After a pretty average coffee at a nearby establishment, we walked over to this cache, but no luck here.
The Littlest Rex aided the find here, just before lunch on a wee trip to Waihola...TFTC!
Out and about in the area today in perfect weather, and I stopped in Waihola for lunch and went for a walk to score the caches in the area. This one was found in seconds thanks to the explicit hint. Signed log, TFTC
Took me a while to get the logbook out... will carry tweezers with me from now on... : ) tftc
Out with Red Roaming as we continue our tour of New Zealand. another lovely day. we are in Dunedin, to meet an old nursing friend, it has been 37 years since we met! What a brilliant night we had, reminiscing etc and a lovely meal too. Logs signed with our full names or DD & RR to save space. I soon had this one in hand. second to sign the new log. MTFTC
Quick find once in the right place! Many thanks
Travelling around the world with Dartmoor Deliverer to help her celebrate taking early retirement!
NB Dont forget our Devon UK Mega 2017 this August in the beautiful East Devon area of our county. UK Megas are over one week full of events and geocaching - a wonderful way to enjoy our county!

At the end of a busy day caching we decided to camp the night at the nearby Lake Waihola Holiday Park. Before that there was time for just one more cache. Followed the hint instructions and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks.
I had a free transfer-a-car booked from Queenstown to Christchurch, so obviously I decided to head back to Christchurch via Invercargil to get a few "must have" caches. Teamed up with mrdan01 for this trip.
Y.Hola? Y Not! Cache quickly spotted and signed. Not easy rolling the log back up again with frozen fingers! Thanks for the cache.

Day two of a weekend road trip with 2wombles. He had booked a free rental car between Queenstown and Christchurch, and was nice enough to invite me along for the ride! Naturally we decided to take the scenic route - via Invercargill and Dunedin, but unfortunately, we had to cut out the Catlins due to a flight delay at the start of the trip. I really enjoyed getting out to this part of our country that I don’t get to see very often, and there were plenty of laughs along the way too! TFTC (3518)
Cache # 3,692 - quick find with Pufura today. Took longer to get the signed log back in the cache than retrieval and signing took. TFTC!
Found after checked in at the camping site. We are now on the way to the fjordlands. I logged at the free end, then i rolled up the logbook in right direction. So it fits better to the container. TftC and greetings from Germany.
On a family road trip around the lower South Island for the Christmas holidays. Just picking up a few caches as we go. Thanks to all the catchers out there, you have taken us to same interesting places along the way. TFTC Quick find on our way south
Filled up with petrol now time to find some caches. stopped at this one and Mr b jumped out to grab it. On a 11 day caching trip around the south island. Log signed as b&p.Tftc AdventureTharon. Find # 3781
Nice easy find thanks. Had to get my husband to open it though was done up so tight
In Dunedin for a short work visit and had some time today to find a few caches. Decided to head south to claim our southern most cache in Milton and then work my way back towards the airport. Weather was a bit patchy but found some fine spells between showers to gab a few caches. This cache proved to be easier to find than to extract the log book. Finally got the job done and replaced cache. I'm sure this place is popular on a sunny day but v quiet today. TFTC!
On an unexpected trip to the airport i hoped to locate a few caches. This was a straight forward find, sign and replace with no muggles around at the time.. Y Hola? Well You might wait to hola at the bus for you to catch maybe?. Thank you for this cache and another smiley face.
Time to clear this area, so came down on a Saturday afternoon. First of 5.

Found with Just-Lookin.
We enjoyed the nice drive around the area.
Soon located the container in the dark and rain which stopped us doing any walks.

The last time we visited New Zealand in 1998, we missed the Milford Sound because of lack of time.
Now, as W is working in Sydney and C is visiting him, it was very close by.
So we decided to turn her visit into a small New Zealand vacation.
And off course this can't be done without a few geocaches.
A few turned into about 150 of them.
We started in Queenstown, but this time no bungy jumping anymore.
At the airport we switched the gsm-card to a NZ one, with internet access.
That way we would be able to check for recent logs and spoiler photos.
After we got our rental car we started the gps.
We're not used to driving on the left side of the road, but that was no problem with all the road signs.
During our last visit it was summer, now it was autumn.
The weather looked more like home, but we had our umbrella and raincoat with us, which we used a lot.
At the Milford Sound the rain was an advantage, as the rainfalls were huge.
We found the cache quickly and used the advice to take the scenic route to Duniden.

#55 on a 3 day weekend of geocaching adventures down South. Quick find by J before going across the road to get dinner. TFTC
First stop on our day in Waihola! CJ-Curry found this one, but he couldn't retrieve it without me
Hevic and I decided to take a day out by the lake to pick off a few puzzles and visit an area we hadn't yet properly explored. I found the cache with no problems, but extracting the log turned out to be tricky as I'd left my tools in the car. However, Hevic quickly discovered a clever way to get it out, and the two of us were signing and sealing quickly thereafter. Cheers!
After a tedious flight into Dunedin (including an hour on the tarmac), I needed to get a cache! This was a quick park and find on the way past. First cache in New Zealand!

Knew I'd found this a while ago but wasn't getting a smiley. Must have forgotten to send log. Checked when stopped today and found original log of 21-7-15. Very few people at Waihola despite it being a lovely day

Eleventh find of the day!
We were out today, driving around Dunedin. This was the eleventh cache we found.
We found the best point of entry from where we were and went off to GZ. We soon arrived at GZ. We looked around, not there, not in here, before... There it is! I quickly retrieved the cache, signed the log book and replaced it as I found it.
Thanks for the nice easy cache.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Coordinates were accurate and cache and contents were in good condition.
Well done.

A nice and quick easy find after work. It was a good time of the evening to come and grab this one, not too many people around. Some nice shelter from the main road, just had to watch out for people coming out of the shop. Another great cache thanks Tharon. R-H's
