opted-out user I found your cache Little House on the Prairie on 18/10/2024, 10:35am. This is my find 7149 and find # 8 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Found It!A quick find here while on the scenic route back to Sydney.TFTC
Catching up with late logs.We are traveling with Geoturtle 37, Papi4506 & The Drovers to do an assault on Bathurst and surrounds. We solved all the puzzles we could before we left home which was also an enjoyable part of this journey. We had a great time today doing a southerly loop picking up any caches that came up on the map finding all types of cache sizes and hides but unfortunately we have got behind in our logging and are trying to catch up now.We can no longer remember the caches individually so we apologize for the generic log, it's certainly not meant to take anything away from our experience, it's just the old minds just ain't what they used to be.We signed the logs as The Mob.Many thanks for adding this piece to the game board for our enjoyment.
Day 2 of our Bathurst trip with Team Crackers, Geoturtle37 & Papi4506.Today we did a lot of country driving, through nearby towns. The scenery was lovely with the trees turning a multitude of different colours for winter. All puzzles were solved before the trip. This is one of the caches we stopped to find along the way.A quick search and the cache was located, signed and replaced.A favourite point given. Many thanks for placing this cache, opted-out user, for us and others to find.
Took on the long grass here for the search, starting to think towards a dnf then I noticed it thereThanks for the cache
Looked around, and when I turned to return to the car spotted it!. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC

Couldn’t get on first attempt due to a muggle having a driving lesson. Quick easy find second time past...
Tftc , hope they don't need to use the little house any more, bit of a walk from the big house
Found with minniek during our weekend away to nab the TRLT series in this area. TFTC.
I believe I was the first find with the updated coordinates. The country here is beautiful this spring.

This seems to have some problems that need attention. We will get to it very soon.
Couldn't see anything that resembles a cache either on the sign or fence line nor trees
Hatzofff and I are in Bathurst for a few weeks house sitting, and of course have time for lots of caching.
Today we journey around TRLT caches from Taralga south, picking up others on the way.
Quick find. All good.

On a visit from Sydney to visit family at White Rock I took a detour to visit a few of the TRLT caches. Here it was a quick park and grab. TFTC.
TFTC! Beautiful country definitely needs some water, easy to find with a common container in a good hiding spot! Second for the day with mbyrne26 on the way home from Orange
I parked down on the bend and walked back up to GZ. how cute is that outhouse? or is it an outhouse, it could be generator housing for all I know of farm buildings. the cache had a spider guardian, so with a "bloody hell!", the cache went into the air and I took a few steps back. luckily we scared each other silly so the spider was no where to be seen when I retrieved the cache from whence it lay. after the log was signed I retreated to the road and wandered back to the car to continue my caching journey for the day. tftc
Bathurst Day 3
We ventured out again in the afternoon ,locating caches a little closer to Bathurst.
This is also our last day & we have enjoyed where the many caches have taken us around your city.
Thanks for placing this cache becon4046

Day 2 of our trip away. Stayed in oberon last night and thought we would head out here to collect a few extra smiley faces. Thankyou for the cache .
I suggested to fitzy_1965 that we should go caching for his birthday. He chose the Bathurst area. So with a list compiled, my only request was to grab some unloved caches so I could finally complete a challenge cache. We managed to fill in a lot of gaps and some previous DNF's.....although I think we ended up with more DNF's for the day
Quick find here today and such a cute little house. TFTC

14838. Found during a tour up around the Bathurst region with minniek.
With a full day available for a caching run for my birthday we headed up towards Bathurst to fill in many gaps and have a great days caching. This was a nice quick drive-by find this time replacing a 2013 DNF. Signed the log, replaced the cache, then we were off to the next one.
Thanks to all the CO's for placing the caches !!

In Bathurst for a SES Competition over the weekend which ended just after lunch, decided to tick off a few caches to break up the long drive home. As this one had been a dnf a few years ago, made a bit more of detour off the highway to finally turn the taunting icon into a smilie. Unusual placement for this camo so not sure it’s meant to be quite there but made for a quick find.
Loved reading these books as a kid. Parked safely and walked to this one - there was a suprising amount of vehicles on this road today!

#4300- Now that really is a little (out) house on the prairie! An instant find- not the kind of cache I expected to find where it was, but there you go. A very picturesque area. Thanks becon4046.
Wilbert67 and us have been planning an over night trip to Bathurst and pre solved many puzzles in preparation, we also picked up quite a few others along the way. We left early in the morning and we were hoping for better weather in light of all the rain we been having and good weather we had. We had an enjoyable day with only 4 DNF out of approximately 43. A big thanks to all the CO for making our trip enjoyable. TFTC.
On A weekender with J+J.AU, Goulburn, Oberon, Bathurst, Lithgow and back is our goal. Solved lots of puzzles as a preparation for this trip and happy to collect in on a lot of them. More eyes makes easier caching. Started with some fog and cold on Saturday morning, but the weather got better and better. Thanks for putting out all the caches!

Not sure if this was here last time I came, as I was looking on the other side of the road. TFTC.
It is always good to find some easy caches that add to the numbers for the day and this was one of those. The log was signed and everything was put back in its proper pace. Thank you for putting this cache into play for all cachers to find and enjoy.

Definitely DNF. Lots of long grass, beginning of Autumn, but snakes are still about. Not game to go sticking my hand in holes or thick grass to look too closely.
Judging by comments about 'armchair' finds, looks like this cache needs to be checked on.
Nice drive, but a cache at the end would've been the icing on the cake.

No luck here. Yes, I agree...those names previous have probably never even been down this road.
This is the 5th of 6 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
[red]We spent quite some time here at around 11:45:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache, so a DNF from us - - - not stating it's not there... just that we couldn't spot it.
[/red]
Ian and Penny
PS: Although we didn't find the cache, we suspect that logs by Livixx, lezilla, sicsv8, kaylajaynex, pornor33 & Mikkivi are armchair logs. Their names certainly didn't appear in the logs of other caches we found.

A strange choice for a cache container in such an area. But it's another find.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Our original hide was a spider but he keeps wandering off so we have a box to find now.
Nope was lost at this 1 – if it is still there then its not as easy as it makes out.
DNF! Phoned a friend n even got a picture but till no luck for us today. Maybe next time.
Ah, an oldie but certainly a goodie......
Had been looking for a few minutes when I spotted it. Log signed and cache replaced.....already for the next person to have a go. Can't say to much or might give it away.
Thanks becon4046.....

At first we searched the most logical spots and then continued with a different approach. Suddenly we had the cache in hand and smiled. You get a favorite for my (Helgas) reaction
We have replaced the temporary container with one similar to the original, so the hint is now valid.
