Merging my accounts. Found this as Hoterini 29/12/12. Now tracking together with Ambers007 and merging the old finds.
Quick park and grab on the rail trail while passing through today. Nice dot I hope Bec liked it. TFTC
We assume this one had fallen as we found it in a very open place so only took us a moment to sign and then replace so it can't be so obviously seen from afar (same spot, just up a little). We set off early to make our way from Rutherglen to Gembrook to help a family member move house. We've done this trip several times over the last few weeks and to make it seem less of a chore, we make sure we find a few caches along the way. Funny how a 3.5 hour trip quickly turns into 8 hrs.
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. B.tt
Nice little stop on our way from Yeah to Yark for morning Tea. Fingers crossed for vanilla slice lol. Thanks for a nice easy find was good to get off the bikes for a bit. Beautiful day for a ride.
Getting a few caches around Cathkin and yarck this spot is lovely great for picnics and very historical. First one to sign on new logbook thanks Nanna C and superpops for this cache and nice spot. TFTC find 178
A trip from Canberra, ACT to Whittlesea, Vic with a few side quests for LGAs. TFTC.

On our way home from Bonnie Doon with echidna44. We made a mad dash in the rain to get to this one. The weather forced us to make a speedy find. Thanks for this one nanna.c
Found this one at the end of our ride from Mansfield while the bike guy was loading our bikes. A satisfying finish to the day. It was a team effort with geoStewart. TFTC
On my way home from Mansfield with Bogonghazy. Quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache
Heading back from Mt Buller and decided to drop past - not too difficult, TFTC! If your having trouble finding it just know that it’s magnetic
Great Cache attention site of the old Cathkin Railway Station. Have never stopped here before so was happy to take a look. TFTC
This cache beckoned today as I headed for Alex towne
Plenty parking
And after me short stroll,
I found GZ was not occupied [^]
The cache was quickly flushed out of hiding

We are headed to Wangaratta to stay in the accommodation that we had booked for now deferred Mega. No-one was in the car park although there was quite a lot of bird activity. I spotted a Sacred Kingfisher and a Silver-eye amongst others. We walked to GZ and quickly located the cache. Thanks to nanna.c for the cache.
Took her majesty's birthday holiday as an opportunity to ride the rail trail from Yea to Alexandra, stopped here for a quick break and I couldn't help but grab a cache! Quick find, TFTC
Met up with RoamingHowie to find some caches in an area neither of us had explored.
A quick find here. Removed the not-so-nice swag.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, nanna.c-super.pops

Heading away for a few days camping. Met up enroute for a morning of caching with OZHockeyChick before heading off to reach camp.
A quick stop in at this cache before heading to the bakery in town for some lunch!
Thanks nanna.c-super.pops for the cache.

Great to get a few days off before Christmas to just escape and chill. The email inbox will be over flowing no doubt….. oh well. Went out on a little adventure with Trailstevo to collect a number of cache that have eluded me and I never have time to stop when passing though. Left home at 6am and made our way to Yea for an early morning coffee, YEA!! Did some homework at the local fossil Earthcache and proceeded to make our way along the rail trail stopping for a number of short walks collecting smiley faces as we go. At one point I found myself accidently driving down the trail, but wasn’t brave enough to turn that into a major event for the day. We continued on to Yarck, and the down to Alexandra for an Egg and Bacon roll and the second coffee of the day. 10am now. WE had been collecting clues for a local multicache which has now made us do a detour and collected 5 unplanned cache on that route….oops. Then back to the plana and we made our way to the Maintongoon Bushland reserve for a bit of puffing and blowing up the hill. So many grass seeds! Friggen things! Will have to mow my boots tomorrow! Then one last stop at the look out across the lack and back home for 2pm. Was a great little adventure. Thanks to all the CO’s for the fun. Some great cache in this area, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Today I was scheduled to have a work conference at the Grand Prix, however it was pretty obvious that is wasn't going ahead. As such I went bush instead. This was the fourteenth of 28 caches I found today.
My GPS was bouncing around saying the cache was about 15 meters away in every direction. But after a systematic search, I found it, where I probably should have checked first.
Thanks for the cache nanna c

Inspired to ride some day but enroute to Melbs in tha vroom vroom so just a pit stop. TFTC
We came out today to ride another section of the rail trail. We started at Koriella, where we'd stopped last time, and rode all the way to this cache and then back again. We did just over 16km in total. A lovely ride on mostly level terrain. And the cache was an easy find too.
Thanks for find #1497

Thanks Nanna C nice one. On way to Whitfield for the La Dolce Vita festival. Taking a different route than normal, so grab this one on the way. Great day for a spot of caching. Found with Jimmytherat.
Took us a while too find just because we forgot to look in the most obvious places. On a drive back from Alex to Molesworth. Love the rail trail along here and cant wait to come back again one day. Thank you for placing a cache here.
Thank you, another lesson had in how to locate geocaches today when finding yours
Nice easy find on a lovely sunny afternoon I want an interesting area thank you very much for the hide
Last one for the day. Quick find, after parking nearby and making the trek towards the cache. Tftc
Out for some school holiday fun! It had started as such a dreary day, but by the time we came out to do our first cache it was lovely and sunny!
Quick easy find. On a lovely sunny day we are on our way to Alexanda to do some more caches we didn't get to do at the mega

Hunted about a bit before going back to basics. We were then drawn to the spot with some kind of magnetism!
We searched for this cache on a day visiting Lake Eildon from Yea where we are currently staying.
After a quick find and sign we took advantage of the nice area and boiled the billy and enjoyed morning tea.
Many thanks for the hide nanna.c-super.pops

Found by geo wife on our long way to yea road trip. Via some highish country caches. Found after a few minutes of looking. TFTC inspectorrex and team
There were a couple of caches we could do as park and grab on the way home from Alexandra. This was the first second one after ‘Keys to my’. Geokid Stevie was navigating. We parked the geomobile and let the engine running. She’s a bit temperamental and sometimes doesn’t want start for a while. We followed the magic arrow being mindful of slithery friends and soon the geokids got distracted by a nearby plum tree. Whilst they were filling their tummies I found the cache. Another smiley face from around Alexandra. The boys filled their pockets and off we went back to the purring car. TFTC
It took a while to find the cache and The Driver was for giving up, but one last glance on the way back to the car and I found it. Sometimes it doesn’t pay to hurry. I wish he had a bit more patience. I prefer to think about the problem and often find the cache.
On our way to Eildon, we pulled up on the side of the road and went for a short stroll to this picnic area. Pity we don’t have bikes in our luggage, the trail looked very inviting. Interesting how the CFA keep water supplies here – hope they won’t need them too soon.

Quick easy find. I think that the new facilities look way better than the old ones just up the hill! I am sure that Bec loves this place.

Today we rode the Great Victorian Rail Trail from Alexandra to Tullarook which provided the opportunity to seek out 5 geocaches of which I found 4, not being willing to spend more than a few minutes in each search. This cache was a straightforward find, being more or less on the coordinates. Thank you nanna.c for installing and maintaining this cache.
After attending the MEGA event on the weekend, Snickersallan, RoddyC and I continued on our drive around the area today to find some caches we missed over the weekend.
This one was found easily, SL then returned cache to its hide.

Opting not to go into the grass with inappropriate footwear & really long grass,
I watch hevwalker jump over the fence and disappear.
I then heard, oh there's a tank stand here and a Munzee.
The one time I stay at the car & there's a Munzee, while I'm here I might as well grab the virtual.
It's always amusing as a cacher as you find the better way on the way out as your not following your gps.

Well I did that the hard way...from the road, through the grass, over the broken fence & around the trees...DOH!!!...the track would have been the easier option...
Found the cache quickly enough...
Thanks nanna.c-super.pops
