Logs
As there's been no cache to find for some time, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 21 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

Walked here nice day for a walk should have read the logs 1st hunted all around
Looked for sometime and noted the other logs. So with all that in mind I couldn't find this one. I think CO may need to check this one.
tricky find during our cashing trip around Waikauaiti. Cache lay exposed in the grass and we thought it's rubbish... but it wasn't! TFTC
Could not find this one We even looked the widen area of about 5m as people had suggested in other logs. Will have to try again another time.

Found with the area sounding like WW2. glad it was a wee way from the shooters TFTC
GPS terrible - still thought I was at the matakana buildings several km up the road (well worth visiting them by the way). Thankfully an easy find just by looking at the aerial view of google maps and using the clue. Nice to find one that hasn't been visited for a while
We were debating if the container would be what it is. Thanks for not disappointing us, very creative. TFTC
Quick find in quiet spot today. Found with Lollipopcat and SpyDude13. Kia ora for the cache Oil Strike.
Found at 12:26:00 p.m. on 6/02/2013.
Nearly gave up at indicated GZ but found it after widening the search.

In Town this evening to have fish and chips on the beach. With a while to wait for our order the kids and I went caching. After seeing Kathy's recent log I thought I'd give this another crack. On my previous visit I had, foolishly it seems, trusted the GPS and focused on that area. Turns out it's about 5m from the cache location!
Log is very wet and needs replacing urgently. The theme item has also rusted, making everything quite a mess.

5m GPS error here. Found after a bit of a rummage by returning to the original search area. Baggy full of water, log unusable inside. Added a temporary log on the back of a receipt I had handy. Placed it in a new little baggy insde the cache container. Original log left for owner to retrieve.
We enjoyed visiting this area, first time (will return too) and of course this cache and container. Thanks oil strike
Last day in Dunedin for Sully1 and I as we visited as many caches as we could before making our way to Oamaru for the last night in NZ. The cold fierce wind today didn't deter us and the range of hides was once again a large one.
This was a nice find before we could shoot off, thanks OIL STRIKE

Found along with bogonghazy after the Mega Event, while picking up as many as we could before leaving Dunedin and beginning the trek towards Christchurch and the inevitable trip home. Sadly the weather had begun to turn on us this morning, but like true Ozzie troopers we continued our NZ assault armed with raincoats. Thanks to the CO for placing this cache, and for bringing us here.
Located on my trip home to the north after the MEGA - although many detours to the east, west and at times south!

Another great find on the Emvy_Us / Waiiti20 mega tour of the Southern South Island. A very nice camo. TFTC
A nice quick find. Good to see that container. I've made a few of these and left them in caches. Maybe this is one of them. TFTC.
Thought we might have been going down a farmers track but what do you know, there is a gun club down this road! Found with debsnz
No one around shooting today which made finding this one reasonably quick. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
Pulled up on the bike and didn't even demount the GPS as I simply thought "Where would I put it?" and there it was. Can't understand why others have had issues.
On a caching trip with ingidayna to Oamaru and surrounds to get 1000 finds. Very appropriate cache container. TFTC
Guess most of the club members were out duck shooting (my poor cousins) as we had the site to ourselves. My initial search failed but after reading other comments re GPS co-ordinates, I expanded the search area and was successful.
Found on a day mission to palmerston to get these green boxes, found with wethreefourdices TFTC
Nice bit of handloading there.
My Box of tricks made it about 5M out if that's any help Cumby.

This proved harder than it should of been. Co-ords had us off by a fair bit. Had a feeling about what I was looking for, and yes there it was! Nice cache, very appropriate, TFTC.
Quite appropriate this was the first of the morning as it was opening weekend. A clever container.
Thanks
