I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi doandhopersThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Thanks for the geocache! Partner and I live locally and only recently got into geocaching so we thought we'd check it out. Lighter does not have gas In it buy its gotta cool design.
My partner and I found this one much easier! My phone died so I couldn’t take a pic but we downloaded the app on his phone and logged it from his account We enjoy looking for these! So I wanted to log also lol. Thank you
Have been with dad many times geocaching but we finally decided to make my own account, this is my first and an easy find. Was sad to see a dead possum on the side of the road. Signed log SMG to save space.
Nice quick park and grab, thank you. I am meaning to do the rest of these in the Opaheke loop, but I am only doing this one today because I needed a cache for my current streak - day 10 of caching TFTC
Day 3 of Mega caching. Found with TharntheHalken on a wet morning. All good in cache. Tftc!
Easily found due to clear hint. Had to park at a random construction site entrance nearby, but it was all good. TFTC
On a trip up to Auckland to pick up some challenge caches that I have fulfilled and we were going past here so I picked up a few trads as well. TFTC
I was in the area caching for a couple of hours while GAR was further south and this turned out to be my last find before he finished what he was doing and came to pick me up. A lot of bugs sharing the hide but that didn't put me off. Autographed and replaced as found. Thanks for the hide doandhopers - hopefully will be able to walk the loop another time.
Roadtrip time, day 5.
I have used the Easter weekend combined with taking 4 days leave this week to get in a 9-day driving tour, hoping to get as far north as 90 mile beach in order to seek the recently published PWGT caches throughout Northland, as well as catch up with 4 different sets of friends.
Today marks the start of the proper Geocaching side to this road trip. I am traveling from Auckland over to the Coromandel before heading back up north again over the next few days.
This gives me another chance to visit a few more south Auckland caches on the way. I'm slowly working my way through them.
This was a straightforward find at GZ. No issues to report with either the cache or the log, so after signing I replaced the whole lot back exactly as found.
Thanks for placing this cache.

Quick park and grab for this one. All is good here with the cache and the hint makes it a fast find
We had to be careful as there was a bit of traffic passing in both directions but a good hint meant we soon had the cache in hand. We took it back to the car to sign before re-hiding. TFTC.
Quick find. Thanks. The systema box is looking a bit fragile and no longer waterproof. May need attention soon. Tftc
Time for another wander round while my wife stays with some friends. I was a little lonely today but still managed a good haul which included this little cache. Found quickly thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers & TFTC
Well what a great Christmas New Years we have had so far it all started off in Friendly Feilding have Christmas lunch with the family then next day Boxing day off to Danniverke for a weeks holiday together so special first holiday with the Grandson hes only 7 months old, then we didn't know what or where to go next so ended up going to Napier and then across the Napier Taupo road got a cache and a trackable, not easy to stop all the time with a large caravan on the back. We finally got to Taupo and said where to now so we kept going and then we got a text message some plans next week had been transferred to the end of January so we could go away for an extra week. We ended up in Walton Gold course for two nights to finish off the Kiwi and another puzzle series got 46 caches in total some were traditionals as well, got that sorted and then headed off today decided we would do the Route 66 trail and Smilie trail so we ended up in Orewa so we are here for a few nights. We set off this morning and completed the Route 66 series had some lunch about 1.30pm then we decided to get some more traditionals in the area and then slowly head off to get some smilie series caches. once we were back to our accommodation had some tea we decided to go for a walk along the beach front and get a couple of caches. next day we headed towards Whangarei got settled into our accommodation then decided to go get a cache or two. the next day we slowly headed to Paihia but as we got up early we decided to carry on and get some more caches along the way and collect a minute challenge we have in the lower North Island we went all the way to Cape Reinga whata great day heaps of muggles everywhere. but no one took any notice of us doing our geocaching caches. we headed back stayed another night in whangarei after we got 48 caches for the day all types Virtuals, multies earthcaches and of course traditionals, then off to Auckland it was the following day only got one cache that day, but today was the day get get some cahllenge caches in the Ramarama area of Auckland and grab a traditional or two along the way this was number 14th for the day and the last one as we needed to get on our way to Taupo for the night. I had a minute or two but then found the cache safe and sound. thank you for placing a cache here signed the log and placed it back exactly where we found it. TFTC alot of road works and land transformation happening around the area.
Picked this up as a quick cache 'n' dash whilst in the area.

After attending a nearby geocaching Event with Merlot and Aiden in Papakura, we found a few nearby caches. This was a nice quick park and grab.
Nice and easy find on the hidden creatures challenge. Logbook is nice and dry. TFTC

Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!

After dropping off my host kid in School I used the beautiful weather to make a Little Geocaching trip in Papakura.
That one was easy!
Thanks for hiding!

Thanks for the cache. Really easy, But there are muggles who drive past. Beware!!!
Decided to bike the whole circuit today. Was certainly the furtherest I've ever biked (including the distance to get to the circuit and back from my house). Nice morning for it though.
This was the first cache I came to, and a nice quick find. Signed the log whilst there was a break in the traffic and returned it. Log is dry and all intact. TFTC

#3238. Today I headed out around the city to pick up quite a few challenge caches and any other traditional caches that happened to be nearby. Caching on a public holiday is useful as the traffic is quite light in the city and most businesses were all closed. Parked opposite and raced over for a quick find. Signed the logbook and returned the cache as found. Thanks for hiding it here. One trackable was present. Removed today.
Another quick find on the way to our race. Left a Duck. Seemed an appropriate spot for the duck. Happy swimming. TFTC
Thought I would do this series ,,, on way home from GIFF Event in Papkura ! Easy find here thanks !
There is a dead animal near by- we can smell it. Cache quickly located- we started on wrong side of the road so the pen was lobbed across the road and log signed. TFTC
2346 Drove past previous as was not looking for this one. Had to back track to get. cache all good.
So different out here after the hustle and bustle of the city eh! Yes, I can count, though I had to first work out which side of the bridge I should be on. TFTC .
A quick find here to get our confidence back after the saleyards DNF and to make up lost time. TFTC.
nice to know i can count properly and was able to find this cache, now onto the next one, tftc
Had been in the area to get at least one cache for a streak challenge and saw this was just up the road so decided that as we had come this far we should attempt a few here as well.
Parked across the road from GZ and made a quick find.
