After visiting this site on the weekend I found that the spot where the cache used to nest has in fact collapsed & disintegrated. Without another suitable hide at that same location this Cache has now been archived. Thanks for your interest in such a gorgeous part of the world.
I intend replacing this cache within the next 3 weeks when I next visit my parents.
Cheers

There are so many rocks here at first the task seemed impossible but finally found it.
Have searched a wide area but no success. It is either well hidden, suffered Cache creep or been muggled. I will try again later.
Late afternoon is not a good time to cache in this area so did the 'mosquito slap dance'. TFTC
What a great short walk to this geocache with some awesome views of the ocean. Thanks for bringing me here.
Easy find, nice walk, great day. Tx for cache. Susan n Ivan from BC

Nice quick find just as a muggle emerged from the track. We covered up the very evident container a little. TFTC Cluey Suey. Found 5/2/18 1:16 pm. Cache 1467 for us.

Found and logged using the brilliant Cachly app for iPhone. Easy to use and with many great features for cachers of all levels.

We're having a few days at Pacific Palms with my sister and brother in law and today I headed into Forster to do a bit of sightseeing geo-style. A nice view from the lookout here and an easy cache find thanks to the hint and the fact that the cache did not have any camo over it. It does now!
Thanks for the smiley and the view Cluey Suey.

The cache seemed a little exposed but we replaced as found as no cammo was used. TNLNSL. TFTC.
We went for a drive around Forster today and found a couple of caches....

Find #1742
We were exploring the Forster area today, we looped through from north to south grabbing 10 caches and 2 trigs, with 2 DNFs to start the day. We battled scattered showers and gale force winds, but had a good day - the views from the many vantage points along the coast were magnificent.
Took a few seconds - container barely distinguishable from rubbish unfortunately. Great views of some interesting geology from the lookout. TFTC

TFTC very basic container and not well hidden from muggles. Tucked it in to be a bit safer.
We did the nice walk some days before and searched for the box without success. Today we came again and placed a new container to keep this cache alive. There's no pen, please bring your own.
Thanks for guiding us here, redgecco

Not having such a good time finding today. Maybe the Muggles beat us to this one.
Add tiger. We are using our adventure today to do treasure hunting with our little boy while teaching him the word exquisite.
Covered with another frond as it was quite visible when we arrived. Muggle alert. No trackables to be found within the cache
Glad to have the hint as GZ was in the bush and the local paper warns brown snakes are active and aggressive just now.
Today we have come out again in the beautiful Forster/Tuncurry area on a beautiful spring day that also happens to be Ftather's Day. There are lots of families out celebrations enjoying the sun and the views.
This is our first visit to the area and we can see why it is so popular!
We were thinking we should have come on the bikes until we drove up that short hill to get to the car park here. That would have been a deal breaker with Mrs SKI!
A great vantage point to view the sea and just a short walk to the cache.
A nice sized container too.

Found! Beautiful lookout!
I don't know where the 5 trackables are that it says it has. Not even one in there.

After finding a cache further along the headland I was keen to check out the area further.
A splendid bit of coastline here with some amazingly interesting geology. I am surprised that there is no earth cache here to highlight it and describe it's formation... perhaps a local could fill this void at some stage.
In any event, after checking out the great views it was on to the cache hunt which on this occasion went off without a hitch. Cache was fry and in fair condition.
Thanks to the owner of this cache for giving me a good reason to climb the stairs and explore the area. Good fun!
Cheers.

Day 7 of our trip and we are now staying in the Great Lakes Area of NSW. Off seeing the sights in Forster today. After having a BBQ lunch near the Ocean Baths we headed off to do some of the Bicentennial Walk and this was the second cache along the way after we walked around the hill and up the road to the carpark. Initially the GPS had us all around the place, but we put our caching hats on and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC and bringing us on this walk. TNLN. There were no trackables in the cache.
A bit of coords for us but we used some caching sense and a quick find was made. TFTC
What a lovely spot. GPS had us in a different spot but a look about and an easy find was made. TFTC
Found with my two boys and wife while on a little holiday in the area. Just out exploring today. The boys had fun on a playground, then we drove here. The coords were a bit out, so I walked down the path and to the lookout and I am glad I did! Absolutely amazing spot, that just falls away. I headed back to the car and cache and told my wife to go check out the view. I had signed and buckled up before she returned.
Thanks for the really great ocean views and cache!

Hi can the next person to find this one let me know if the travelling letterbox is still in there. Thanks.
We decided to stop at Beach bums cafe for breakfast. very busy there, but quick service and delicious food, so plenty of time to find this cache and check out the lookout. Quick find, great views. thank you
Took my geogirls on a fantastic walk this mornng from Main Beach (near our apartment) to One Mile Beach. Took in all the super views along the way and found 4 caches. It was early so not too hot and there was a gentle breeze to cool us down.
A nice walk up to the headland with a bubbler stop along the way. Came out the end end and found the cache. Nice hide - most of the contents were only good for the bin but there was no bin around here. But we did give a teabag to a magpie who seemed to be enjoying it.

Awesome view of water. Found quickly by TheOnlyLogic_ . We found this cache on our last day of visiting forster at sunrise! It was an amazing sunrise. TFTC.
Found it while staying in Forster for a couple of days. I walked past this one and had to do back. No-one around. TFTC
29/12/16. 7:30 AM. Cache #4626.
4th of 7 finds - Forster
It's the 4th day of our holiday up in Forster and for this morning's early jaunt, I decided to target caches closer to where we're staying. I began with a big 5km+ return walk: I parked at the Pebbly Beach carpark off North Street and followed the Bicentennial Walk east 2km, with the sun in my eyes the whole way. From Bennetts Head it was another 400m or 500m south to "The Boardwalk" and once I'd gotten that, I had 4 more caches to get on the return journey.
I counted westwards after getting "Rotary Walk". I checked the distance at one point to see that I had overshot GZ by about 20 metres; came back to the hint object and made a sighting of the cache almost straight away. I sat down to look casual and retrieved it. Signed the log and took the TB to travel with me. Only "Rock Pool" left on this walk. TFTC.

Hi can the next person to find the cache confirm if the travel bug is in there please. Thanks.
TFTC wonderful to see so many trinkets. Glad we weren't blown away... very breezy today
Tftc. Thanks to the feral muggle who'd thrown their bagged dog poop into the hide, we didn't see it at first.
