Hi Castlewood_Crew
It appears that this cache has been inactive for quite some time. Is it going to be replaced or should it be archived to make room for possible future caches? If the cache owner does not contact me within Three Weeks, I'll assume the cache needs to be archived.
While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.
Thanks for your understanding,
Regards,

Eleven pairs of eyes, bright sunshine, previous finders, and no geocache. Very definitely gone
Like the last post, we couldn't find it despite a good search. Found the plug, but no cache. Great park for the kids though
Hello Local Geocachers,
#Queenstown#
We are from **far far away**, i mean the *other* side of the world. We came here in this area for our Holiday . We have seen our daughter who is here living for a year in **Queenstown** *(in 2017 April or Mei, she went back to The Netherlands)*. We stayed in the direct area of her in Queenstown for a few days.
#Travelling with a Campervan#
After that we have hired a campervan and explore the south island of new Zealand for its very nice Nature. Our Campervan is picked up at **Queenstown**, nearby the airport of Queenstown. It's a nice van and it drives fine. Everything is OK with the camper and i learned left driving very fast, it's not a problem for me .
The quantity of people at a square kilometer is less then in The Netherlands. During our journey we don't see much peaple but enjoyed the nature as well.
Thanks a lot for placing and maintaining this cache in New Zealand.

couldn't find it! must have been in the right area as i found the electrical plug that someone mentioned in their comments but couldn't locate the cache and it was getting dark. maybe next time
No luck for us here today, but with time against us we didn't spend too much time here.
This was an easy find on our way through Dunedin. I remember bring the girls here when they were a lot smaller.
Had two goes at this, one yesterday and one today.
Yesterday searching was just about impossible because of muggles, though I did manage a bit of a look.
It is very close to my accommodation so I headed out first thing this morning before the kids would be around but still no luck. On discussing my plight with a local it appears that this would be difficult or impossible for me to retrieve owing to certain characteristics- not sure how else to describe it without spoliers- seems I was looking in the right place where I did find of all things a stray domestic type electrical plug- not connected to anything!

My GPSr had a small offset here, but the hint was quite clear. While my children played in the playground, I could look for the cache.

Had to wait till mugged left. Had a good search but to no avail. Just have to come back another day. TFTC
Doing a Road Trip to the bottom of our Country, and it wasn't really a Caching Holiday, but was determind to find this one,as we often talk about our last visit here.
We gleened a wee bit of help from a previous Cacher's Log,and without much hunting we spied it..
So pleased to finally have Dino off our unfound list..TFTH

Searched twice. Still no luck. Best not try this during school holidays. Will keep hunting this one down
Not many people around, so I had time to search but... still didn't find it! Couldn't think of any other place where it could have been though...
Out on a morning stroll while visiting Dunedin (Business Trip), staying at the nearby Holiday Park! Had the whole place to myself no one around to see what 1eyednbf (1 eyed and proud of it) was upto. No luck had to cut the search short and head back to get ready for work.
All quiet around dusk today. Bag needs replacing but log still in good condition. TFTC
Aha! At last! This must be the fourth time we've been back - and I'm sure we checked that spot each time and it wasn't there! Dino has magic powers....?
A quick walk on my last day in Dunedin.
I remember this park very well, not much has changed in 20 years.
It is a favourite place for my kids to visit when we are in town.
Thanks for the memory.

Started hailing just as I got there! So no problem with muggles at all! Ran down, grabbed it pretty quickly and sat in car to sign it!! Managed to dart down and put it back in a break in the hailstorm TFTC!!
Took the geohound for a walk and took the opportunity to find this cache. Was extremely windy so there weren't too many muggles around. Found the cache quickly. Good to get a smiley on a cache close to my Dunedin home TFTC
Found laying on path , maybe recent rain had washed it from hiding place . Had to have a slide while I was here
Finally found after some searching just as the light was fading, luckily no muggles out tonight. Bag is stuffed so need replacing. TFTC
Very suroised that there were no people around so finally got this one. Thanks for the cache
Don't know how many times we've looked for this one only to be interupted by muggles...this time wind and rain were on our side!!!
.. found after several attempts, no muggles around today, rainy cold windy day!
Took ages in the dark! Log book bag has hole in it so wrapped it best we could
Didn't manage to find this one but lots of muggles so couldn't have a thorough look.
Had a good poke around tonight after dark, but gave up after some shifty bloke on a push bike turned up. Must be hidden well! Maybe next time in daylight DINO...
Found the devilous cache in a unexpected place of this wonderful park I loved when I was young TFTC
Lots of people near by made it nearly impossible for muggles to find out found with dobscon2
Yes! This weekend is one of luck finding caches that have eluded me for months. With my rubbish bag in hand (for today's CITO event) it gave me a good cover for passing muggles.
Hey, better luck on the second attempt. The kids are with me this time as decoys so they played and I hunted. Success, nice to get rid of the DNF. Cheers

Oh the hours we spent here as children!!!!
We decided to spend the evening re-creating a few childhood photos, and this was one of the places on the list.
So took the photo inside the whale - wow they've re-painted it and re-lined the bottom in the last 16 years! Though I do think some of that graffiti inside the mouth is still the same.
I will upload the picts once we have them.
And what trip anywhere would be complete without a cache??
An easy as find here!!

It was starting to get really cold with the wind so it was lucky sonia26642 grabbed it really quick.
Haven't been here in ages!
Haven't been here in ages!
What a lot of sand, maybe poor dino was lost under it all. I have put in a replacement let's hope it doesn't suffer the same fate
Back to work next week so should be able to fit in an early morning check on this little fellow then
By the looks if the previous logs it is no longer here, and we couldn't find it either
We followed the hint, looked for ages in the rain- no sign. We also see that some others haven't been able to find recently.
Tftc found rather exposed so put it back abit safer lots of kids here today was extra stealthy . Cache browns
Had a wee muggle interested in our activities, but she was soon distracted by the slide #cache-browns
The biggest challenege was to wait for the local scouts to finish their gathering and to leave. Nice playground and nice hide. TFTC
Brought the kids to the park today and though I'd have a look for this cache, however there was a group of school kids and I thought better I it.
Will pick it up next time we come here.

We obviously weren't the only ones taking advantage of the miserable wet weather to get this high-muggle-zone cache. PC Sniff wanted it so badly (having tried on numerous previous occasions) that it seemed churlish to find it before him. Well, no actually I hate it when he gets it first, but it was almost worth it this time when I saw him exclaim with joy, reach in, and pull out half of a electrical plug that somehow had been lodged close to the cache. I couldn't stop laughing at his comical disappointment ... until he perservered in the same place and came out with the real one.
Thanks for this challenging cache location.

A mad dash out in the drizzle required for the 31 in 31 challenge. I'd attempt DINO a number of times since it was published but the timing was never good and worry about being muggled always disturbed my searching. No muggles about in the rain and darkness tonight so it was a quick find.
