing duties, returned it and headed for home. Thanks stokoes.
Neatly hidden - hadn't found one quite like this before. Had quite a bit of trouble getting the log out though, although part of the cache helped.
What a nifty way of keeping the cache in its hiding place! Geodog and a nearby sign saying no dogs on the oval (although I could see some) provided a great decoy while getting the cache. TFTC
Cunning! I found it after a while - very satisfying to find this one!

Today I was on a quest to reach 999 finds and this hide was ninth on my radar. Yep, like those before me, this one had me tricked for a while. My GPSr was pointing into the property about 3m but I was sure I didn't have to venture there. A little more searching and this sneaky hide, with the unique method of securing the cache in place, was discovered. Well done stokoefamily. I am nearing my quest with your hide.

Searched for a while with no results, but then a lightbulb hit and we found it. Love the hide! I would favourite it if I was a premium member! TFTC stokoefamily!

Searched low and high and high and low with the geokids. Then I came to it from another angle and there it was. Lots of muggles driving by but managed to get it back on the q t. TFTC
This looked interesting so came down to see what the fuss was about.
Cycled here from Pacific Hwy with Slaytornator (not recommended coming down Balfour St)
Last find for the day.
Great mechanism in place here to secure the cache.

Thanks stokoefamily for showing me a park close to home that I have never been to.

Another good cache found with Akkatracker
A clever cache. I spotted it as soon as I got off the bike but getting it out was a different matter. A clever mechanism! Thanks for taking me to a nice area with a good cache.

This was a sneaky little hide it took us a few minutes before we found it. Thanks for the cache
Called in on the way back from having to work on a Saturday morning. I was worried when the description mentioned kids that I would be dealing with another playground cache but luckily not to be. A read of the previous logs narrowed the search area and I had it in hand fairly quickly. Nobody using any of the facilities around lunchtime today, just the odd muggle walking on the other side (I saw about 2 of them).
Nice attachment method, a change from the usual in this sort of location. Thanks stokoefamily. Don't get the Coop bowling club bit, unless it's part of the local naming that escapes us people foreign to the north shore until now.

Found with Mosaikmum. Thought we would make an afternoon of catching some of the caches in the area after visiting the 50's fair. TFTC.
On our way home from the 50's fair at Rose Seidler House; quick find after parking right by GZ. TFTC!
On my way back to work and this was on my way. Parked close to the spot and thought I had this sussed.
Went back through some logs and then had a good think about where it might be. Found in the second spot. Tricky clever hide. Some work going on at the club. A resurrection on the cards or a reincarnation into something else?

Day 2 of our search for this. Read the logs last night and when we returned today it was a quick and easy find. Interesting securing device, don't think I've encountered on of those before. Thanks stokoefamily.
This was such a tricky little fella. I kept on looking at all of the wrong spots. I was just leaving to go to the car and I started checking places that we hadn't checked as we were heading to the car and I told myself that we would find it at the very last moment. And I looked at a very sneaky spot and out it popped. This cache has finally been found by me. TFTC however I have no idea about what some people are talking about a fishing weight but it is still hidden well. It feels good to knock off this cache
Found it. Watched a bunny eating the grass on the old greens while waiting for a break in the traffic. Reading the logs helped.
There were plenty of soccer muggles on the oval below the bowling club but no one at the club. The cache was found after a quick search. The description was rather intriguing until the disclaimer! TFTC.
Impressive container!
Quick find and sign but waited a while for some dog walkers to pass before replacing.

Nice easy find, not a lot of muggles around. Cleverly thought system to hold it in place. TFTC
Ah yes, I tried a little too hard here, but eventually came up with the goods. Seeing more and more of these old bowls clubs slowly dying off. Sad in a way, but the real estate value of the land must be ridiculous! Thanks stokoefamily.
No.1 son and I took the short trip to see what we could find. The garmin insisted on switching sides, directing us to the opposite side of whichever side of the road we were on, so we decided to ignore it and be guided by the name and description.
After checking some stubborn places first we then spotted this other place and I suggested that GeoSon check it out. No dad, its not there was the reply. Not convinced, I also had a look and recognized something. Back to the warm car to sign, and then replace.
Great to see a nice variation. Thanks.

As we were walking to the cache, I was saying all the things that a little kid could do for you. As it turned out, I named one that was exactly the case here. You should have seen The Voucher's face as I'm reading a previous log that said he didn't need to be where he was. Don't want to spoil this so I'll just say what a waste of energy. From that point, it was a quick find, Hawkeye 747 making the "got it" call. A clever hide. SL TFTC.
Someone read the logs and we knew we were checking in the wrong area. Could it be here? Yes it could. TFTC
Out with Hawkeye747 and flytoSYD hiking the area from Killara Stn....8 total for the day. TFTC!!
An interesting way to retain the cache container, and no need to venture off the footpath. Thanks stokefamily.
After watching the dog show next door. Was about to do some acrobatics to look in adjacent potential hiding spots when decided to read earlier logs which simplified the task considerably. TFTC
Found after a short search, well.. it wasn't as short as I expected SL and replaced as it was.
A clever hide! TFTC

Clever hide. Passed over the hiding place at first. Geodaughter was more thorough and spotted it. TFTC.
2nd cache for the day.
Thanks for bringing us to the location.

Pulled up alongside the bowling green which had some soccer posts on it. I found it fairly quickly only because I had found something similar recently. It was a highly original hide. I took geodaughter to the playground nearby as promised then we drove off to find the nearest offleash park for the geodog. TFTC
Found by Nanny and Bo on a warm Good friday.

Good to have a few new caches closer to home, well within 10km at least. With a calendar find needed today I was in this area and went up a road I've never been up before. The park next door looked like it was hosting the preliminaries to Krufts (dog show in UK) but the 'bowlo' was all quiet. A lot of bowling clubs have shut completely in recent years including Epping and Pymble but they are still there with weeds five feet tall on the greens.
Anyway I cast around and checked the likely spots, went towards doggy world with nothing there then back the other way and checked an area I hadn't before and found the tricky little hide.
Signed on the bonnet of the car, nice to have parking right alongside!
Thanks!

One of those rare "first place I looked" finds. There was a large, noisy group gathered at the clubhouse, but no indication that they were there for the sport. Nice to see some originality. TFTC

I saw this published, just as I got back to work. Raced out again and got to GZ in records time. No one about. Great! Got to work, but made this alot harder than it needed to be. No need to go into/onto or under (yes under) private propery and no need for a torch...DOH!. Wasted too much time and then Geomatica turned up and soon after flatfoot&family. We continued searching but FFF made the find in a place I should have known to check. Well done. We SL and he replaced cache again. Clever design, TFTC.

*FTF* yay my third FTF. Got here about twenty minutes after publication only to find Alfyboy and Geomatica searching. Luckily i looked in the right spot before either of them. You don't need to enter private property. TFTC

Convalescing at home and felling a little stronger, I noticed this one pop up pretty close. Feeling the need to get out of the house I arrive to find Alfyboy had at it. We looked about a bit and were then joined by one part of flatfoot&family who made the discovery.
