A quick check as we made our way home from Beechworth. Surprisingly we didnt find a signature on the log sheet from the last finder who logged on line. All good with cache and contents.
A quick check on our cache as we made our way along the track to some fishing pole caches. All good with container and contents.
There are some wasp nests in the area, but not too close to the cache hiding place. All good with cache and contents, which is closer to the ground.
Headed up north for a weekend roadtrip with RoamingHowie. An interesting rest stop. RH spotted the cache as the wasps watched from their nests. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Harrowang ~~
Final day of blue sky and sunshine for this trip. With camp packed up we began our way home via a few caches of course.A nice little roadside stop here and a relatively quick find once we rested. Thanks Harrowang for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy. Good hide. Out spending the day searching for caches with friends! Thanks for the hide.
We saw all around Beechworth while staying with family.
A quiet little picnic spot away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A very well disguised cache, thanks Harrowang.

Out on a day's drive around the Beechworth region we stopped to collect this cache. We discovered a well camoflauged type of container that we've not often seen. Nice hide! TFTC Harrowang
Pulled up on the way into town and the cache was quickly to hand. Container and contents were in excellent condition. Signed log and moved on. TFTC Harrowang
#17749; Day 5 of the Rutherglen Mega mission and the plan for today is to reconvene 'The Canberra Mob' (aka TCM) to tackle the CSI 3 geoart series near Beechworth and ther First to Find Explosion series back closer to Rutherglen. Headed off in a convoy after watching the start of the Easter Egg Hunt and grabbed the first in the CSI series around 10:20. We managed to log all of the caches in the series along with a bonus and a few others as we made our way around the trails. It was then time to head for Beechworth, collecting this cache along the way, Arrived to find the queue at the Bakery extended halfway down the street, so it was back to Rutherglen for a bite to eat. Once the hungerpangs were settled, we rejoined the rest of TCM again to tackle the first part of the FTF series which had only been published a day or two earlier. All up 67 finds for the day including the Farewell to Rutherglen event. Apologies for the largely generic logs! TFTC Harrowang
After completing the CSI Series with the Canberra Mob, Pa drove Sol de Lune, LuckyL10n and me on a little adventure picking up more caches as we continued back towards the Rutherglen Mega. This was one of the caches we found and signed. TFTC harrowang

Out and about exploring the area with my Snuggle-Muggle. It's always nice to pick up some caches as well.
Thanks for the geo-fun.

A quick check as we made our way to the BW Farmers Market this morning. Cache in place and all good.
Couldn't look long as we had to keep moving, wasn't able to find it this time
Day of from the usual grind today so decided to head back up to Beechworth and pick away at a few more caches. Very cold today, no sun to warm up.

I was out and about today caching and finding various ones that I had previously solved or qualified for. Quick stop here to break the drive and admire the views. TFTC
Caching day with Crank1 after the Mega event. I got stung twice by wasps - I would encourage t1.5 not 2. Harrowang, thank you so much for placing it and highlighting this area.
Mega Weekend at Wangaratta. On way to home in Melbourne. we had a great time finding your cache Harrowang, thank you so much for placing it.
We made a right cock up of getting in here, what a laugh! As easy as this cache was, it took us a bit of time to find as we checked all the hard places first!
Thanks Harrowang
I had been set to attend another Victorian Mega but the damn pandemic began and for obvious reasons one was cancelled and one was postponed. I was pleased the postponed Wangaratta event went ahead but have to admit I was still apprehensive about the COVID situation. Although attending all events, (except 1 of the CITOs) keeping distance was still a priority. I had a great time touring with 1TOOLMAN and Budgietas although there was an empty void where SSR should have been.
As well as Wangaratta, we visited The Paps, Mt Buller, Benalla, Glenrowan, Winton and even popped in to Lex country, having dinner at Brady’s Railway Hotel. Our find numbers were low but our laugh count was high so I call that a win!
Thanks Harrowang

Found this cache as part of a run of 100 caches that included a few of the HSS caches, the gourment series and the Ned Kelly Helmet Series. We found this cache after the element series completing a loop back around towards beechworth
Quick stop and grab while in the area
--------------------------------------------
The Mega in Victoria I had always planned to attend, but due to covid changes I was concerned, I wouldn’t be able to due to work commitments. As these commitments cleared up, I planned to go over and catch up with GoosenEgg, Stainless Steel Rat, and 1Toolman while in Wangaratta for a day caching to attempt to find 100 in one day. As things turned out Stainless Steel Rat was unable to go, so I was invited to join GoosenEgg and 1Toolman for the entire period. 1Toolman collected us from the airport and we immediately drove to Victoria’s 1st Geocache. From there during the 4 days, we visited Wangaratta, Mt Buller, Albury, Wodonga, Benella, Glenrowan, and Beechworth (although we didn’t make the bakery much to 1Toolmans disgust)
The trip was less about numbers and more about visiting places that I had only driven through before. We did manage to complete the Ned Kelly Helmet series and find a great Earthcache at Murmungee Lookout and another cache at “The Paps” which gave tremendous views of the area. The GPS maze, which I must say was one of the greatest attractions was also attended as with another cacher I was first through on the Saturday Morning at 8.15. It was great to get this icon on my profile.
Of the trip, it was certainly hot and humid, but we really didn’t get rained on in any serious way, with the major storm passing through at night time, otherwise it was just hot or very hot depending on the time of the day.

Day 2 of my Mega trip after camping out at Pioneer Creek last night I woke up early to go out and get as many caches before it starts to heat up. Caching from there moving towards beechworth then headed back toward Wangaratta where I will cache throughout the afternoon. Eitherways thanks for the cache and being a part of the day.

In Wangaratta for the Mega, we traveled over early so we could get some local caching in. After stowing the shop in a storage shed so it wasn't bouncing around in the back of the car we set up in the caravan park and can now cache and explore. Today we had a lazy sleep in and a late start with the mission to head back to Beechworth and have lunch at Billsons Brewery. After rolling out of the brewery after an awesome meal and some tastings, we headed back to Camp for a cheeky afternoon snooze. Stopped and grabbed this one first though! TFTC
Called in to check on this one on our way to Beechworth. All good and plenty of room in the log book.
It was really well hidden and took us a while to find. The direction was a bit off but we found it eventually!
Stopped here for a bit of afternoon tea and found this cache. Well hidden and in a great spot. Thanks for putting a cache here for us to find. Cache is in good condition. Cheers.
We could have done a better job of parking! Found quickly once we were at GZ. Thanks for the cache Harrowang
So many possibilities. If the was a sign to this place we completely missed it and scrambled up the verge.
Took away the full log book, which revealed the extra log book that was put in there in May 2020! Ready for lots of visitors again.
After attending the event in Beechworth. A short drive and rest on a beautiful day. Log book almost full. TFTC
Out caching with Teamo Gamo after a little catch up in Wangaratta. Loved putting a few names to faces and then getting out and adding some smileys. We nearly missed the turn off to this but got there and got the smiley. Great little hide and took us a while to work out Mrs Robinson

Logged as TeamoGamo yesterday after attending Meet and Greet event in Wang... Was a great day of people, places, family, friends and smiles

Log it as TeamoGamo! The girls are catching up with 2 finds and 3 finds to the boys! Haha
The coordinates mistakenly took us to the garden but we looked in another area and found the cache. Found with matho64. TFTC
A couple of fellow cachers checked on this one today after a recent DNF, and found the cache in place and also added an extra log book. It is well camouflaged, so you have to look hard to see it! Thanks for the maintenance check BettyBoo and Robmc. The trackable that is listed in this cache has been missing for many months.
With the front of the car now pointed towards home, we stopped by here for a look (although we probably shouldn't have the way we did I guess [8)]). A nice quick find at 12:55, an equally quick look at the views and we were on our way (again, probably not the way we should have. Oh well. )
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Harrowang.
**PS:** There was no sign of the *[Magic: The Gathering, Ixalan Treasure Piece](https://coord.info/TB8KB7W)* trackable in the cache.

Found. I went for a drive to Beechworth looking for some air that was less smokey and found this cache while I was there. Quick find at a rest stop I would easily have passed without noticing. TFTC
Some maintenance and some caching adventures in and around Beechworth this morning. At 9.15am placed this cache back in the correct position, and all good to go again. Took: eraser Left: pathtag. No sign of the trackable dropped here in May though. No doubt in the bottom of someone’s caching bag! And now onto Beechworth to add a couple of smileys to our map.
Found with ILookedThere as we raided Beechworth for every cache we could get our mits on.
Our railtrail aspirations had been foiled by the rain early in the day but just cos it was a wet day didn't mean it couldn't still be a fun day.
With the bikes all long packed away, our plan of attack had turned to driveby parkngrabs.
This one suited us perfectly as we finally started winding our way back to the other car in Everton. [^]
A great view came with this nice little well camo'ed cache that we were lucky to find as quickly as we did. [8)]

This morning was my last day in this lovely area, and I set about finding the ones I wanted to find rather than just seeing how many I could find. Quality over quantity you might say. Then it was undertaking the three hour drive back to Melbourne where I was keen to find some solved puzzle caches I hadn't found on my previous visit in November last year.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. A big thanks to the owners of all the caches I’ve found over the last three days, pretty much all of the caches I found were in good condition and well maintained. Cheers and TFTC

Was so nice to see community groups build these structures at this lookout. Great place for a cache and a great hide!
Out with Just a cacher today on a caching run and decided to grab this one while passing.
Thanks for the cache Harrowang

Lightning trip to Victoria, placing caches, and just happened on a few 'finds' as well. Thanks!
Nearly missed the entrance to the lookout as it was not signposted. Fortunately finding the cache was easier
