Found this afternoon. The park was really really busy and we had to pluck up a lot of courage to phone - we've never done it before but doing it in a city where you are not known is the way to take the plunge. Cache was an easy find, ! Sat right next to it! Fun cache! TFTC

Busy area indeed, soon spotted , signed and replaced, it helped having the bike for cover !

The GPS was having all sorts of problems logging on, so while we were waiting we just used the map and our caching instincts and found the cache straightaway. SL TFTC

Thanks. This is our first find in Manchester. We are on holidays from Perth Australia. Its a bit cool for us Australian's but we are managing.
The nearby food tents are tempting.

Sorry to hear of a DNF whilst Piccadilly Gardens was closed, I was trying to replace the log but couldn't get close either!

Log now replaced.

Well - this must the first DNF of its type! The cache was inaccessible due to a Gangsters protest on the Manchester Wheel! (see below) MrJimDG and I couldn't get to it due to the large police corden... Easy to found with the clue. Just needed some minutes waiting for the place to sit and log the cache.

I saw the Cache on approach, & was able to sit astride & use my rucksack to disguise what I was doing. But Phooning on my own - sorry! Not today !!!

Spending a few days in Manchester for a wedding. This morning we wandered around doing some shopping and caching ! Sixth find for the day - nice and quick find once at GZ despite the million muggles around !
