Accurate coordinates and a familiar style of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition, although the container is smaller than indicated in the hint. Thanks Gliss! fir the cache.
This cache may no longer be available 24/7 as a fence has gone up around the old station building with a sign stating the area is open only on the 3rd Saturday of each month. I have messaged the CO, but i guess ill have to come back another day.
A very late change of mind saw me heading to Bathurst today to join in the Canberra Bathurst Invasion 24, which will take off tomorrow morning. Today, however, I am planning on grabbing as many caches as I can before dark settles in. This was one of them, and it has been signed and replaced where I found it. Apologies to all COs for the generic log but that is not meant to imply that I don't appreciate and acknowledge the effort that goes into placing and maintaining your caches. Thanks for contributing to our special game.A note will be added to any that I feel requires it.
TFTC smile19651 Day 6 out and about on a rainy/Sunny day on my way to Wollongong in a round about way picking up LGAs on the way signed as GS1947 on small logs, at long last Cgeo is working hard so I can log my caches !!! Thank you GLISS! for placing this cache for our enjoyment

I got side tracked on my way home to Sydney from the Capital GeoBash today and ended up in Crookwell. No issues finding the cache here, just had to cope with the wind and rain ... so different to Canberra at the weekend! Thanks for providing me with this opportunity to add to my SideTracked finds tally Gliss!
In the area to grab a few caches. We found a variety of hides, some easy, and many much harder.Signed and replaced as found. Many thanks for placing this cache, GLISS!, for us and others to find.
With 165ARB but me this time .Found without much effort. A hot day here today. TFTC
Not much activity at this station this morning, although we had to wait for a local (slow!) dog walker to move on before retrieving the cache. Container and log in OK condition.
Thanks, GLISS!
Thanks, GLISS!
A wonderful day out with caching colleagues to pick up a variety cache types for the new August wheel
We found this cache while staying in Goulburn for a while with ilook4geo. We took a drive to Crookwell finding some caches along the way and some in town. Found this one OK and did the signing duties. We are happy to be able to add another of the SideTracked series to our list of finds. Thank you to GLISS! for placing this cache.
Found this cache while travelling around Crookwell together with goingplaces2. All good with container and contents. TFTC.
Found It!
The hint didn't seem to fit but it didn't take me long to find it. Nice little place with some interesting history.

With events in Gunning, Crookwell (the highlight!) and two in Goulburn, GreyHams and myself set out for the circuit. Each event was well attended, lots of chats to be had and caches along the way to be found! Loved catching up with so many through the day at the events and at the caches, it was a great day! Thanks for your cache!

A country drive with Search4, caching from Canberra to Gunning to Crookwell to Goulburn, back to Gunning and Canberra, inspired by the various events to attend on the way. Cache easily found. Nice to redeem a previous DNF here. TFTC.

Had a great day doing the Crookwell event circuit, gracefully organised by the Crookwell Mega Committee.

Found with isopeda after a couple of great local events. Good to meet some new cachers. Tftc
On our afternoon walk around Crookwell we found this beauty after a short search. SL. TFTC.
Found this one nice and quick. Mint tin under the ramp. I was surprised to see it contains a fairly old log. Maybe there is more than one container in play?!?
Very cool old railway station. Had a little explore despite the freezing cold weather. Also managed to jump on the round table too. It's been recently painted. So looking extra good.

Rather cold day alas didn’t see anything resembling a cache. but lovely old station and glad we came this way
Checked on this one while in the area for Mothers Day. It has now been replaced temporarily with a mint tin.
Easy little park and grab. More great history. The cache is in good condition, signed and replaced. Thanks for placing the cache

I have replaced this one sooooo many times. It is one of the first caches that I put out, so I'm replacing it yet again.
Quick drive by. Station has been kept in great condition. Thanks for bringing us here.
It was on the ground so visible but Put it back in in close spot. Great spot for train buffs.
@1330
I needed to find a virtual in May for a challenge cache in SA. The nearest one was in Crookwell. I then learned AngelG27 and SpecimenX were headed that way too, so we teamed up for the road trip via Goulburn. Unfortunately this was our first DNF for the day.

Nope, no joy for us here. Gave this one a good search and even widened it to see if it had fallen off but looks like this one has gone
Thanks anyway, GLISS!
Thanks anyway, GLISS!
Despite looking high and low, this was unfortunately a DNF this time around. Maybe I will have better luck next time? Anyway, thanks for the cache listing and I will have another look next time I am in the area.

We based ourselves in quaint Binda last night and apart from a horrific storm which inncluded hail (not happy with dents in car) it proved to be a good base for many of the geocaches in the area. The countryside is looking awesome and we enjoyed the rural location, wonderful views and history. Thanks to GLISS! for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Came to Crookwell to visit relatives. Decided to do some coaching on the way! Took a look at some history while finding this one! TFTC
Hint makes it too obvious (which we accidently read before the description), but good cache none the less! Thanks
Accidentally looked at the hint and made it a bit too easy before reading the description. Good cache tho
Lived in Crookwell for a year now and haven’t come to the old train station before. An old historic site with a quick to find cache

I have not been to Crookwell before and enjoyed the chance to grab a SideTracked cache to add to my tally. thanks GLISS! for converting the cache to get it on the list. A lovely station and I enjoyed learning about the history of the line.
Have a favourite.
There is a trailer full of hay parked outside, no doubt to help the local farmers.

While staying in Goulburn on our travels we travelled to Crookwell and back. Approached GZ and found cache, signed log and replaced. Due to the number of caches found, I am doing a generic log. Thank you to CO's for placing these caches in their locations - it was fantastic to visit this area. TFTC
In Goulburn for a few days and this afternoon we decided to head out to Crookwell to find a few caches and as an extra bonus a couple of FTFs. Thanks to the COs - we learnt so much about the area.

Team Lillieb05 were heading north to take in the sites around Lake Macquarie. This was a stop on the way back for caching, caving and camping. Thanks for the cache and the effort that goes into placing and maintaining all the great hides.

I checked on this one and couldn't find it. I'll have to come up with a new camo container. I'll take it offline while I sort it out.
Found this cache while staying for a few days in Crookwell with Aries44 & the Neighbs .We had a great stay.
