Quick find he here with accurate coords. Not everyday you see a headless giraffe. TNLN TFTC blingg.
Passing through the area finding a few caches on our way, this was one that we found today... Cache was found after a bit of a rummage... Poor Giraffe wasn't feeling to well, but otherwise all was ok here
TFTC blingg [^] Left TB that we have had way too long!

Thank you! Quick find here on the way to grandma's house. Cache in good condition.
tftc quick easy find while in the area... but giraffe did not want to go back to the animal park so left him where he was.
Found giraffe but cannot claim to have saved him. Regret I am not in area longer to hunt the other escapees. TFTC.
After saving the nearby rhino I was expecting something a little different but, trusting my instincts, quickly found cache, thanks
After having to wait for a road work crew to pack away took only a few minutes to find. Saved giraffe.
Been meaning to pick up this cache for a while now.
Finally, today's the day.
Thanks Blingg

Thanks Blingg
Quiet afternoon so a good time to have a look for the cache.
Quick find at what had to be the most likely place for the larger sized container.
Added a 1944 penny to this cache.

A quick find while caching in the area. Apologies to cache owner for previous incorrect log to one of the other zoo escape caches. Greetings from South Africa. TFTC
This was another find in Western Australia while crossing Northern Territory and Western Australia from Darwin to Perth on Gibb River Road through the Kimberlys. During this 8500km journey we've met many nice and friendly people [^], visited countless marvelous places, saw lots of interesting local wildlife (and plants), took some 2500 pictures home and logged some 300 Caches .
Another easy find while exploring Perth and surroundings .
Thanks for the cache,

Found! The giraffe has seen better days. Container needs replacing though, lots of water ingress but log is dry for the moment. Thanks.
Like wise, my arms are a bit scratched but found the little blighter, so have sent it back to the zoo!! Oh well signed the log at any rate.
Thanks blingg for this series.
Thanks blingg for this series.
Met up at this cache with megawat60 on our way to evening classes. a quick grab, SL, all well. TFTCC blingg!
Found our second animal in the series this morning. He is a little damaged with the two halves no longer joining together but still has everything else.
A fairly quick find here by the geokids. Spent longer picking the plumbago out of our hair! Find number 299. TFTC
I thought this was going to much harder than it was, I had a good think and cache was in hand straight away! SL TFTC!
We got to have a break from meetings, so decided to chase some lost zoo animals in the area with a muggle friend who has quite enjoyed the experience! TFTC
Met up with a muggle friend to show her about geocaching. She quickly got the idea. TFTC
At last! Finally was able to track down another of those elusive Zoo critters! This was an easy find, and then the little one and I celebrated our luck next door with some junk food.
Thanks for the cache blingg.
Thanks for the cache blingg.
A quick find while waiting for our takeaway from Little Lebanon (recommended). Poor Raffy is still sans head. TFTC
Thought I was FTF then went back in logs to see I was FTF on the new log cache still hanging around without a head but all dry tftc
Lucky this time no Muggles on the verandah over the road. Log really wet so added dry log. Poor giraffe is worse for wear. T FTH
Found @ 18:54!
Find #6 today and tenth escaped animal to have captured!
Of all the escaped animals, this was my least favourite! You would expect the tallest animal to be one of the easiest to find!
Giraffe only took me a few minutes, but I did not enjoy placing my hands into the unknown and feeling around in places that may contain used syringes... Fortunately, I only discovered sticky empty alcohol bottles!
Changed my tack and then discovered a likely location for the hide and was correct, although I felt I was being watched from the houses over the road...
Giraffe was looking a bit damaged - I don't think he'll be recovering from that kind of injury any time soon...! Fortunately, he was wrapped in plastic so could remain dry.
Start your search 1-2 metres West of the Listed Coordinates to stand a better chance of avoiding any undesirable objects...
TFTC!

As there were a few cars parked around the GZ, I decided to only conduct a very quick search. Found a bottle and an empty can, but not the escaped giraffe. I'll have to leave this one for another day.
Found the little guy in 2 pieces but thankfully still together. Quick sign of the log and left him to sleep. TFTC.
I looked in a few places, and found a mountain of bottles, cans and plastic softdrink bottles, but no giraffe. Eventually I found the right spot!
Unfortunately when accessing the log sheet, the head/neck and body became detached from each other and couldn't be reattached, so currently this one is in two pieces and will need some tlc. Sorry, I wasn't rough with it, it just fell apart...

Not so much rubbish around this time making it a quick find!

Thanks. Found this while waiting for my chiro appointment. Didn't have a pen so haven't signed the log. Looking forward to finding all the animals.
A quick find on the way home after a movie. The movie didn't feature a giraffe unfortunately, but did have a bat and a cat ... I'm not sure if "Giraffeman" would make a good DC Comics character?? TFTC!
A quick grab while walking the streets from Dog Swamp. Love the caches (we did Rhino too), we'll have to come back to do the rest of them.
Muggles eating lunch hard to scratch around in dirt. Finally went for quick grab after reading logs with success. Tftc
