GPS took me in circles of the track. Searched a few items matching hint but no luck for me.
Staying at the nearby DOC campground, and came for a wander up here this afternoon, nice quick find, TFTC
Spending the day exploring the area with the whanau. Great day out and we also found a few geocaches, signed Team Polak. Just a quick walk before making dinner! TFTC!!
I'm staying in St Arnaud for a few nights and after hiking up to Mt Robert yesterday, decided that today I'd take an easier option and explore some of the trails closer to the village. This cache was found while taking the Peninsula Nature Walk and looping around back into the village. TFTC!
ATM ventured in for this one whilst I was still looking for water lol. Confused on the title. Found as hint. TFTC and greetings from the UK
sal_wad - with only 20 finds toy our name, you replaced a broken container... LEGEND!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Would love to know what has caused all the black trees. Strange looking indeed. The mosses are amazing. Tftc. Eatmorchikin from Brisbane
With the right path, we arrived directly on the cache
Thank you for the cache

On the way from Motueka to Kaikoura we stop over here for short walk. Beautiful nature and lake live. TFTC
Quick find here. I agree the bird sing is beautiful. Nothing sounds as good as the bellbird in the UK. Log again too wet to sign so attached a photo. Tftc
Guess we’ll have to save this one for the next visit. Gave it a short search, but no luck.
Enjoying the song bird today they are very vocal. Got covered in mud and soaking wet shoes but still worth the walk.
This cache is still there! It may have migrated upwards a bit, but it does stick out like a sore thumb. TFTC.
When I arrived at this site, my first thought was that this could be quite a difficult cache to find. However, I simply followed the directions of my GPSr and all of a sudden the cache appeared in front of me.
Catching up with logging caches from our trip last month. Loved our short time here and would love to come back for longer. Quick find hiking back over the hill. TFTC
A day trip to St Arnaud, to kick off the start of some elevation for the new set of souvenirs. Eventually got the correct dead tree and the container up as described.
Tidying up a couple of caches I haven't done yet. Dead Manuka tree looks like it's coming back to life! Tftc
After a bit of a wander around I finally managed to zone in on the location for this 1...took some time but glad to have found it! TFTC & I collected the TB inside
Off on a short Sunday walk, nice to have a find well off the track. Have left TB behind because it’s a nice big container.
Easyish find with judithrichards. Cache was on the ground but returned to cradle
Rain started coming down a bit more steady as we found this one. Might be the end to our caches for today
great walk around the peninsula. used the little track to get close to gz then easily found. tftc
It was a clam day down at the lake, we decided to go for a little walk to do some geochashing

Thanks for the cache. Once again phone not accurate so wandered around abit before find
After resting up in Zara for a couple of hours I head out at 3pm for another 3 hour walk. Have visited here before but today I have snagged this elusive one. Cheers.
Now time to get back to Zara for dinner.
Stayed at Cold Water Hutt Friday night. Ended up with 2 other roomys and 2 others camped out. Im up and on the trail by 7am. An amazing view with fog coming down the river and disbursing over the lake. Arrived back at Zara at 1pm.
Zara and I are off for some much needed tree time, with Lake Rotoiti on my agenda for today. Arranged a hut pass, left Zara resting at TeeTotal and hit the trail by 10. Finally arrived at Coldwater Creek Hut just before 5pm.

(# 5452). Today is day 9 of my West Coast trip. Today I am traveling from Westport to St Arnaud. Main goal was the Brunner Peninsula Walk. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Final find of the day, a quick find too.
All good, TFTC beltfamily.
Found on the walk between Kerr Bay and West Bay.
Jo had Monday off, so we decided a trip somewhere was in order. St Arnaud or Nelson? We decided on the former and in retrospect were glad we did. The weather in Blenheim was average, but it was not bad up here although we were prepared for the worst.
The target area was Gowan river, the top of Lake Rotorua, Braeburn walk and track and a short walk in St Arnaud on the way home.
A good mix of PnGs and walking ones, 40 or so for the day. Thanks everyone

Had our Sunday free so planned out a trip from Nelson to St Arnaud and back, overall this trip took about 6 hours and we got to adventure far beyond the road. This is one of the 31 caches that we found today.
A quick walk after a great lunch at the Alpine Lodge lead us to the cache. TFTC

Visiting from Auckland, staying at Kerr Bay, nice morning for the peninsula walk. A bit off-road here, GPS led me there in the end, nice find. TFTC
First trip away in the caravan since winter.... a beautiful afternoon so couldn’t pass up a peaceful walk around the peninsula track. Not a muggle in sight on the track - they are all down at the lake edge...leaving me in peace to find the cache.
Walked round in circles a bit before spotting finally.

The last green box on the hillside that needs to be turned to yellow. GPS led us straight to the cache and a quick sign was made. Time to head back to the car. tftc
A tough one to finish our walk and cache hunt today. Several dead manuka were checked out. Blacky helped out. Tftc
Out for a geocaching mission with squirt88 to gather as many as we could before our phones ran out of battery. Tftc
Enjoying a walk around these a little tracks. This one a bit further off course than expected but easily found
Visiting caches we found in 2013 and a couple of caches we have not found before in preparation for the bonus mystery cache. Thanks for placing this one
On a week's walking and caching holiday with trifolia argentea we aimed for 100 caches. Thanks to all cache owners.
We turned around in circles here. A local tried to help, but no luck. Fortunately Ilmari the Red pointed us to the right spot. TFTC
A day in the Park whilst Streetgamer is at the gliding club down the road. A lovely spring day and a great opportunity to explore this area.
I was originally planning to park and grab as many as I could today, but the park and the weather is too nice today to rush, so I ended up doing a leisurely walk from the West Bay car park over to Kerr Bay and back.
My direct approach caused me to miss the cache on the first pass. Looping round and approaching from the other way made for a quick find.

Thanks
