I missed this one the other day, so I walked back before continuing the track. Tftc.
**Enabling cache** -Cache now being looked after by the geocaching community as a Community Cache under the guardianship/care of 'jtnsilo'
After escaping town for a few days it’s time to head home to get some boring appointments done - car servicing etc. After packing up camp it was off on a slow journey home.
Went a little too far and slipped on the shinny rocks on the embankment. My elbow is now reminding me of the adventure on the walk back . Quick find after that.
Thanks whit's wanderers for the cache.

The last day of the school holidays and so I decided to take a short ride along the trail and collet some smilies. Found where I expected it to be. My last for today.

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache is being temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current COVID19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue.
CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO. **Don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do:-#
- Should the regional Health and State Government requirements allow it **AND** you feel it safe for you to maintain this cache now, please feel free to do so. Don't forget to log an 'Owner Maintenance ' log and also Enable the cache once the issue is fixed.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
#Please Note#
When the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
**JUST A HINT:-** In case you are not aware, there is a new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own. Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)

#15 for the series for us. What a great idea: to do a series of caches along this rail trail. Thanks for this great concept! A fun way to explore a new place.
Clips for top of container all broken so lid sitting loose on top. Really needs replacing.
This one was harder to find and my phone went flat here. But we got it in the end. From here we rode the scooters back to the car parked at the nearby road only just making it back with the batteries running out on the grass near the car. We managed to squeeze 20km range out of them today. Need bigger range!
So BackpaQer calls me and says let's go to St. Arnuld for the day and finish those mystery caches... the thought of 7 hours in the car to cache for the day was not so appealing... so somewhere nearer was required... So Bendigo it was... BackPaQer packed up some electric scooters so we could do the rail trail in Bendigo... what a great idea and it gets us out of Melbourne and away from the rain. So we headed to Bendigo a 2 hour drive and stopped on route to grab a few park and grabs.. also completing a did not find from earlier in the year. So we park at one end of the rail trail and head 4km along the rail trail grabbing a few caches on the way then head back to the car and move it up 10km so we can head back on scooters and travel in each direction from the car. In the middle of course it starts to rain so took a detour and found a couple of the mysteries i had solved the night before. One of which had not been found for 10 months.. poor thing...
Really great day out and no did not finds.. 31 finds in total and I left one travel bug and grabbed another.
Thanks for the cache and the hide

found this one in plain sight! tftc this one was a bit damaged might need a replacement container as cache log is a bit water damaged with catherinec19
ahah ty and i walked past this cache by like 400 meters before realsiing and having to walk back the other way. cache was very out in the open and container was broken. thanks for the cache
I was in a car accident 2 years ago. Since then, I haven't really been able to walk too far, so doing power trails has been beyond my capabilities. However, on this day, the day before surgery; I had been asked to specifically aggravate my pain to fit the requirements of this procedure. So, my muggle brother came along to supervise along with my Service Dog Violet. We managed 10kms, quite a feat for me, and that would have to be Violet's longest walk ever!
All clips have broken off lid and the log is very soggy! Needs a new container and log. I was still able to sign this and get the lid back on, but I'm concerned that it won't stay on, and I had no means with me to mcgyver something to hold the lid in place, sorry! TFTC

Found. Log book got very wet at some point & the cache container is very brittle leaving the lid unsecured.
While on holidays in Bendigo we headed out today to explore along this trail finding as many caches as we could along the way. We found, signed the log and off to the next one. Thanks for putting this out along this trail. TFTC
I have been wanting to ride my bike along this rail trail for quite a few years now. Today we had the opportunity. Teaming up with the twins from the OGomells we set off late this morning. A nice quick find in the obvious spot. TFTC

My Velodrome experience was brief.....once only. I was so scared it took me half an hour to even go up the sloping part! Best I stick to rail trails. Thanks.
Headed for Bendigo this morning in the company of the McLookers to tackle The PPPT trail with our bikes on board and a picnic lunch packed. The weather conditions were ideal today with the sun out, but not to hot and no wind to speak of. Only 1 dnf for the day , so all in all, a successful pedal power expedition. **Thanks whit's wanderers for placing these caches along the historic O'Keefe Rail Trail for us to enjoy.**
I was the troll! Thanks WW.
On the bikes with The Tritonz in the Bendigo and Heathcote areas today, it was perfect weather for a cycle and caching in general.

A 4 day trip from Adelaide to Everton, Beechworth and surrounds.
8 of South Australia's finest caching teams came across the border Freddo, Team Astro, The White Dog Gang, Four Fun, Unicycle, Southern Cross Caching, Shonkloic, and Team Waldron hit the bike trails and country back roads.
It wasn't nice the the mozzies were sent to defend the ceches against us but we persisted.
On the way home we visited Bendigo, St Arnaud and many towns in between.
Many thanks to all the cache owners who put out caches for us to find.
A great time was had and we left enough to make another trip worthwhile.

SAWSTUFF weekend with Astro, Waldron, SxC, TWDG, Uni, Four Fun and Freddo. Thanks whit's wanderers
Found on an awesome trip with the SAW STUFF boys (Shonky, Astro[me], Waldron, Southern Cross, Whitedog, Unicycle, Freddo & Four-Fun). The trip had it all including this awesome cache. There were pots and schooners (no pints) , mazzive mozzies the size of small elephants we hitched rides on , realistic lizards, real live [xx(] kangaroos that got too close and uphills. Then there were bikes and pumps. There was sweat and dust but no tears. My thanks to the group and the coordination that enabled an amazing fun filled few days that will go down in caching-lore. [^]
Thanks to whit's wanderers and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!
Cache found in the last place we looked. We CAME. We CACHED. We SAW STUFF. Eight South Australian caching teams on the prowl in Lake Victoria. We were attacked by vampire mosquitoes. We were attacked by rogue magpies. We were attacked by brown snakes. We were attacked by running kangaroos. We were attacked by publicans and cooks. In the end we got the message and went home, but not before finding lots of hidden cachey things using billions of dollars of satellites and cheap hand-held devices.
One of many fun finds on along the way on the "SAW STUFF" road trip to central Victoria with Shonki, Astro, Waldron, Southern cross, Twdg, Uni & Freddo [^]

Such a nice spot. It's interesting to see the old foundations of the original embankment and bridge
Left a horse and out the log book in a snap lock bag. Nice spot by the creek. Why "velodrome?"

Very nearly caught by a stealth jogger but signed and off to my next find. Thanks for this series.
Find #967 for me. This was a quick find, but the lid was unclipped on 3 sides when I found it. Despite this, the cache and contents were all in good condition and I made sure that the lid was secure before leaving. Thanks for the series and the cache whit's wanderers!
Found quite a number of caches along this excellent trail today. The weather was hot and dry and the area clearly needs a good soaking rain. Hope it will arrive soon. TFTC
Found by Team Ninja 01/02/16, find number 749.
I had a few days off work so the family and I decided to take the train to Bendigo and cycle the O'Keefe rail trail from Bendigo to Axedale and back. The weather was magnificent and the ride was enjoyed by all.
After finding most of the caches on the ride to Axedale, we were restricted by time on the way back and only managed to find this cache. What a magnificent spot for a picnic. The old timber bridge that would have been here when the railway was in use would have been fantastic to see!
A quick search at GZ revealed the cache and I had the log signed. My thanks to whit's wanderers fora great series along the rail trail. Really enjoyed the caches and the ride. TFTC!

Found today. Very busy on the Okeff trail. Lovely spot for a break. Thanks whit's_wanderer for the GC
Found this cache and noticed the beautiful bench that we could have eaten our lunch at! Haha thanks for the cache
We're off on another family geocaching holiday! The geofamily: Geoparents = moneydork and tounga, geosis = locus cache and myself. Another raid into Mexico and that other state to the north of Mexico.
From here on we were playing leapfrog along the trail with at least tow of us at each cache along the way.
Thanks for the cache whit's wanderer's.

I did this series as part of a cross border raid from South Australia, with SushiLord and LocusCache.
We used the name "Lord Cache Dork" shortened to "LCD" on many of the caches.
We had a great time, cycling from Axedale to Bendigo.
Sorry about the generic logs. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the series.
It as the maiden voyage for my new bike, purchased specifically for caching on cycle trails.

Day 2 of the Bendigo trip with sushilord, Moneydork and Tounga.
We started the day with a very enjoyable bike ride along the O'Keefe rail trail and ended it driving in a forest
64 finds (2 will be logged once I have reached the required milestone challenge) and only 3 DNFs , one of which (Sogno Impossibile) was more of a could not search rather than a DNF.
Sushilord dropped us off and then took the car back to Moneydork's last unfound cache, leaving Moneydork and I to ride from this end back to the car while sushilord rode all the way back to meet us and then back to the car with us as we found the caches.
Please forgive the template logs but also know that we had a ball riding this trail, although we started later than expected (midday) and finished well into the afternoon's heat (2.30pm) but with camel backs and water, it was fantastic fun and exercise. While it was hot, it was also really cool!
