Found at 12:26 PM GAFF1.Fantastic location and the view is wonderful. Made it up doing it the hard way and found the cache straight away. Then from the excellent vantage point up top I could see the relatively easy track back down. Thanks to The Cache-Shoe Nuts

We intended to have a relaxing d r I've around and look at cleaverville , little did we realise that everyone of the cache's was up a hill. Great views tftc

We headed down this way from our campsite and went for a snorkel. After the snorkel we headed to this point to find the cache. A nice quick find was made while I signed the log my partner spotted a couple of turtles. So once my cache duties were done we stood up to admire the views. We could see some white action out in the bay and in the river we saw a number of turtles and what we believe was a dungog coming up for some air. Thanks for putting this cache here

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time while travelling.

We are on the road travelling up through central Australia and down the coast of W.A. I hope to grab a few caches along the way.

Followed the track up, which almost went to the top. Crazy where some people take their 4WD’s. A quick find at GZ. We then spent an hour taking in the views and watching the turtles along the river bank.

Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can enjoy finding it.

13-Sep-21
Walked down the southern end and climbed up from there found the cache no worries and then spotted a track leading down to the car park. Suggest you try to find this path it will make the find easier.

22-Jul-21
Took the easy way up the path thanks to previous comments, and found ground zero quickly, but then took about ten more minutes to find the prize which is taking shelter not only under the tree, but also behind a rock in a crevice covered by spinifex. All in good condition. We spent some time taking in the magnificent view, including a couple of turtles swimming below. This cache gets a fave from us. TFTC

Hi there The Cache-Shoe Nuts.

We found your cache **"Cleaverville Clamber"** today. (This makes our find count 22758).

We cached around Cleaverville today & found your cache **"Cleaverville Clamber"** at 10:44:00 AM. (This brings our total find count to 22758). We had an interesting trek around the area & found 5 caches today & DNF'd 1.

We thoroughly enjoyed the rock formations here, and the different patterns in each rock. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wander around Australia.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny

Certainly was a clamber. Went round and round and was just about to give up when I spotted the container hidden under natural debris gathered in the fourteen months since its last visit. Thanks The Milroy mob

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 21. Having traveled so far yesterday, I had plenty of time to visit Cossak & Wickham on the way to Karratha for the night.

I came at this from the wrong side and ended up making a full frontal attack. Quite a challenge. At GZ I went around and around getting more and more worried about the effort versus return, and then with that great sense of relief, I saw it at long last, where I had been looking every lap around the tree.

Thanks.

We placed this Cache some time ago and since we were in the area for the school holidays, we thought we might as well drop in and check on its condition. I'm glad to say it's still in the same spot and still in great condition.....And it's still a great spot.

We had a night camped here by the ocean. So after setting up the van we went in search of the 2 caches that are nearby.
Started walking long the river bank after reading the hint about the mangrove, then realised that it was up top, located a track & soon after had the cache in hand.
Thanks for bring us to the location The Cache-Shoe Nuts

Just checked in on cache and its still there, safe and sound and waiting to be found!

After finding the Grotto cache at the highway I thought we could give another chance to this cache after the DNF in last November. The weather was not so nice this time, strong wind and light rain today, but made it to the top. Walked around the place and the tree, spotted the toys the previous log mentioned, but after a little more effort I had the cache in my hands.
I do not understand how I could miss it 6 months ago...

Not sure whether to record a find or not.
We found a childs rattle type toy, a clip for strpping,a hairy doll figure and a broken pen. We assumed this is the contents of a disturbed cache and there was a small piece of plastic also there. This was a bit scattered so we left this together on the rock. I have a pic but not sure how to load it. It also is January since it has been found. Please let me know if this was the cache and If I can clainm it.
I assumed it was and tried to replace the container but I did not have one big enough to hold those contents. I leave it with you. Cheers

Might just leave this a bit longer to see if anyone else has some luck in finding it before disabling the listing. When we originally placed the cache, there was evidence of a previous one having been near the same location at some stage but no record of it anywhere. I hope this is what was found and that the cache is still safe and sound and hasn't become a victim of the dreaded muggle!

Wow..nice place with beautiful landscape... Very Happy

I knew where this cache was based on the photo and the fact that back in 2003 there was a cache within about 5 metres of this one BUT did this stop me from doing it the hard way? Smile Leaving Ian changing yet another punctured tyre this time on the Landcruiser I took Rusty and started walking in the totally wrong direction. I walked to within 53 metres of the cache and in a lightbulb moment remembered where it was BUT did I go back past Ian and head up the route which would be a terrain three? Nup... I took Rustys lead off and the rogainer in me headed straight up, after all the shortest distance between two points, etc etc. Unfortunately I had scrambled around 30 metres and turned back to see Rusty sitting at the start and determind not to follow me through the spinifex, now I knew I had a problem as I am good at UP but not good at DOWN so after much calling and hoping that Ian would come around the bend and find Rusty and look after him I opted to go on and hope that our dog would be OK for a while. Luckily Rustys curiousity as to where I had gone got the better of him and as I found the cache he came up to find me.

Many photos were taken and as I was about to head down via the easy way Ian came up to carry Rusty down.

Many happy memories up in the spot for us. Thanks for bringing us back.

This is the 3rd find for the day. After reading the description and some logs we thought we knew exactly were to go only to fall victim of the age old bug of presumption. So about now we knew exactly were it was straight UP. So engaging the gogo gadget mountain goat up it was we went. Upon arriving at the cache which was an easy find we were met by the spectacular panoramic view of the bay. TN left a Cylume stick and a pathtag.
Thanks for the awsum cache.

21-Jul-12
After a bit of navigation and a bit of rock climbing we found this Cache in a great location. The views were spectacular and well worth the climb. TFTC this was our third find for the day. Smile

Thanks for taking me up there. Fantastic view of Niccole Bay and different view of Karratha. Last time I was here was 11 years ago and was eaten up by the sand flies . I hadn’t been there for more than 5 minutes and already been attacked. Bad spot for sand flies. TNLN Again thanks for the view and great cache.

Yippee! Our first FTF. Thanks heaps Milroy Mob, what a great location (and quite a clamber). Started at the bottom of the hill with 3 kids and a dog, had just 1 kid left by the time we 'summitted'. Fantastic views - see the pics.
