Lots of laughs by all and sundry --- thank you for organising such a light-hearted flash'y gathering --- hope the muggles weren't too gobsmacked by the goggled mob!!
Casually wandered down the street to my first Flash Mob Event, and was surprised to see the Red Square so busy on a winter's night. At the sound of the horn all was revealed as Muggles morphed into Geocachers.
Thank you to nzkeko and Sefrican for arranging the Event ... well done!

Thanks to NZKeko and Sefrican for the fun. The duration of the event was spot on - a bit chilly out tonight!
Thank you SOOOO much for hosting this!! [^]
Haven't done anything this crazy in ages! Was a bit of a challenge getting there in time after work, and then having to move on to another function at 7pm!!
Wonderful to see so many people "apparate" out of nowhere on a cold evening, wearing goggles!!
I am sure the folks who monitor the CCTV cameras really wondered what was going on!
Shame we couldn't get to the follow-up event, but it's kinda hard to be in two places at once!
Must do it again sometime... [?]
Once again,
Many thanks,

This was a very well-organised fun event! It was great to see how well geocachers acted, pretending they were ordinary folk...then suddenly, and unexpectedly, a large crowd materialised wearing goggles! Luckily they looked more like silly beggars than bank robbers, and 15 min was spent greeting, making records, drawing for prizes and having a photo. Thanks very much nzkeko and sefrican
9331… What a hoot!!! Great to see so many Goggled-Eyed cachers appear from nowhere on the sound of the horn. A bit of a giggle trying to fill in the attendance star with our fogged up goggles though… Shame there weren’t more muggles to witness our flash mob. Many thanks nzkeko & Sefrican for organising, looking forward to the next one.
There were lots of familiar faces lurking around at GZ when we arrived and at the sound of the horn they all came together and became anonymous. Heaps of fun with a vast assortment of goggles. Thanks for organising and thanks for the lucky dip prizes TFTE.
Accompanied rosmar from Auckland to attend this event, was disguised with my googles, was good to meet fellow cachers. Thank you for organising this event
Mum and I attended. We arrived with time to spare. Spotted several Cachers heading downhill, so we followed. Managed to speak to a few people we'd met at the Kawerau get together while waiting.
Signed log and collected tickets for the prizes. Did not suspect in a bizillion years that we would win... but we did win the WWFM Tag. Another prize draw... and we won that too. Thanks so much.
A well organised event. TFTE nzkeko and sefrican.

Mugged a few cachers down the road finding another cache. lots of poeple window shopping after hours for some reason. Good to meet old friends and meet new ones. What would the people walking past think of us all in our Goggles. Thanks for a great meeting and the prizes and trinkets.
This has to be the most unusual event cache we have attended and an excellent opportunity to leave my unsuspecting brother in a state of bewilderment as we donned our goggles and left him clutching his beer on the sidewalk. It seemed to me that most of the muggles wandering through The Strand tonight were sporting goggles, but it was a little difficult to tell through the fog of my own. Many thanks to nzkeko and Sefrican for the hosting the event. The organisation was very flash.
Our first geocaching event and flash mob. Three quarters of the family attended. The trinkets got their use in the car on the way home. Thanks for organising. Sorry we couldn't get to the 'after-match', there was another very important match on!
My first ever flash mob. My goggles were so shaded I could hardly see in the dark. A good turn out of people, but we must have looked rather funny
My first WWFM, it was really good fun. People watching must have thought we were mad but loads of geocachers turned up and it was a great event. Thanks everyone for "flashing" and thanks Nzkeko for organizing.
Met up with tparty and his unsuspecting brother (who is from Wellington) for a quiet one before kick off time - he thought perhaps it was a normal Tauranga thing for a group of suspicious looking folk to turn up in one place and wear shades .... Couldn't see anything through my fogged up swimming goggles!
An interesting get together and awesome after match event.

Great fun way to meet other cachers - Even if they were a bit hard to see with my goggles on TFTE
Had a bit of trouble seeing where I was going and wondered why the screen on my camera had gone all sepia on me -but then realised ski goggles probably weren't designed to be worn in the dark! Quirky and crazy, with prizes and trinkets and a photo finish. Loved it! Thank you nzkeko and sefrican for organising this, my first eventcache.
I had one muggle come and ask what it was all about. What else would one or more do on a Saturday evening. TFTE
Hi! I was just looking at the wwfm ix events in podcacher's bookmark list and came across this one which has already been attended : ) Congrats on the first wwfm event in Tauranga, sounds like it was fun! We're hosting one ourselves in 7hrs time (it's 11am here in Dublin, Ireland)
Happy Caching all!

Normally people get arrested for flashing in town so we high tailed it out of there after 15 minutes!
Well organised. Lots of fun, the man in charge of looking over the town cameras will have a laugh.
Thanks for a Tauranga first WWFM event.

We made it with plenty of time, and it was funny to see all the people standing round looking 'inconspicuous'. This was our first event of this kind, and we had fun, thankyou nzkeko!
First time we have done the whole flash mob thing and a great laugh. Good to see a large number of other cachers and have the chance to meet them later on. thanks for the work put ib to this. Thanks for the event
Looking forward to being there!
SketerNZ intends to be there, also.
Unfortunately prior commitments mean we can't attend the follow-up event.
Thanks for hosting this,
