Walked from my nearby accommodation for a quick find, and a lovely view from the nearby lookout. Thanks.
Visiting South East Queensland for a week from Port Macquarie. Today we ventured out towards Tamborine Mountain before finishing the afternoon around the Southport area. After a chilly morning, the afternoon warmth was very welcome and made for a rather pleasant day of caching. Nice little drive down the road. Managed to spot it on approach as the colour stood out in the scrub. Dropped in a TB.Thanks for the cache
Easy find but very fun, good swappables from Macbow aka Magicalmagpie thank you!
After a weekend away close by on a camp, I decided to grab this one before I began the long journey home. Great views in this area. Cache was easily spotted from the road, retrieved, signed, and replaced securely. Thanks for the views.
What a cute little pink cache!! I always head just down the road to watch the sunset and would never have known a cache was there until I started geocaching.
Out this morning to collect a few local government area specific caches to close out a challenge cache Ive been working on for sometime. After finding a safe place to park the car I quickly made my way to ground zero where it was too long before i had the cache in my sights.Log extracted and mark made and returned safely to its hiding spot. Now off to the next adventure. Nice hide.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by fellow cachers.
We took a fridge magnet and left a pair of hand made earrings made by my wife Gail magicalmagpie. Easy to find, not much crafty stuff in the cache. Thank you
What a pretty cache! It was very easily spotted from afar. After signing the log we gave the cache a little bit of camo to make it a little less obvious. Thank you for the beaut cache.
Fun cache with a lot of fun treasures inside for you to trade! Old treasure but cool. Hope you like the joke inside! Have a good day!
Originally Mrs Woodyrothwell and I were planning on heading up to the Sunshine Coast for a day of caching frivolity. We had only been in Mount Tamborine two weeks ago on a mystery picnic adventure and didnt think we would be back so soon. Our eldest daughter is studying Auslan interpreting and was at a weekend compulsory camp and had left her glasses at home. We got the text last night asking whether we could drop them into her. We politely asked why she hadnt rung to beg for such a huge favour when she told us she was at DeafCamp and wasnt allowed to speak. When she goes to the pub with the hearing impaired they call it DeafPub and when they go bowling its called DeafBowl so clearly you can just throw the word Deaf in front of anything. Hopefully later tonight I will be able to stop my wife from incessantly talking and enjoy a DeafWine. The camp grounds are just around the corner so after dropping in the glasses and trying to make our daughter speak so she was on the naughty list, we drove around to find the hide. Surely they have a three-strike system for talking. Who could be blamed for yelling out a swear word if you kicked your toe on something? tftc
NobbysNuts and Crew 153 had taken a drive up the Mountain for lunch and stopped off here on the way home for a quick find.We were surprised to see the old cache exposed as we approached. We gave it a bit more cover as we left.TFTC Herbz
Found with Liblet479 and Muggle friends after a lovely night out having Mexican dinner.
Thanks for the cache

Nice hide. This Geo got us to another lookout we probably wouldn't have come to so thank you for the hide. From a fellow crafter from New Zealand
Out for a drive on this nice beautiful, clear day and thought we’d go a little geocaching. Thank you for the Hide.
Interesting hiding spot. Added a little trinket for future adventurers. Roadworks recently have made the cache easier to see from the road, but it is still good. This was our first geocache ever. Thanks so much.
Took the KG kids out to do some caching now the 12yo has a caching bag of tricks. Took a while but she deciphered the clues and came up with the goods!
Dropped in a tb, hope it would be picked up quickly. Yep taken before I dropped it in. Easy find
Dead fish totally unexpected

1st cache of the trip with rainforest cookie and ratdog12. Dead fish nearby gave an fairly unpleasant aroma while providing a talking point . Tftc
Our last find of the day as we picked up one of the kids from camp. So good to find such a good sized cache here. Continued on to check out the great view at the end of the road.
Thanks Herbz
Thanks Herbz
My geodog Scruffy wanted to look for some caches so I thought "why not?"
You know, there is 1 thing I really hate doing in Geocaching, and that's looking for little micros in the bush. hahaha ....
All Good .. TFTC ..

Quick find here, as you might expect, but the thorns are getting fearsome and it took a bit of careful manoeuvring to get away unscratched. TFTC
Got to love a camo ammo. Chikinlittler and Mrs EMC were on Tamborine doing some caching whilst the others were doing the treetop challenge. This was our 11th find. Loved the colour of this beauty. TFTC.
After a great Church Weekender Camp at the nearby MTCC Camp Panorama, I found this cache with BrissyCat and son, Jessen family (family of 5 kids & 2 adults + one extra friend of theirs) & half of the Pieris family (3 kids) following our Church Weekender. It was the first ever cache for the Pieris’ and Jessen’s. Unfortunately that means that if there wasn’t a geotrail before, there definitely is now. Photo was taken from nearby lookout. A trackable was dropped off. Please take good care of it - it is not to keep!! Please put it in another cache.
I’m attending a church camp at the camp site so this was a must to pick up while I was here. It was nice to get away from all the people for a bit and enjoy a walk by myself to the lookout. A quick detour to find a nicely decorated container. TFTC!
This weekend, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T), baby Cottontail and I had planned to spend a night in Tamborine Mountain. On Friday, we walked Palm Grove, The Knoll National Park, had a browse up-down Gallery Walk, and visited a winery. On Saturday, we participated in the local parkrun followed by a walk to Witches Falls Lookout. Overall, we had a terrific trip with great accommodation and excellent hospitality, so a return visit in the future is likely.
Today, we awoke to Tamborine parkrun as a new experience/location, and then hurried back to be treated to a glorious accommodation breakfast. We then had a short morning hike using the Witches Chase Track to Witches Falls Lookout, before then needing to hurry back for the morning event [Tamborine Tea Break](https://coord.info/GCA4E18). This catch-up had both locals and travellers alike, and it was a great venue to talk to everybody.
This was our final find whilst up in the mountain, as we needed to return back over lunch to allow baby Cottontail to sleep. Consequently, we headed up the road, and then stopped as close to GZ as we could. There then seemed to be a geotrail in that we followed, and it wasn't long before finding the mighty ammo can container (however it was beautfiully decorated - very crafty!). The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Mrs Herbz for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. A Favourite Point!
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Crafty.
Spotted the faint trail leading to GZ, grabbed a stick and started brushing away web to get to the crafty hide. Nice view at the end of the road, too.

I dived into the bushes and quickly spotted the brightly coloured container. Thanks for the cache

Tftc MrsHerbz , we had a great day out today. The scenery here is pretty special. Thanks for bringing us here.
Coming up to Mt. Tamborine is not far from us and always such a pleasure. We walked the Witches Falls Circuit and then spent some time finding some caches. We had a wonderful day. TFTC Mrs Herbz
I was only coming up here today to play tourist. However, this morning I thought I'd just see if there are any cool caches I might not want to miss. This looked like a nice idea and something to leave till sunset. Seeing the theme, I quickly whipped up a pink macro macrame turtle for swapping, thinking the longer before I leave home the more chance the rain will have stopped when I get up the mountain. I was right. No rain. Just thick cloud. All day. Till now.
So I came for the sunset, checked out an historic survey marker (well the historic bit is under the concrete apparently), and then headed to the cache.
The cache is a bit broken and water and bugs have got in. The contents were a mess. I was hoping to find something nice to swap my turtle with but unfortunately there wasn't anything dry or not mouldy and some swag was unidentifiable. I ended up leaving the turtle in the plastic log bag without swapping anything. I hope it finds a new home soon so it isn't ruined like the rest of the stuff.
Thank you so much for this fun idea and showing me to the fantastic views.

What a lovely size cache. Easy to find in a great spot. Found while on camp next door.
Nice one! On a quick holiday in Mt Tambourine for some Big Bash action on the gold coast. Very crafty, left loom bands, picked up pink dog figurine. TFTC.
Love finding caches that weren’t on our list. A great lookout at the end of the road. TFTC
Found easily but had to stand quietly while someone got into a parked car close by. TFTC
With a couple of hours to spare before the flight home, I headed up here for a tourist walk or two and cash splash at the local bakery. Spotted this was a good spot for a liquid lunch with a speedy find to follow. TFTC!!!
We couldn't resist heading a little out of the way to get to this cache. Initially we went down the wrong path and after doubling back we found a better entrance and nicely themed container. The kids loved the swaps and the effort that has gone into this cache. A fav from us.
