As per our log - this cache has become a victim of the fire that has been through here. There is very little to show for it and it will need replacing. We have uploaded a photo.
As we walked in towards GZ we noticed that the whole area has had a fire go through here - so wew were a little unsure of what we would find. Following the GPS and using the hint, we found GZ. We are logging this one as a find, but sadly there is very little left of this cache as the fire has claimed this cache as one of its victims. We will upload a photo that shows that all that is left is the spiral ring from the log book, a marble and the remnants of a TB. We have rescued the TB dog tag and brought it home and been able to clean it up and find the tracking number - so we will contact the owner and let them know.
Approached the wrong way, going down a vehicle track then circled back along a walking track. easily spied though, cache in good condition and replaced well.

Almost missed this one. It was hiding under it's parking icon on the map.
Went around and turns out you don't even need to get of your bike if you follow all the paths.

Tftc. Path is quite flattened now which was good and pathway co-ords were very helpful.
Nice container in the Bush. I Wanted to Grab the 2 TB's to Take them with me to Germany but i did Not See any of them (
I am heading to Clontarf for a picnic.
And headed up early to find a few caches before the catch.
A short walk from the side streets to this one.
Thanks for the cache.

Found cache & a bong! Signed log & binned bong . Added a golf ball to the collection that we found on the trip there.
Was lovely area, the coordinates are about 10-20mins out, but we still found it thankd!
I am the persistence queen! Big strong Geohubby gave up coz he got some prickles and in I went, heels and all! (Wasn't expecting to go bush walking today!). GPS comes out as phone device had us a mile away! I left a spiderweb shifting stick on the start of the path for the next person! TFTC
Found during a few hours of caching on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Enjoyed the short walk to the cache and found it after a bit of a search in a couple of nearby spots. Thanks for the cache Triam!
Out and about with teamdfl for another Freaky Friday We meandered our way to GZ, but couldn't find the cache. We had a look at a couple of other spots, and one that DIDN'T match the hint was the right one I reckon there's 4 not 3. TFTC, Triam.
Parked nearby and walked in. Our GPS were a bit off, and the clue did not help. I count more than that Found it after a short hunt. There were no TBs in the cache today.
Nice easy find less than 500m from our house. The grass is a bit trampled leading straight to the cache making muggle discovery a possibility. Had nothing to swap so will pop back another time. TFTC. Tony, Carole & Ben
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Captain Terror and I parked up the road for this one, and had a short walk to GZ. We followed the trail in, and very quickly spotted the cache

Gaz'n'Kab
Out with half of Gaz'n'Kab after the flight that was not to be and reading the cache description I wondered why the parking co-ords didn't show up on my GPSr. I still don't know. We found a likely entrance though, parked and set off.
Even this far from the ocean/sea/bay the canals are very clear, Redcliffe always seems very clean and un-smelly. As we walked we discussed where we'd like to hide a cache, some of our suggestions may require a lot of planning just to get to. With a likely path through the tree spotted we headed in. The path was damp to start with, but all good after a couple of metres. It has been lightly raining today after all.
Gaz was all over this cache and soon had a logbook for us to sign. I grabbed the froggy TB from inside before rehiding all as found and heading back to the car. Nice to grab another in this series. I wonder when the rail will actually be built. TFTC Triam

After a search in all the wrong places because GPS was taking me to all the wrong places finally found it on the way out, dropped off tb froggy. On my way to a party on this side of town so froggy has come a fair way from its previous visit in kenmore.
Found it and the mossies! Had trouble until we realized there was no train station
Found it with geohusband, Aquaman, enough mozzies here to take you away. Long grass, thongs not recommended as ideal footwear for this hunt. No sign of any trackables here. Left a few trinkets, nothing much in there to take. Replaced the log book, as what was in there was a single piece of paper.
Quick one here with some TBs I really needed to drop off
Mozzies! Gaaaah Mozzies! We had brought Rid, but I was determined not to put it on for just one cache... yeah that's not the smartest decision I've ever made.
Cache was easily located, and log signed. Done and dusted!
Thanks Triam

Found ok, was watched by "Muggaroo" but hopped away before I could get a photo. Needs a new log book.
TFTC, took the Geokids (4 & 6) on a hunt today and collected the entire series, this was # 2 of the 6 @ 3.32pm.
Thought, I parked the car OK, but oon the walk back it was being scouted by the local police, luckily they drove off. On heading out through the traffic lights, the drove past, looked over and turned around to follow us, fortunately, my light turned green and went red before they got there. Off we go looking for number 3.

Found whilst caching with Dannza for the day. Geo hubby, daughter and son-in-law had jumped from a perfectly good plane this morning. So after my heartbeat returned to normal I ventured off to complete some Geocaching therapy. Quick find. It was a little exposed so I recovered. Otherwise it is in good condition. TFTC
Look 2 ya left..had us scratching our head for a while ...co'ords totally out of whack... TFTC
This one I thought was a bit tricky as it was away from the co'ords and it was four not three. But found it in the end thanks
Riding down the main line,
Shaking off the pain,
Heading for a bright time,
Waiting for a train
The trains a long time coming !! [:o]

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 3:43pm. Parked and made the short walk to GZ. So this is where the station will be; always wondered where it was but now I know. TFTC
Great spot . Cache was in full view as you were walking down the path so replaced it were we thought it would go. TFTC Triamks

I visited to check on the cache, which appeared to be in a good condition and to take photos of the area so that there's a record of what it used to look like before the construction starts (even though that's likely to be a while away).
My photo taking was interrupted by a teenage trail bike rider who had a passenger who no helmet or shoes on, who swore at me as they drove past and who I then heard complaining when the bike stopped and she grazed her feet on the gravel. I decided I better leave before they decide to cause any more trouble. I should have reported them to the police.

Found on a day of caching from Caboolture to Redcliffe
This cache was on the ground & the contents scattered, retrieved what we could find & replaced where we thought it should be. Took TB, glad it was still there.

Out with Nyssaflutterby and mini-munchkin today, went for a lovely walk in the sunshine, surprising number of muggles passing through the area. GPSr was 10m out but found in a likely spot. TFTC Triamks ^^
A good Cache a little walk from where we parked. Made a swap and dropped off 3 Travel Bugs! TFTC
Found a week or so ago and now logged on our return to NZ. Closest cache to where our Aussie family live. TFTC
We entered the approach to the GZ and noticed the sign that clearly said - no trail bikes. Almost immediately, a trail bike appeared from between the town houses to race ahead of us and join another. They made nothing but noise and made the experience less than enjoyable. Why do the nearby houses tollerate it? We'll have to add a revolver to the caching kit - kidding! This was the last cache in the MBRL series for us and it was pleasure to find containers in such great condition. Thanks for series!
at 14:23. No trouble once we realised that the road we intended to use is not available and we had to navigate to another street.
The Alan Border GC is not there. There is a log in the logbook which has not appeared here yet. It has an incorrect date (17/7/12 which hasn't happened yet) and mentions taking a GC.
Our 9th cache and 6th MBRL station for the day which will do us. TFTC and the series Triamks. Like all the others this cache is fine.

1311 - It has been a while since we have been in this area, but today was the day we decided we would grab the recently placed Moreton Bay Rail Link series. We walked in from one of the local side streets and just after arriving at GZ the rain suddenly got heavier. At first I followed the wrong geotrail, but luckily I found the right one and soon had the log book in hand at 2:26pm. I swapped the Allan Border TB for the Yellow Ten GC. Thanks for the series Triamks.
This was a lovely area with a few interesting birds to watch along the way and a nice quiet GZ. My first for the series and very enjoyable. Thanks Triamks
With the better half of jasenjanine away in Melbourne for the weekend, Master 3 and i thought we'd head out for a few smilies . After playing a little sudoku nearby, this was the next on the list .. and having put my faith in 'Karen' ... we found ourselves at a likely starting point.
Parking up, we made the short trek to GZ ... where the GPS'r had me searching the wrong tree for a moment. The geo-trail certainly does give this one away though . Took koala and smurf TB's to continue their journeys .. have had the yellow ten GC before.

My approach to this one wasn't the best.... and the GPS couldn't find satellites from the moment I left the car to the moment I retunred.... think that was some sort of record fail for that unit!! however the phone worked a treat, and found the cacne easily!!
Did the mossie slap dance signing the log!
Thanks Triamks, interesting theme for this series!!
Dropped in 2 TBs.

Looks just where you would put a railway station. In the bush alongside an easement. Pity about the homes. Easy find. Left The yellow ten GC.

First of the series. GPS had me 10 metres off, but the hint helped. Will be interesting to see if it will be completed as per the signs.

This is my first find of this series. I wandered down through the park behind the houses and units. It was a nice afternoon and very quiet in the park. I can't imagine a noisy train station here. TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Triamks
Number 2 of a good day out. Been waiting for this train to arrive here for a long long time - still waiting still waiting.

=) As with Fangsoki as I approached the area some clown was tearing around on an undersized motorbike, he was paying alot of attention to me as I walked past where he was riding, might have been my high vis work gear that scared him off because he bailed straight away leaving me with a quiet GZ to search for the cache, Had the container in hand shortly after which is still in good dry condition, Thanks Triamks seems like an interesting little series =)
Hmm - an interesting area where I parked for this one. Some little punk riding his motorbike on the reserve clearly marked "No Motorbike Riding". He got wind of me and tore off. I was unable to decide which way was best. I went one way - and aborted. Tried another way - and aborted even quicker. Hmm should have kept going the first way - I found a path to GZ there
This area was quite beautiful and I made an easy find (good old caching trail - bit hard to hide in this grass). The cache was in good condition. The mosquitios were in plentiful condition I walked briskly back to the car with a cloud of them following me.
TFTC Triamks - an enjoyable and informative little series

After wondering around in the scary long grass again, I found the cache and then also found the much easier, well worn path to the cache Will be waitng for the other two caches in the series and seeing if I can beat membsec to the FTFs

*FTF* (9.24pm) Perhaps the hardest of the night because the dark does not allow you to easily pick on the locations you think fir the description. Non-the-less picked our way through the grass in this currently quiet location to take our total of FTFs for 2 days to 19.
Thanks for the series - look forward to the final 2. Don't hold your breath for the line to be completed it has been a long time coming and has been promised so many times before.
