Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Castlewood_Crew
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

New to this. Found the tree and flax bush but nothing hidden at GL that I could see. Didn't look for long tho.
A fewdays in the big smoke with medical appointments. But always time to get fresh air and look for a cache or three!

A nice morning to walk to the hospital. It much cheaper to park at the camp and walk than pay a arm and leg to the parking meters .
So on my way I stoped at gz and after a bit of a search if found the cache I and lig was in disrepair so did our best to sign log and returned as found .
Co mite need to have a look ar this one .
Thanks for the hide

Found what I think must be the container lying out next to the memorial a fair way from coordinates - wet piece of yellow paper inside. Have hidden it under nearby bush if CO would like to retrieve/repair
#6047. Day No.2 of my weekend in Dunedin. I had a workshop down here on Thursday and Friday and decided it was too good an opportunity to not stay on and do some geocaching. So booked a couple of nights accommodation at the Top 10 campground and picked up a rental car. After a day of wandering around Flagstaff, Sundays agenda is a CITO event and a trip out onto the Peninsula. But first a few park and grabs in town while the streets are deserted on a Sunday morning. Found a car park down the road close to the CITO event and wandered back to the intersection. My GPS soon lead me to a promising area that had features matching the hint. The cache was not in first few places checked but soon found nearby. Signed the logsheet and moved the cache slightly (30 cm) so its now better aligned with the hint. Thanks for hiding it here Castlewood Crew.
Found with Kiwinutter - hunting for more hidden creatures! Fascinating place. Sad story though
Unsure what we looking for and area a bit of a mess with work on the cliff face...
Temporary log too wet to sign. Cache adorable. Clue makes sense so someone must have moved it back (which was good because I was getting a lot of interference from the cliff)
spending a morning around town before taking nature cruise. took a bit to find it, dropped small dry piece of paper into mix. TFTC
Found after a short search, I can see how this would have taken a few minutes to find in the dark.
This sort of thing is why caching is such a blessing, I would have had no idea the monument was there otherwise. Unfortunately my te reo is not good enough to understand the inscriptions so thanks for the explanation.
As others have mentioned the log is unusable so I signed the temporary one.
I think an inner container to hold the log might be helpful to reduce moisture ingress.
TFTC.

Cache # 4,134 - took a bit of searching in the dark, but CelloJoss made the "found it!" cry. Cute container. TNLNSL. Thanks for bringing us to this very interesting and moving place. Had to put in a temporary log sheet as current one is unusable.
Found but the paper inside is an unusable mess. Could not sign my name. Can provide picture evidence if necessary.

Found it, not near the flax as per the hint at all, found open and log all yuck, may need some TLC. Moved to flax and coordinates.
Our last day in Dunedin we decided to go caching on foot.
With the raincoats in the backpack, we went off to make a round of about 20 kilometer before returning to the campsite.
The route started nice along some nice streets but after a while it became a more industrial area before we reached the city.
After a stop at Cadbury's and a beer at Speights, we hiked back with 14 founds in the pocket, but also 4 not founds, which is relatively much.
Nothing here to find for us, not even after searching in a wider circle.

With the Oamaru Geofest 2017 over, I am back in Dunedin for a few more days before flying home to Brisbane.
Out today with my cousin for a drive to Larnach's Castle.
Stopped here to have a look for this one but couldn't find it.
Hint didn't help. After reading previous logs looks like I was not looking in the right spot. Maybe next time.

Found this one surprisingly difficult. Was searching in the wrong location before taking a hint from the recent logs which led me off in another direction. Soon after I found the cache (very cute) but the GPS proved mostly useless... perhaps it would be prudent to increase the difficulty slightly. TFTC
Found following helpful hints from previous cachers. My GPS had it at 30m away from GZ. Not sure that it is in the right spot. Found with Frame Family. TFTC
Well this one was nowhere near where the coords said it was. Very pleased to have found it though. Found with Kerynz, TFTC!
Looked in all the nearby plants. No luck. Was interesting to see the nearby memorial, though.
I paid an early morning visit and then brought Ms M back with me later in the day after reading all the logs. No luck for us.
Hint of no help searched for quite some time for this one. On a 11 day caching trip around the south island. Log signed as b&p.Tftc Castlewood_Crew. Find # 3750
Dropped the car off for an oil change so what better to do for half an hour = a nice wee stroll to get some nearby caches. Hint didn't help at all but soon found by R when she branched out somewhat. TFTC
Easy find today after spending ages searching for it unsuccessfully a few weeks ago. Very cute container.

Found without too much trouble, once we realised to disregard the hint. Mushrooms pop up in the strangest places. TFTC.
Love the container, though definitely not at ground level (the 9 year old couldn't reach) and definitely not by any flax! Lots of fun looking though
