As mentioned below, found a lid, but that’s it. Can that be looked as a smiley, under the circumstances??
Thanks to the Wesso family for giving me a reason to actually stop at Toolambi Canal Park rather than just looking from afar while at the traffic lights.
Stopped by on Sunday afternoon to find this one but encountered (possibly) the worst kind of muggles - young lovers who had just sat down to enjoy a beverage and the sunset and didn't look like they would be moving on any time soon.

Found this cache with TBU2Uwe001 couple of weeks ago and signed the log.

What a gorgeous view from here! Easy find, although needed a bit more covering. Thanks for bringing me here, Wesso Family. TFTC
Caching on the Sunshine Coast with Mr CuriousQuest. Next, we came to this cache. A quick find was made and the log signed. TFTC
Out and about with Selva Girls today. The find was made here. We signed the log and replace the cache as found. TFTC
Wesso Family I found your cache Toolambi Canal Park on 15/6/2022, 10:05 am. This is my find 3514 and find # 1 today. With the cache replaced, this time a quick and easy find. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Wesso Family I didn’t find your cache Toolambi Canal Park on 8/6/2022, 11:33 am. Searched among the roots of a couple of trees and came up empty.
A planned weekend trip up to the sunshine coast to grab a few caches. I still need a few more to get me closer to that sunshine coast challenge. The trip worked in well for the Sunday morning CITO event in Coolum.
I meet up with Esmiley and we spent Saturday, day and night, caching areas that neither of us had been to before. We were not certain if the recent rains and floods would have effected any of the caches but we gave it a shot.
We first of hit the Sippy Downs area and we had some fun. Many of the caches here took much longer than they should have; we spent way too much time trying to find simple caches. We then moved towards the north, working our way to Coolum however, time ran out and we had to stop for the day. It seemed as though the day was getting hotter as it went on and got even worse during the night.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches, some I kept notes on, some were just great caches and some I really do not understand why. We signed all logs with both names and replaced as we found them.
Glad I got to avenge a DNF on this one. tricky hide when I was last here, I’m sure I looked there, just not hard enough.

D 1.5 T 1.5 Micro Traditional Cache
After the kayak event I went to pick up some caches on the way home to complete the Sunshine Coast challenge (GC7PDN5). 71/555 to go.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here wesso family. We (Chamad and willis007) looked here before and even extended our search. Can't believe we missed it. Today was easy find as the lid was uncovered plus we had a tip from the CO where to look.

Fun day caching with Chamad, willis007 and duppers trying to complete the Sunshine Coast Challenge.
Thanks for taking us here wesso family. Spent quite some time searching/scratching at gz and surrounds. Too good for us or it's missing?

This took some persistence and then I realised where it would be. On to the next one on my morning geocaching ride. It’s the penultimate day of this visit to the area. TFTC
A lovely morning collecting some caches and this is one I found. All good with the cache found in a beautiful place, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Wesso family
Found with the help of a small stick ! Tftc and brining me to this lovely park.
Plenty of pretty hidden spots long this trail. Beautiful. Thank you for your hides logging with DeafPVC
Feared this could be too tricky but a previous log was a big help and GeoEd soon jumped on it. Tftc
Came with the gf, she didn’t believe in this whole thing until she saw it for herself. Great find, two little kids fishing which was annoying but got on with it.
Took awhile but narrowed it down.
Could do with a new log as is full & damp.

Found nice and easy. Waited for some muggles, then snuck in and grabbed it. TYFTC.
Our GPS had us parking on the main road here but that didn't look like a safe option so we found our own way to a perfect parking spot.
The yellow lid of this one was quickly spotted and there was even a seat to sit on to log it.
Mr Beetle didn't take part in this search as he was too busy checking out the fish.
Thanks.

Nice spot to munch on an apple and daydream about kayaking along this lovely canal. Great hiding spot though didn’t take me too long to spot it. A few quiet muggles around but don’t think I was noticed. Thanks!
While camping in the area with my geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out and find a few more caches ...
All Good .. TFTC ..

Came past when things were quiet. Still had to wait for a couple of muggles in a nearby house.
But all good, Cache retrieved and signed. Log looks to be a replacement one, and is nearly full.

I strolled through the park today,
poking around for caches along Nicklin's Way
Here by the water,
I thought there oughta,
be a cache there and there was !!

Thank you. We forgot a pen to say hello but we left a surprise for the next hunter
Our GPS set us in the wrong location at first but we soon corrected ourselves & the cache was soon in hand. Found with Mrs Krispy Kreme. TFTC
Could Not Find This One. New Bark Was Placed Down So It May Have Been Removed?
Found this one after a little searching. There were no muggles around so we could search for it freely. Found some goodies which the kids enjoyed! TFTC
This one required a bit of stealth to avoid arousing the suspicion of the muggle nearby. He seemed to be very preoccupied with cleaning his backpack while sitting in the afternoon sun. This is another lovely location that we whizz past most of the time never having cause to stop.
EJCat found the cache at the correct place while I found absolutely nothing of interest at the wrong place! It appeared that the log had been wet a while back but it's ok at the moment with a little extra paper to write on.
Thanks Wesso Family for a nice location.

Pleasant place to sit and rest and search for a GC. Found after a short search. TFTC
Was a lil moist inside.. but first find in a while. Popped my girlfriends first geocache cherry.
Found. Moved a handful of debris no digging. Moist insdie. Log book needs to be changed.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Jemillalucy and Lisylou). Found after digging deep. TFTC!
Fairly quick find with mnance101 and jemillalucy today. Quite buried and covered. Tftc
Great one to look for. Took us about 15mins in the rain to find and you need to get down and dirty.
Grettingz from Canada!! Pretty tricky, took us 15min in the rain. You really need to dig! Nice spot tho, live the view
Late log - strangely enough I do remember vividly not finding this cache. Spend a long time in and around the rocks and structures and plants but found nothing. Maybe next time.
Geo babe getting tired so we are going to call it a night thank you for the cache it was a great find
