Two of our clan jumped the fence for this one and two of us had a drink and watched the sheep. It was a spot people wouldn't go to so the cache was quite a quick find. TFTC
M24: after walking down a steep hill down, me and m14 went and found this very easy cache container. Nice little place too with the view of the ocean. Log all good and signed here. TFTC.
On our way home so decided to go and have a look at Duder Park
Tide was out so off we go along the beach
One more off the List
Thanks

Quick find, just so many trees to choose from. A nice family of cockroaches made a home on top of it but still found and logged! TFTC
Out caching in Duders again, this time along the northern coast since the tide is low.
We walked along the beach from the carpark and made our way up the track towards the Secret Garden. Very pretty vistas along the way with carpets of blue wildflowers in the grass under the trees. A lovely spot, thanks.

Headed into the park today to try and make it my happy place (all smilies), and didn't want to be in the park at level 3.? with many other people from outside my closed bubble...but given it was a Tuesday, there was many people today.....
Found all bar one....so not quite my happy place today....
Casual stroll 12.63km total in 5.22hrs total time including a lunch stop.
Hat to try this one first to find a way down to the beach...
Cache is nice and dry.

I was out in the area for the CITO today. Really wonderful park, I spent the majority of the day walking up and down all the different hills to collect caches!
Thanks for all COs who put caches here!

Out and about with EmCeeKiwi for a break away for the day. This was a nice quick find as well. Some orienteerers were exploring the area as well. TFTC
Found with some new muggle converts. Nice and easy. Just had to cross the fence which was badly timed due to muggles up the hill. TFTC
Found as a part of a previous group TanjackMüley, now WanderingSparrow. Now I'm continuing on my own. TFTC
Quickly found this cache. Gps was perfect. Had to jump a fence but all good here. Thanks for the cache.
Found with part of teambop Tnxpro and McJandals log signed teambop. Come up from BOP to Duders for the day.
Tftc well camouflaged but quick find .

Another impromptu trip for TeamBOP,. Only 3 of us today consisting of myself, Davidsonclan and McJandals.
Have been meaning to get up here for a while now, so glad to have finally visited this wonderful park.
A simply stunning view from up here, but unfortunately the cache is gone.
Cache log was impossible to sign but luckily someone had placed a replacement in that we could sign.
Thanks for bringing me here.

On a road trip with part of Team BOP which includes myself, TNXPRO and Davidson Clan. To save room we have signed BoP and I am logging using the Cachly app Ctemplate so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing us here. Cheers
Found cache opened and spread all over the place. Put it back together and replaced log as log was munted. Beautiful location though! TFTC!
I met up with TheWonderStuff to complete finding the caches in Duder's Reserve. We were meant to do this last weekend, but called it off due to a forecast of torrential rain and high winds. We were so glad we postponed, as today's weather was amazing - sunshine and a nice cool breeze. We managed to walk past this, too busy talking, so we had to backtrack and climb over the fence. This certainly felt like walking through the secret garden on the way to GZ. A nice quick find here.
Find number 3863. My mission today was collect points for the Planetary Pursuit challenge. I had 255 and needed 230 and then attend an event tonight to reach the final. I left Hamilton at 4.30 am heading to Duders Regional Park. I got the first cache at 6.30 am and by 3.00 am I had achieved the necessary. A total of 33 caches found and 9 not found. (Well not extensively looked for) The weather was great and I had a good walk around the park. Some lovely views and some great caches. Then it was a sleep in the car for a couple of hours before heading in for the night event. Some fish n chips at GZ while I watched the sunset. Then after the event it was home to Hamilton by 10.30 pm.
Once at GZ I spotted the cache but came in from the wrong side and had to come in from the other side in order to get my hands on the log. Cache all good. Thank you for the placement

Anniversary weekend and we decided to copy last year and head back to Omana Regional park campsite with Vamber & Yorkshirekiwi83. Vistra joined us today but as we had different caches we set off with Vamber. We set off to grab this as the others already found. No issues here, thanks
Found it on our first walk in Duders regional park. The cache was open and the lid lay on the ground. No problem to fix. Everything else was still OK. Tftc
Monday morning of the school holidays and no one about in the great park
tftc. A great place to be

Out for a few hours this afternoon on a beautiful day with Tinytree to pick up a few more caches at Duders. The tree has a really good hold of this one and cache is in good condition. TFTC.
Our phone GPS was playing games and initially led us in the wrong direction but once we pulled out the trusty Garmin we were soon back on track.
The cache was nicely concealed and securely in place so rather than dislodging it we just unscrewed the lid. Thanks for bringing us here.

Very neat diversion from the main track. Didn't take long to circle around to this cache and log. TFTC
On my way to Duders for a day of Geocachng. Hoping to turn some little green boxes into smilie faces. TFTC.
JDScout and I are having a mini break in Auckland. It is Canterbury Anniversary holiday. After lunch we walked around the park. Thanks for bringing us here.

Decided as it was a nice day to head out to duders ranch and collect as many caches as possible before my phone battery dies (think I got about 80%?) Thank you to the cachers who had placed all of these.
Nice pretty place! though got a bit frustrated with the phone sending me in triangles between trees. Finally it settled down and I headed back the way I had come and there it was!

Teamed up today with Cats&Dragons, our aim today was to tackle Duders Park and clean out the area. We didn't have much time so left Hamilton at 5.15am and made the way up to the park. All nice and quiet today at this early hour. We did around 15kms and were back home by 2pm so all in all a great morning. The weather was great too, still and calm in the early morning, some brilliant sun, a brief heavy shower and then cleared up again. We signed the logs as HOAC to save room. Thanks to all the cache owners for some great placements in a lovely area.
I went down to this one by myself as C&D had already grabbed this previously. Managed to stay upright on the slippery trip down and soon found myself in the secret garden. Straight line is always fastest. Soon spotted the cache and shook off all the insect life that had made itself at home.

Nice quick find, attempting to clear all the Duders caches today. This is our fourth visit over many months. Each time we come more get released! TFTC
We were glad we had the waterproof shoes on today, the grass was still nice and wet. Beautiful secluded spot for a picnic. I'll come back some day
Glad to make it over yet another fence without faceplanting over it. GZ is rather large but thanks to some blue shouwing through the camo the cache was found quickly.
FITW Team DD
climbed the fence and made it closer to the GZ, took a small break, sitting down, by the time cache was found by Vistra. tftc.

Think I was lagging a bit by now . But so great to get chatting with fellow cachers I haven't seen for a while ! Thanks neatad.
Walking around Duders with the Dudes and Dudettes and I'm really enjoying the walk, the company and the views. As I'm doing the dictionary challenge and need to incorporate the word I find in my log, I wouldn't like to see any 'multiplex's built here, the views are fabulous.
I was out with the Dudes and Dudettes but definately on the tail end of the group. I'm happier just to lag behind and natter with the group than play the 'organ grinder' (dictionary challenge).
No multiplexs seen today, no secret garden either. Just a cache we jumped the fence for, I think it was Vistra who nailed it for Team Dudes and Dudettes, some jumped the fence, some didn't, and that's that really!
Part of the slowly dwindling group of Dudes & Dudettes (none of whom have ever spent time as "buskers" as far as I'm aware ) - signing as DD.
This was our 18th cache of the day, & most of my energy was spent clambering over the fence, so once we'd found the cache, I complete forgot to check the view! doh!

Team DD, dandying around Duder!
Little **transgression** here, climbing over the fence to get to the secret garden. But these little fence climbs are a cacher's routine here anyway
Thanks for the cache!

This one was soon spotted, it sure is well jammed in!
We are starting to tire now, but we have another six or so to do, so we push on up to the trig!

Arranged to spend the day with Team Welsh who had done some of these caches but was keen to pick up the ones missed on the last visit. We hatched a zig-zag plan to cover the park with the least amount of walking and altitude change and, armed with plenty of water and lunch, we set off. Unfortunately my GPS decided that it would spend the day impersonating a brick, so i was very pleased to peer over the shoulder of TW at her GPS. Thanks
The GPS was bouncing quite a bit and there were many trees to search But persistence never fails and I eventually spotted it nicely wedged, TFTC!
not exactly at the zeropoint but after a long search we also found this cache

I tried to find this cache once before today, but didn't find it. Today, I was coming from a different angle and spotted it right away. I think the coords are closer to S36.54.221 E174 04.905. Left : Butterfly White TB. TFTC.
Found on my morning doing the Duders Caching loop. As soon as I got out of the car I wish I had applied sunscreen so nice to get under the trees occasionally to cool down. Found the cache and a large patch of bidi bidies that coated me in about a thousand of the sticky little things.
#12 of 17 caches for the day.
Gps was bouncing around on this one but spotted something outta the blue. Lovely views from here.
Signed and replaced easily found. Last one for Duder Park time to grab dinner an a few more caches on the way home. Tftc

I had some time to spare between work commitments and other visits so decided to go and find a few caches in this area. Nice to see the garden in full bloom. Took me longer to find it than it should have done as I walked straight past it at first. Last cache for me in the park today. TFTC, Biggles.
Our last cache to find in the park before we headed off for some lunch and more caches in Maraetai.
TFTC. Cache is quit empty now. Just the log book, a bracelet & a tiki fridge magnet.
Out for a day trip with sympathetic muggle friends, with another squall in sight they headed for the carpark and left me to retrieve the cache. TFTC
Completing a walk around Duders Park picking up various caches as we go.
Final find for this track - and a quick find to finish a solid 2 hour walk! Bring on the car - and some much needed water!

Took me a while to find as was looking in the trees. Eventually spotted it on the ground (hadn't been looking there). It was about 10m away from where GPS put me but I have wedged it as per clue in the tree closest to where I found it. Hope it is in the correct spot. TFTC
