N/M from 3 months ago not acted on. CO not active since November, 2014. Cache appears to have been abandoned.
Didn't read other people's message til got here. Looked everywhere and unless I'm blind couldn't locate it. Looks like some gardening had been done so someone might've taken it...
Spent an hour up here turning everything I could lift over. Couldn't find it at all. Maybe CO should check if still here?
Given up. Second time here; once before I had found others, back today now that I have. Thought I would have better luck now that I know what I'm looking for. No chance. Lovely spot but HEAPS of rubbish. Maybe it's still here but I couldn't find it.
Beautifully hidden and super exciting to find. If you have little ones, do it but watch them as there's sharp bits and pieces around. But definitely do it.
This was a ad-lib cache. I was driving to my bro-in-law place and decided to grab this one which was sort of along the way. A few left and rights later I got to the base of the hill thinking I'm glad its dry. Drove up with the Wife's Magna and parked, looked in the car no pen. Using my phone I started tracking down the cache after doing some circle work I found the cache not finding a pen I took a photo as proof.
Thanks luke 007 for the view and cache

Found on a warm night after some rain, this area seems to be a dumping ground, such a shame as it's a great high spot. Cache was safe in its spot, but I wonder how long for as the rubbish encroaches closer and closer . TFTC
Now my boyfriend has a find, the gang is growing!

Decided to check this one out on the way home from the school run. After climbing the gate I went in along the path, then down another path that brought me within 4m from GZ. I climbed up amongst the trees and shrubs and checked around, keeping the hint in mind. After searching for a few mins, I changed from my GPS to the phone, as it was showing a slightly different position. Then after no luck I went back up the hill and came down through the bush, getting scratched up my arms in the process. I ended up back at the same spot and no cache. After doing some more searches of the area I gave up.
Thanks for the cache. The cache container was a first for us, we had many similar but none of the same principal. Thanks for the cache luke 007. PIPPAESP
Found it. Yes, this is private property and I know the owners of the land. They are happy with geocachers visiting and enjoying the view as long as the land is respected.
As you may notice, there is rubbish dumped everywhere up there and it has been a constant issue.
So please respect the land, enjoy the view, and happy hunting

Car not to happy a bit slippery but made it up without any issues, located in first spot i looked, on my way to a hockey game.
Very good hide, although I think this is placed in what could be considered "Private Property" though?
Nice view out.
Nice view out.
First Ever Geocache ! Cant believe how many times I would have past it over the years.
Certainly high. Found late at night. recommend doing this one in the day maybe. SL TFTC.
The car had issues getting up the road, but we eventually made it to the end just after the sun had fully set and set about looking. GeoGF remarked while I was hunting this one in the dark without the hint that I was "playing on Hard Mode". Nevertheless I made the find within five minutes of arriving at GZ, then we walked over to have a look at the city lights. Unfortunately the wind was very fresh and chilly, so we disappeared fairly fast.
Another fantastic Demolition Crew run on this occasion. Joined again by Poynts95 who was in Melbourne. Lots of caches found in a range of areas. We also hit the Bay Trail, and got a heap of finds down that way. Weather was fairly kind, with a little drizzle, but that aided in keeping the muggles at bay. Thanks to all the cache owners for their hides.

Didn't take too long to find. TFTC.

Found on a TDC run, lots of laughs and good times had while out finding caches. The weather was not to bad with only a few showers, the highlight of the run was the Bay Trail Series, with lots of great hides. Thanks luke 007 for the cache.
This cache was found during the Monday night cache run with my fellow TDC members, and we were also joined by Poynts95 for the nights caching fun. A nice variety of caches found with some really nice hides. With the weather pretty good, with only some occasional drizzle, we had a really great night which included some caches up north and much of the Bay Side Trail series of caches. Thanks go to the cache owners for the caches we found.
I was again able to join the Demolition Crew on another Melbourne run and beyond. Had a great time, found some great caches and caught up with the crew on a night filled with laughs and great stories. Some of the caches on the Bay Trail were fantastic, even if the weather was not too great. The on and off rain however, kept the muggles to zero, which was great. My thanks to all the cache owners for their hides, we all had a lot of fun with them.

After a weekend of caching with TDC team members it was time for another Monday night caching run. This time we were joined by Poynts95 as he was also in Melbourne. It was a perfect night to cache with little muggle activity to be seen. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining their caches. Great fun. Thanks.
Nicely done cache that blends well into the surrounding area. Great view from this location. TFTC.
It is nice and high and also very quiet. We also had a slight problem coming up the hill in an automatic car.
Found a week or so ago, completely forgot to log it! I'm impressed that my poor magna made it up there, gravel roads, steep inclines and front wheel drives do not mix particularly well! TFTC, nice camo.
Interesting place to visit in the dark and wet. I kept wondering if the road was going to get any steeper and then it ended

I just checked the map for caches close to home and this one sparked the memory: I remember finding it on a very sunny day but I can't recall the date. So the 17/2/2013 is more of an approximate.
The view was great - except for the power lines

Took the opportunity to find a few caches in the area today on a beautiful Summer's day.

I found it!
Next time I will bring the Melways with me or my TomTom GPS - as I made the big mistake and approached uphill from Pioneer Road (from the NE) and it was a REAL solid bush bash for 300metres uphill to get to the GZ - especially the final 100metres. I felt like I was in someones bushy private property. Dog had a real tough time negotiating through the scrub. Strongly advise access only via Hillmartin Rd!

!!!WARNING!!! Only about 25metres to the NE of the cache, in a small clearing in the thick scrub, I stumbled upon a bright yellow ~1 litre container of used hyperdermic syringes!!! It seemed quite fresh/new and was chock-a-block FULL of syringes lying on its side. The container was the official type found in toilets or hospitals with a needle warning sticker on the side.
Obviously don't confuse this with the actual cache! But then most sane people would not approach the cache from the direction I did anyway!

Not quite sure if we were meant to head in here, judging by the sign on the gate. Searched about for a bit and geoson managed to find the hiding spot, (I am sure I checked there already!)Enjoyed the views, from the car park and headed for home.TFTC
It's amazing the interesting places you find thru geo-caching. Lovely views of a picturesque area. And a hide in keeping with the setting.

Whilst staying at my folks place in Diamond Creek this was the closest to home... It was nearing the end of my stay so just had to go turn it into a smilie We were heading to my nana's when I said just turn down here for a minute Next thing she had the wheels spinning up the hilly dirt road...
Arriving at the end of the road I got out and followed the GPSr up to the top of the hill [?] It seems that the GPSr was off its head and didn't know what was going on... I started to get a bit worried as there was obvious signs of clearing and a burn-off, as it was still smoldering
Eventually the GPSr slowly started to work and I headed away from the ashes [^] Before to long I started circling around until the GPSr seemed certain of itself and I spotted the likely hide We have one hidden just the same in Qld... TFTC luke 007. I hope you put a few more around the area before my next visit to Vic

Nice and high, the cache was easy to get to from the road, and it was a good view that was obstructed by a lot of tall trees and taller power lines. Good effort on preparing the cache hiding spot.
Indeed it is nice and high. Both Danozz and I were impressed with the views from here, notwithstanding the power lines.
Found the creative hide without any problems thanks luke 007.

Found it...with the help of the hint. Well made and clever camou. Annoyingly, I had the right idea but didn't persevere for long enough before giving up. Oh well, life would be boring if you don't keep learning... TFTC, TNLN.
Found in the dark with malea263 and erin-rose. Both had a good laugh at me getting stuck in the bushes
Found this one in the dark with Erin-Rose and TezzyTot who was somewhere stuck in the bushes. Thanks for the cache loved the drive in.
A nice bit of craftywork! Could not see anything up here on such a foggy morning though... Tnln tftc!

Caching with the kids over the school holidays was fun, but it's really nice to get out on my own while they're at school.
The most isolated of today's cache locations, this spot was worth the effort for the view and the fun drive.

This one had been loaded into the GPS as a waypoint for some time, and as we came down Yan Yean Road it came up as nearby. We weren't quite sure what we were looking for, but, as the co-ordinates were spot-on, it was obvious where the cache was. Great view! TFTC
Great little spot with a good view. I loved the roads in as well!
Cheers luke 007, thanks for bringing me here.

Find # 1732
I headed out this afternoon and decided to drive towards the greensborough as I had not really cached in this area and wanted to explore the area. It was a reasonable afternoon for a winters day and the sun even popped its head out every now and then, I really could not ask for much more.
This really was nice and high, I parked near the gate and made my way through the scrub. I was at GZ and searching but just could not find the cache. then I did something just by chance and there it was. extreme luck for me today. Nice camo.
Thanks to luke 007 for the cache. TNLN.

Really enjoyed the roller coaster road in! Wonderful views and a clever hide. Well worth a visit. TFTC
It's great for us to learn of all these secret little viewing spots! A nice autumn afternoon to find this one too. Passed two muggles at the GZ. OR were they? All involved played it cool like good cachers do. TFTC.
Thankfully the rain had eased off by the time I reached here but it was still very wet underfoot. The great coordinates had me with the stash in hand quite quickly at 11:55. Unfortunately, the low cloud limited the views but they were still pretty good nevertheless .

Grabbed this one while doing a few others in the area. Haven't been out here since I first got my drivers license all those years ago. Nice view TFTC
FOund on a sunny afternoon....almost hot for Autumn. Bit of rubbish on the hill from locals no doubt.
Kids thought it would be fun doing some coffining / luge down the roads around here.

Good views from gz. A well hidden cache, but we found it quickly today thanks to some spot on co-ords. Thanks for another cache close to home base.
Found @ 7:15hrs. Nice brisk morning for some caching. Short drive up the dirt track to no where, but rewarded with some great views, and a nicely constructed cache.

The 2 car expedition continued on and approached the area. Mrs LZZ's geoMazda had trouble at the last hill so we continued in the geoSube as far as we could then walked on to GZ where there were many choices but noting some previous visits the cache was found well hidden at 3:25 pm. TFTC and enjoyed the views (not the dumped rubbish).
*FTF* I drove up to the parking spot to be greeted by a great view. What an awesome place. I started to look for GZ and I could not find where to look. I checked the clue and had more of a look around and then found the cache in the second one I checked. TFTC
03/04/2012 22:52 {*2TF*} Having struck out at Mullum End I decided to get this new one that had gone ping on my phone as we were walking to the other cache. After the DNF there we took off here and drove up the steep hill to get to GZ which didn't have as impressive a view as I expected. It was night time though. As described, a short walk to GZ and AAA (Josh) managed to come up with the goods and I was surprised that it was Covert that beat me here. Its an awful long way from his neck of the woods and he still beat my by an hour. Clearly no other local hounds chose to go for the find either. Good to make a find this evening. TFTC luke 007 TNLN SL
