There was no sign of Mr Ed today, but this seemed like a good location to leave a geocoin that I had with me.
This was to be the final One Mile Creek Trail for me this afternoon, as I was heading west from here.
Thanks to mvyrmnd for this series along the trail here, I enjoyed the walk exploring the area.

Found this morning with some family members as we picked up a few caches around town, the cache was soon located thanks to many sets of eyes, thanks mvyrmnd for the cache.
Out for a drive on a warm day, after catch up with family in Wangaratta for the night. This quick find to make on a lovely morning.
Thanks mvyrmnd for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

We didn't open the container as there is a bullants next to it and they already looked mad but we had a furry neighbour come to say hi
First find for the day while out with Shadow 67. Was a reasonably easy find although there were several muggle kids playing nearby in the creek but dont think they even realized we were there. There were also several hundred bull ants guarding cache. TFTF mvyrmnd

A nice quick find on our way back in to town after a delightful afternoon out at the wineries. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
This cache was found quickly with no Mr Ed in sight. You have to be "old" to know who Mr Ed was! Tftc
Spent the day caching around Wangaratta, being a Sunday, we didn't see too many muggles.
We enjoyed the stroll along the river, and found this cache on the way.
Many thanks for placing this cache, mvyrmnd, for us and others to find.

I didn't bring a pen to sign the log book. Lucky I live right near it. Will have to come back
A quick find on a midday walk.
No horse to been seen but I can understand it's a weird place to keep a horse.

'Scrat' visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.

Despite our compass pointing the other way, we followed our distance reduction and found this hide. No horse today, 3 year old plunderer was sad :-/
First one for the day. nice easy walk to GZ. No horse but cockatoos in the paddock.
Thanks mvyrmnd
Thanks mvyrmnd
Some muggles and a barking dog forced us to keep walking along the track and around the block before looping back around to this cache. It was found and retrieved quite quickly on the second try after fighting off some rather large & feisty ants. No Mr. Ed here anymore, he has been replaced by a sheep. Thanks for the cache.
Mr Tardis is visiting family in Wang while on a visit from Adelaide. I stopped by here for a quick find after a short walk along the creek. The cache was guarded by quite hostile jumping bull-ants, but I managed to get the cache out and back in with a few well timed quick movements.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache mvymnd.

Suscoe's 36th find of 42 caches for today on a terrific day out and about in the Wangaratta area.
After a few days of wet weather, today was pretty dry and quite pleasant even though it was cold.
We saw a broad range of caches and enjoyed the trip through the countryside and the towns.
Thanks to mvyrmnd for placing this cache.
A nice quiet place here today with the creek flowing well

Mr. Ed doesn't miss much. He had his eyes on us from afar even before we had seen him. Probably wondering who was horsing around on the footpath. TFTC.
Working in Wangaratta today and thought I could do with a peaceful stroll and pick up a cache. This was just what I was after, even though the horse in question was over the opposite side and didn't want to say hello. TNLN TFTC
I was looking on the wrong side while Muggle Hubby who is more adventurous, discovered it
Had to take a family member to the hospital and while waiting for the surgery we took the opportunity to grab a cache as we don't get to Wang very often.
Being a stinking hot day I wasn't too sure whether I would be able to get this cache due to a HUGE FEAR of wrigglies!
Started walking towards GZ trying to keep calm was hard but a few deep breaths and positive thinking got me through! There was no Mr.Ed here today but we could clearly see where he lives and yes it is an odd spot.
Did the quick muggle check, stamped around like a clown making heaps of vibrations and then went in for the kill Left our autographs in the book and headed back to the car, thanks for the fun mvyrmnd!

4th of 17 found today with the geohounds, 14.5 kms walked in total on the paths around Wangaratta. Mr Ed wasn't immediately visible, but spotted him when we walked on down the path. The geohounds were oblivious to his presence thankfully.
This is our last day in Wangaratta, we have enjoyed visiting your area. Such a nice variety of caches.
Today was all about caching in the town area.
Passed Mr. Ed he didn't look very happy, just standing around.
Thanks for placing this cache mvyrmnd

# 3681. Had been collecting a few Carmotto caches nearby and realised this one was on the GPS needing some attention. Found a nice little dead-end street to park and had a short walk to GZ. Must confess I didn't notice any horses today. TFTC
With jimmytherat think Mr Ed might be a Mrs Ed with a little Ed on the way! 4th cache on a chilly but sunny morn. A couple more then off to some wineries for vino! Thanks
had to wait for a family of muggles to stroll past then a quick find and on our way again. tftc.
Had this one on the to do list for a while and whilst out chasing another cache thought i would grab it on the way past!!!

Quick find, but had to wait for the muggle on the bike to pass before I could retrieve the cache. Mr Ed safely tucked up in his paddock. Took poker chip and left smiley face badge. SL TFTC
Last one for today. Many kms walked and am thinking of taxi home. Left a poker chip. Tftc
The Labour Day long weekend gives me the opportunity to head up to Lima South to stay with friends and to get some caching done in northern Victoria and southern New South Wales. Starting early in the morning I had a great day collecting smilies, eating the occasional sticky bun, and working it off hiking the hills. It was well after dark when I returned with a parched throat that was soon Quenched. thanks to all the CO's who placed caches that I collected today. Thanks.

Wangaratta Area 2013 with Mtrax. On our way to the Purple Dreamer bike path trail we stopped by a few One Mile Creek caches. After a short walk we found the cache and then saw Mr Ed over by the from gate. It looked like he was waiting for someone. Thanks.

After a busy morning in the saddle I had time to check out the shady surrounds of One Mile Creek for a few extra caches before calling it quits
The bicycle saddle that is !!
I had my face buried so deep in my caching nosebag that I did not even notice a horse here by the watercourse
But a horse is a horse of course of course.
I found the cache and pedaled off along the trail

Sorry about the late logging on this cache, I lost my cache notes, and with the help of blacklegend, now know which finds I made.
Found on a day out caching with Blacklegend and Sportacuss. TFTC and the experience.

A great day out with 15 finds around the Wangaratta area. Caching with Poynts95 and Sporticuss (formerly BubbleOBill). Also with me was my 3yo Natasha, all the other kids being at school now during the week. We all had a great day out and found some great caches. Started North of Wangaratta, and continued into town to collect a few hides I have neglected to return and find. We started late and finished early for the day, hence the low number of finds.
Trying to work out the reason for the name here, after a quick find, think there may have been a horse in the nearby fenced off paddock. TFTC mate.

an easy find on a hot and windy summers day. good to see mr ed had some shade. left a geocoin buddy. tftc mvyrmnd.
Mr Ed had nothing to say today as he was engrossed in trying to reach some greenery over the garden fence. Pleasant stroll to Gz Thanks mvyrmnd
Jared needed some driving hours...I needed some caching time....good compromise resulted in a great day's caching
Nice little walk from the road and an easy find.....didnt see Mr Ed until we turned around and walked back to the car....Jared made horsey noises at the poor creature....who completely ignored him

Found by Mary & David at 1220. Enjoyed the walk along the path from Bronmar St. Mr Ed was at home, as you promised, but he stood aloof and uninterested. Beware the large guardian ants! Our thanks to mvyrmnd.

Mr Ed wasn't in a talking mood today and preferred to be as far away from the cache site as he could be. Even without his help we were able to make a quick, easy find.
The Team RUB hit the road with the intention of beating our 20 in a day record - we did 42 so this is a generic entry. Most were relativley quick finds with only a few DNFs. Nonetheless thanks to those who took the time and trouble to make these caches available.
I initially went to the wrong side (I blame the SatNav!) but soon enough got to the right side to find the cache, thanks mvymnd.
After waiting awkwardly for a family of bikers to pass, I quickly got to work and located the cache. Ed was over the other side and didn't want to talk, so I left him today. TFTC.
