Awesome find on a cold night. I love how this one is hidden in such a cute way and thus is why I am giving it a favourite point. Beautiful.
Found gnome/s and another container but contained no log.Photo sent to CO as proof.TFTC!
Always great to be able to collect another Mary McKillop, we have them all over the country now. This one took a bit of hunting, but we finally found him in the smaller garden thanks for the cache. .Day 13 of our Great Leap Forward leap year Mega trip of 2024. Caching today with GLISS! Always wonderful to be travelling across the country enjoying the amazing scenery and caching along the way. Main focus for this trip has been to tidy up the last couple of counties needed in Victoria and make a serious dent in the South Australian ones. Plus a few days in Adelaide enjoying the mega fun. A hot dry trip this time around. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining these caches so we can enjoy the game.
Day 13 of my Leap Year Mega trip. Today, the plan is to find lots of counties. Found with Nibletricecakes. NOT the gnome with the red hat! TFTC.
An early morning start after our overnight stay. I am traveling with my friends, hatzofff, RoddyC, Snickersallan and grannysmith1947. We are signing all logs as "5 for QLD" to save space. All caches were found, signed and replaced as foundAfter a big day yesterday, today we are logging selected caches around the outer Adelaide area.
TFTC smile 18722 Out and about on a lovely day Having a great time finding a few caches heading to Adelaide for a few weeks then on our way to Canberra . A Leap Year Mega draws us to Adelaide. Today's our intrepid group arrives in South AustraliaWe are using the Acronym 6 for QLD to sign the log sheets. Most of the caches this day were nice quick finds. And so happily I say that the logs were signed and caches replaced as found on this day, 27th February 2024. We enjoyed a nice walk around Clare enjoying the cooler weather. We looked for any caches we passed on the way.We arrived here at a very bad time but after several minutes wait for the parents to leave after dropping off their students we found the cache. Many thanks for the hide Travelling Sister
On our way home from a week in Hawker. Wonderful time with friends, who tolerated and took up a bit of caching. This is a cute little cache in a quiet area. FP. Thanks for providing us with our entertainment.
The hardest part of looking for this cache was negotiating the streets and one way roads whilst parents were delivering their children to school. We eventually found a park close to GZ. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The protection provided to this cache, in particular the logbook, was very pleasing to see. Consequently, the cache and contents were in excellent condition. Thanks Travelling Sister for another in the series.
Out and about cachingl today on travels from Adelaide to Perth via the Nullarbor. Cache found and log signed. TFTC

We are on our way to the Rutherglen Mega. Overnight we stayed in Clare and today we are caching and winetasting. First up a Mary MacKillop cache and we met one of the last Sisters here (Sister Kerry I think). She recommended going to Seven Hills and looking at the Church and the crypt as well as the tastings. We took her advice and travelled to Seven Hills where the Father also told us to look at Weikert Cottage which is now an interpretative centre with a wide range of information and images. After some very nice wines we had lunch in the lovely Watervale Hotel. Then onto caching via Auburn, Eudunda for the Silo Art, and finally Nurioopta where we had a lovely icecream at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop.
We had a quick find here with Sister Kerry coming out and talking to us. She reminded us of Peterborough's 100 year anniversary mass today.

Day ten of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
A very chilly day in Clare. It started with a lot of rain, and some domestics for us, then a few gaps in the clouds and some cache collected by foot and by car.
A very impressive tower on the church here!
Still school holidays, as it was quiet around GZ.
BTW, no wheelbarrow, but the cache is still well hidden and in good condition.
Thanks, Robmc.

#19103. Day 10. of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. The first of a f ew days in Clare and we didn't get off to a good start with the weather, after heavy rain last night. Today we put off going out until this afternoon. Managed to collect 13 today although we were mistakenly dating them the 24th until I realised the error.
Magnificent spire and church - pity we couldn't get close to it, being on school grounds by the look of it. Finally found da place to park and walked to GZ. Cache was visible on arrival but we hid it properly before continuing on our way. We have done a lot of these caches in our travels over the years.
Thanks Travelling Sister

We intended to find this one the other day but had not timed it right. 3.00pm is not a good time to look for this cache. There is no wheelbarrow either, the cache is hiding under a flat rock. SL TFTC

Lovely walk back home from town. We looked a bit obvious standing in the corner.
Felt a bit like I was trespassing, but I was determined to extricate the cache. I tried to be careful not to damage anything. Finally got it signed. Some bees were present to witness everything. Tftcsl, tnln.
Thanks for the cache found with Webberg on our Clare Valley sojourn. Thanks for shy your lovely garden
DNF unfortunately, the wheelbarrow hint did not help as there was no wheelbarrow we could find. The navigation lead is to behind a green fence which we were unable to get around due to the gate being locked.
Went to find the geocache, and there was a large black dog (possibly a staffie, we couldn’t see it too well due to our group geocaching at night). Just beware of any dogs lose in the area tonight/tomorrow... we have seen multiple dogs being taken by a suspicious person.
Another Mary cache completed in a dodgy spot
This morning i decided to head to Clare for a half days caching and to attend a breakfast club event. An early start for 4:45am and came away with 51 finds by lunch time.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
In the Barossa, staying in Nuri with our good friends Snappy Tom Cats. HevWalker joined us for the weekend, so we devised an area around Clare that we had not cached, and they had quite a few they had not yet found. Set off with lunch packed and gps's loaded.
Easy peazy, once we worked out how to get in the one way street, and the roadworks. Thanks Travelling Sister, my son went to St Joseph's in Yeronga (Brisbane)

Clue didn’t make sense, but I could see something suspicious as I approached GZ, which turned out to be the cache. Quick easy find here. Tftc
Quick find in a nice peaceful street Out walking with Juju54 after spending 2 days biking the Riesling Trail TFTC
After leaving the north of the Yorke Peninsula, we travelled east to Clare.

In clare for a few days so grabbed a couple of town caches after stocking up on groceries nearby. Log photo helped as we could not relate it to the hint. TFTC
Found with loopy72 after having hand surgery. A quick find was made once I realised it wouldn’t be there. Thanks travelling sister.
After leaving Gawler and SA Family, headed to Clare for a couple of day for some winery tours and caching (you can never have enough of both) Today was day one, just to pickup a few to wet our appitite and plan tomorrows assault before we head to Morgan. Another hot dusty day with some caches taking us a little too long but perseverence paid off.

We headed over this way yesterday and hit Clare for a few caches this morning. I’m not quite sure that Sean.75 didn’t believe me when I tapped on a cache and it was this one. The last one we found of this series was in Tassie back in November. I’m still enjoying finding these ones. Tftc
Sorry about the Generic Log, Many found and many to log from a few weeks ago.
The usual troupe of a Rat, Adder and Starfish on their Wednesday day out, today up North. Thanks for all the caches although I can not remember them all. The logs of the others pretty much describes the hide, find and adventure. TFTC

Found it after plucking up the chourage to interrogate the gnome. Think 'the lady of the house' clocked us as soon as we arrived....... probably laughing at us from behind her curtains.
