I went out for a few hours of caching with Skippy 46.
We stopped at this one but like all the other DNFS im pretty sure its missing. I think the CO needs to check this cache.

Never really knew hippos to live in trees. I think this one has retreated to the water.
Saw the tree where photo was taken defiantly not there even attempted to climb tree no sign of a hippo
Think the zoo has reclaimed a lot of the missing animals, 'cause I couldn't find this one at all, not could I find the tiger, but that was a while ago.
Even m4yb got out of the car to investigate as she had found it previously and she couldn't find it either........

working in the Balcatta area for the day and stop to grab a few on the way home, quick stop park and grab....TFTC
A little bit of hunting while waiting for the bus. No luck with the bear, but the hippo is good! TFTC blingg!
A bit of night caching on the way home from a wedding.
Its also the first time I've ever ripped the head off a Hippo.

After assisting mr Hippo with his water retention issues. I performed a simple oldbagectomy to leave Mr Hippo with a new snappy(-lock) bag to help with his past damplogitis.
With a hip, hip, hip po was happily discharged to his hide and seeky spot.

A later arvo cache run with the geofamily. A quick find. Tftc
The log is wrapped in a plastic bag that needs replacing. I would have replaced it but didn't have anything suitable

Day two and a warmer, drier day greeted me as I left the accom in town. Nice hide and find. This time I headed North and found a great variety of caches and hides, and also visiting spots I'd never been to before. Thanks again blingg, nice series here
Found @ 18:03!
Find #2 today and my second escaped animal to have located!
Hippo's butt was sticking out of the hide so it was a quick and easy find!
All was completed just before a car pulled up at the house opposite...!

The hippo's bum was sticking out for all the world to see. So I ripped his head off, signed the log, reconstructed him and repositioned him with a nice leaf sarong to wear. TFTC
Another quick find. Felt very exposed on this one but signed and replaced. TFTC.
My first find in the Zoo Escape series, and I was a bit surprised to just see this one sitting there staring at me. I felt a bit weird searching here, it kind of felt like someone's front yard.
Thanks for the cache blingg!

Found easily but couldn't bring myself to capture the happy brown hippo. He was basking with some slugs. TFTC
Couldn't bear to capture this brown happy hippo so left him basking with his slug friends TFTC.
Nice quick find. Team Squirrel WA stuck to the first tree whilst I moved onto tree two. 2/2 for the Squirrel Conglomerate. TFTC
Found with richlink. No problems with this one as he was visible, but a few extra leaves over him before we left. TFTH.
Met up with iluvtrekking this afternoon to combine resources to round up the escapees. No problem spotting this fellow.
Found a couple nights ago with small goat after some pints at the Paddo. A great fun find on the way to Little Lebanon Cafe. TFTC!
It took us much longer to findthe road access to this hide than locating the hiding spot. We didn't even bother to turn off the engin to conduct the hunt. Thats completes the trip northwards today. Now to check back at the elephant to see if the poachers are still about and to complete this very enjoyable series. Job well done blingg. Loved the animals and just wish that I could find such interesting charactors for caches.
Today decided to rescue the Zoo Escape Animals. Was so pleased to spotted the Hippo and signed the log. Thanks Blingg.
Went looking and didn't find it on the way to pickup my pizza order.
Seems like it might in someones front yard... maybe.
TFTC, TNLN.

[:(!] Went for a bit of night caching with Mrs GrumpyBump, parked the geocar within 80 meters of GZ and walked the rest of the way, this was the last one in the series and within a couple minutes we had the cache in hand. SL TFTC/TFTH/TFTS
My first one of the series and I sort of guessed they would be like this, makes for an easier find than some of the nanos . Saved these ones for a blank day in my calendar. Finding it was easier than working out where the log was kept. I was a little scared of breaking it trying to find out. All was good in the end.

Mrs Felix was in the city today on her pushbike, for the start of her 8 week AUSLAN introductory course!
Crappy weather for bike riding, but you get that. After riding home it was back into the Geo Honda and off to the Chiropractor.
Still had a little bit of time after that so grabbed a couple of these escapees on the way home! this guy was completely exposed on arrival. Tried to cover better, but wasn't too much around, might pay for a visit after tonights storm?

I was sure I had written down the wrong coordinate when GZ appeared to be super close to someone's house. All was well, but it's safe to say that I would've chosen somewhere different. Glad to have some new caches so close to home. This one was found while riding to a friend's house on a dreary Sunday afternoon. Thanks for the cache blingg.
I was heading South of the river on my own mini mission, to seek out six "duck 34" Caches (highly recommended) when this Cache was published.
I read the listing and thought it sounded like a fun start to a series, but alas I was already on another task,
and was not to be distracted.
After completing all the very creative Caches, I headed home, but noted this Cache has still not been logged so took a diversion off the freeway to arrive at GZ.
After a short rummage I soon had the beast in hand.
A really great container and even better the log book was still blank, so a *FTF* around 12.45.
Looking forward to re-capturing more of your Zoo creatures.
Cheers Blingg a FAV point simply for your imagination.

Had an appointment with the doctor when this was published so only went out this afternoon for a quick run north. Found the cache without problems.
Thanks blingg for the cache.
