Found it today. I see it has been archived but it is still there. Perhaps it could be removed or relisted as it is such a fabulous little bridge. Glad I saw it.
Here from Australia visiting family. I was born in Rakaia and immigrated to Australia in 1997. It's great to come back and see all these areas and how they have changed.

Was a bit of a mess inside so emptied a heap of rubbish out, then replaced the log and plastic bag.
Found with Dotti&bobbi after heading up Mt sunday/monday and area grabbed this on the way back. nice easy find, the logs were wet and there was a heap or rubbish in it so, we changed the logs up and added a plastic bag.

Day 1 of our 5 Day end of year geocaching trip. This one took longer than we wouldve liked but we were spurred on by the fact that it was found just a few days earlier and if they could do it so could we.

Mallorcatommy and I were on our journey through the southern island of New Zealand. With the help of geocaches we came to so many beautiful places, saw breath-taking landscapes and had, all in all a very wonderful journey! Thank you to all owners for placing all those nice geocaches!
What a lovely gift to the town! Stopped for a quick pie (!) at the local shop before continuing South. The container lid isn't staying on properly but as it's standing upright the contents are remaining dry. TFTC
Found it, but badly in need of refurbishment. inside of small container wet wet with soggy log.
A lovely crisp morning in this peaceful little community. Loved staying in the domain last night. TFTC
Found it eventually after looking too long around the wrong 'arch' and dodging muggles. tftc
Found it on the way back from a day trip to Lake Clearwater, I had the GZ to myself no one to notice what 1eyednbf (1 eyed and proud of it) was up to. Quick easy find nice hide TFTC.
A day out with Mrs Nofs. A couple of nice walks, a coffee or two and a few caches - something for everyone. Thanks. Log is in a bit of disarray here.
(Found with Don Cristobal)
Took us a while before we could find this one in the dark. But it was a nice night and a nice spot - so no worries

Team Hitchins found this on a lovely sunny autumn day. Followed by edible treasure from the Store.
Nice quick find. Container des not seam to actually close properly and the bits on paper inside rather damp but managed to sign. Nice park. TFTC
In Methevn for a wee camping adventure with the family. After spending the morning collecting the Mount Hutt caches we made some lunch then headed over to Mount Somers to walk to Sharplin Falls. Afterwards we popped into the village for an alternate view of the Mount and collect a couple caches. A nice wee spot. Cheers.
Lid damaged not closing properly contents damp. Needs maintenance. Thankyou for story:)
A reasonably quick find in a nice garden area. The junior dakotacat spotted some tiny fish in the ponds. TFTC ridders76.
A well kept garden with a water feature. Timed our visit well with muggles coming and going.
We were running late so this was our only find on the way to todays adventure. Stopped here for an ice cream.
Cheers and thanks for our first Ridders cache in quite a while,

It took a bit of hunting to locate the cache, but just as we were about to leave it for another day, Geomum spotted where it was hiding! TFTC.
Found both, the original and the new one. Notified owner. Nice place to take a break. Fantastic outdoor tables, might se if one will fit in the motorhome.Grabbed geocoin from here as abonus.
Had to wander around near GZ for ages as a young boy and girl came over with their labrador, which was encouraged to go for a swim but didn't seem particularly enthusiastic (too cold?!). Eventually they headed off and it was then a quick find. Took the TB Lankytojas which we note wants to visit horsey places, and left behind a dolphin more suited to that environment (?).
well....I found the origonal, and signed the wet log....did not spot the replacement ! The cache seemed insecure, but given the recent history, left as found. thanks
Went to Mt Somers village to look at te snow, have an ice cream and replace the lg book. Seen the snow, had an ice cream but the cache was gone! Lucky we had a replacement in the backseat.
Found while in Mt Somers buying hut tickets for out weekend tramp into woodshed creek hut. Yes the logbook was very wet, I couldn't sign it. TFTC

Found quickly, but as others have said "The Log Book is saturated"sadly we couldn't do much with it.Needs attention ASAP.
We had a lovely time today at Lake Heron and we said to the girls that we'd stop for ice creams on the way back home. We popped into the Genral Store and chose our frozen treats and headed over to the 'village green'. The local community have done a great job here. We enjoyed the giant tables and I read the description for this one to Mrs. TheWanglers and she headed over and found the cache from the description. The cache lid was cracked and the log is soaking. I didn't have any spare parts on hand today. Needs some TLC.
Thanks for the cache.

Grabbed this one after leaving Mt Somers holiday park, couldn't sign log book as it was soaked, needs a new one (lid doesn't seal). [8]
Found easily on the way back from camping overnight at Lake Clearwater. Lovely little green, and loved the bridges and huge slab of unstained wood on the top of the picnic table nearby.

Was trying to wait for some muggles to go, but they were busy reading and with hubbys help found and singed without them noticing us
A quick easy find in this pleasant little area, after which we wandered across the road for ice creams at the nearby shop, as the temperature was hovering around 30 degrees. TFTC
What a cool spot for a cache. A quick find on another superb Canterbury geoday. In the first spot I checked.
Thanks for placing this cache!

4969. On a four day geocaching tour around Mid-Canterbury and South Canterbury to get our 5000th cache. This was our seventh cache find of the day, and an easy and interesting one at that. We have done several other caches in this area. A close park, a quick find and sign, and we were soon on our merry way to the next cache in Mt Somers. Thanks, Rodney and Iris.
lots of New Year's Day muggles enjoying the park - took advantage of the sign that said we were welcome to weed ! Took us a while to find but it makes the discovery so much sweeter ! Wanted to drop a TB off but sheep wouldn't fit in .. so just a visit ! who knew one could see arches everywhere
Another cache to add to our swag as we continue to see how many we can do in a day!
No trouble securing the cache - an easy find.

Easily found, but customers exiting the shop became a problem when I wanted to replace the cache. Whilst intently scrutinising the stream, two little fish shot out from the water-weeds. A nice place to stop. TFTC SL
A little late in logging this. Was out for a walk in the Mt Somers area and decided it was a great day for an icecream from the store.
Reperio at 1040.
Came by here with Roostaman on the way from Geraldine to Christchurch, and this was a nice little spot to stop and find a cache. The bridge looked great...I only wish there were more like it.

NZ12. With a bit of food from the shop in hand I wandered over to the park and had a look around the landscaping that is not on google maps. The cache was in a good logical spot for a park like this. Thanks.

Not quite the kind of arch we expected but it was nice to make a short diversion and see such a pretty town. Cherry trees in full bloom - so lovely. NINO TFTC

MacPacMum, JustMeG & PokerNet after doing Thompsons Track decided to gather a few more caches on the way to tea at Methvan. MacPacMum had been caching in this area January 2012 as part of her 65 days of caching streak, so was able to direct the others to a few. However this cache wasn't here then and could be added to her tally as well as doing a challenge in the same area. Always liked this area with quaint grocery and chunky wooden tables and a village green atmosphere.

447 - What a lovely setting. I hadn't been to this area before so it was a pleasure to see it. I had been out caching with MacPacMum and Pokernet and we had done the Thompson's Track run. Although the sun was getting lower we decided to carry on. We used part of this park to complete a challenge. Pix to follow. Nice! TFTC
