Disappointed to miss out on this one. Spent ages at site trying to find it. Then returned to the van only to find that it was gone. Guess that happens sometimes when caches are collected weeks before getting to an area. Did check it a few days ago on the GCA website where it was still showing 4 ticks. Thanks.
Now that is an unusual cache! As last finder mentioned there was no notebook so we left a new one. Thanks for a great cache.

This cache is one of my favourites! The 'pile of rocks' is not what you first think. A easy find once I realised this. Love the big caches!
Found and logged at 15:45
One of 8 finds for the day traveling from Mackay to Rockhampton on my way home from Darwin via Queansland and the east coast

A little concerned after all the rain and flooding that it was long gone but we were looking in the wrong spot. We got back on track and i just caught it in the corner of my eye, loved the box but it was missing the log book, wrote our log on a piece of scrap and on our way to the next after fighting the mozzies by the millions.
Lovin the rocky caches! One of The many cache I've sought out on my way home to Brisbane but this is definitely one of the cooler ones! TFTC
The pile of Rocks had us scratching our Heads a little but after reading the description it was all too easy.

Wow, I forgot to log this one straight away! It was a good find though
Quick walk through the park to cache. no TB to be found. left a few goodies, geo girl took Bart.
we have had a good find rate on our visit this last few days, pity we didn't make it last week but the girls were being auctioned this week.
easy find with no one around however we saw quite a few cop cars racing around with lights flashing

Found with Tassiegirl13.
Nice little walk to this one.
This Nissan has certainly seen better days, I guess they just don’t make em like a Toyota!

We were lucky the blokes were working in the shed when we found this cache.

This one was a bit of a problem at first as we could see where the cache was but there were two young blokes working on a 4X4 close to the cache sight, I worked my way around as not to be seen, but one of the young chaps looked up and said , are you after that thing here, so he knew all about it, log signed and of to the next one.
Ahh! I like these large size caches. Had a pleasant but warm walk to GZ then a short search and the cache was in hand. Lots of interesting stuff inside. I left a TB and took a TB. TFTC The Talent.
On our way back from Duthie walk #5 when we noticed this one on our Garmin.

1220hrs. Found a parking place and went for a walk. Neared GZ and looked around and wandered away still looking. Read the hint and all was revealed. A clever hide. Dropped 3 TB's ready for your event weekend. TFTCSL
- Bug "Harry's Dragon Travel Geocoin" dropped

Had some time in Rocky while my wife attended The Big Day In so tried some caches. Took me a little while to find this one until I read the hint. Thanks to The Talent.
Dropped of Geocoin "Fortune Favors the Bold". First geocoin I found so I dropped him off at the first cache I found.
This one was a bit different and nice to see so much care being taken with the cache. We followed the instructions and planted out sticker in the log book in no time. No muggles around so we had time to enjoy the area.
Thanks to The Talent.
Thanks to The Talent.
This one had great cache housing. There were some excellent swaps inside that we traded. TFTC and the effort that went into making this one! Loved it!
After walking along the creek it took us some time to locate GZ. Yhen the hunt for the cache started , it we had of read the hint we would have found it much sooner.
Very well thought out.

Looked and looked but couldn't find it. Grass is overgrown and trees have been moved. Possibly not there anymore?
I can confirm it is definitely still there. When you find it, you'll kick yourself
Lost friend, found friend, found cache, got lost in the dark with friend. Was my first cache find, I'm hooked!

FTF - Our second first to find and just down the road from our first. Grateful to 'The Talent' for this cache and his committment to placing a new cache each month - its going to keep lots of new caches around and opportunities to find them. This is a good one for the kids - a short walk and really enjoyed finding this and room to swap. Interesting location and interesting "thing" to observe when there. I signed the log without using the hint, just thought it would be easier that way. It was good to find this during school hours because I've noticed that there are lots of kids in this area out of school hours. I took a lego man and left a book, highlighter and a small plastic car. The log book for this cache is really neat. I was actually on my way to work when I got the notice this cache was published - and I had 15 minutes up my sleeve - it couldn't have been better timing.
