Satisfied it is no longer there now. It’s death is confirmed by this archiving.
Couldn’t find this one. Looked hard too. Looks like there has been some clean up of the area due to the bushfires
No plants growing on fence. Last maintenance was because it was cleared so definitely need to be checked.
It has lost its character and is now just a sistema but is ready to be found again.
Looks like the fence line has been cleared with Everything along it including any possible implements/tools containing a cache.

We parked alongside the Cemetery and walked through the bush to get to the track along the fenceline. The cache was soon found and logged, all good with this cache and contents.
***Interesting to see lots of fungi at the Cemetery, with brown top, white underside Toadstools growing on the lawn area, while in the gravel of the car park, Puff Toadstills were in abundance.
Thanks Paul_the_Hippy for another placement here.

Replaced cache. Still has a drenching canister. But now stuck to a pill bottle as well.
Found this after completing the nearby cemetery cache. As mentioned, the log was quite damp, so I replaced the container with a mint tin, and new log sheet in plastic bag. tftc.
Thanks Derek for putting in a temporary cache. Will hopefully get around to replacing the drenching implement soon.
Sadlly your choice of new type of container was a poor one, as the plastic cant handle the uv and has become brittle and is falling apart, the log was rather wet as well. We enjoyed the short walk from the cemetry to find this one.
Staying in Orbost for a while and found this one on my first days caching in the area. Made a mini walk to find this one and the other two in the area. The log is pretty damp but I managed to sign it. TFTC.
We soon found this cache once at Ground Zero as we had guessed what we were looking for and we turned out to be correct! We are glad we didn’t bump into any locals while wandering through the cemetery as my other half is a Dr Death lookalike! We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Thanks to touchstone and genghicat for replacing the record strip in this cache.
Down for the Australia day long weekend with Genghicat. Taking a quick stop by to help out CO with maintenance since we are in the area. Log sheet replaced and cache is good to go. Tftc
Found easily. Log dry and we inserted the end back in so it shouldnt get wet again unless the next cacher dosent put it back correctly. It does require a new log but will suffice for a bit longer. TFTC.
Finally found fence line and walked to GZ.
Unfortunately cache needs a lot of maintenance. Log waterlogged and unsignable.

Found this unusual cache container using excellent coords. Unfortunately the paper is waterlogged, so we were not able to sign, but sending a photo of the unusual container to the cache owner is hopefully sufficient as evidence of the find. We did not have any replacement paper to do a bit of caching maintenance unfortunately. TFTC
Squelching with water so couldn't sign. Nevertheless a different type of cache
Saw 2 kangaroos not far from here. Many thanks and greetings from UK

I think it was a witch doctor!
Went to look for this one after finding another nearby, cache was still damp despite the warm weather. TFTC

Bit off dead centre, people are dying to get into the cemetry. The waterproof paper is very wet and although in one piece the pen wont wropite very well underwater.
Its a hot day and I'm on the hunt. This one is a bit wet and there wasn't anything in except to log paper I added something and put it back hope the next person will have fun looking
The long weekend was here and it was time for fitzy_1965 and I to head down to Vic in the geo-unit for an epic geomission We had a great time camping, cruising around admiring the beautiful scenery and nabbing LOTS of caches! A great weekend of quality caching all round!
Made our way along the track in the geo-unit where fitzy made the find here. Never seen one of these used as a cache before! [:o)]
Thanks for the hide, Paul_the_Hippy

14694. Found during a long weekend caching run down through the Bombala / Genoa / Mallacoota / Cann River / Orbost / Lakes Entrance / Bairnsdale regions with specimenX.
A long weekend caching plan was hatched with specimenX to head down to Victoria for 4 days of caching and camping. Had a fantastic time driving around enjoying the scenery, camping at various locations, plus the huge number of caches to be found. Day Two dawned and we had survived the rain. Packed up and hit the road. Next find of the day. Enjoyed the drive in and had a quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the sharp cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks to all the COs for placing their caches !!
TNLN - TFTC !!

did drive along the fence lie and stopped within 5 metres of this very well disguised cache, name told me all I needed to locate took longer to extract the log than the actual find, all is good here too, Thanks Paul_the_Hippy
I went for a stroll from the cemetery to find GZ
And took a few minutes to search for the cache ...
... without success
So I read the cache notes
What a great idea [:o)]
Oh is that what I'm looking for
I know what one of those is.
The benefits of growing up in a country environment with mates who came from sheep farms
Hey I've used 'em for the purpose they are designed for
Baaaaaa !!!
And with the notes and clue read,
the rest was easy

Found whilst out on a bike ride - very different cache hide - perhaps some more info in details about what this item can be used for ? Make it into a lesson for children on why to never touch something like this without telling a adult to show it to first

Mr S pricked his finger on a splinter here. It had just started raining so we did it quickly but loved the hide, thanks.
Today we explored Orbost and surrounds using geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. Replaced sodden log, an easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Not a very geokid friendly cache. Log totally mush. Needs replacing with a more appropriate container. We shouldn't be encouraging anyone to interact with this type of implement.
Found at 11:51 AM GAFF1.
Ha! That container would be thrown out in minutes in the big cities We drove along the track and thankfully were able to get out at the other end as it was just about impossible to turn around without bashing into the bush.
Thanks Paul_the_Hippy.
Feedback: The paper is hardly water proof and is a mess.

Found on our trip to Mallacoota. We approached this cache from the cemetery - from there, it was a lovely walk to GZ. As we got to GZ, we were originally cautious about what we saw - but it ended up being the cache! A very nice idea for a container. The log did take a LONG time to get out though - it is quite wet and will need replacing. Nice area as well. TFTC Paul_the_Hippy!
I must say I've never seen a cache container of the like before. The seal is missing and the log is soaked. Could still write on it though.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. Unfortunately the log was very wet and we were just able to sign it. Thanks Paul_the_hippy for the cache.
Day six of a challenge trip to East Gippsland with BettyBoo3747.
Departed Lakes for Marlo. Checked out a few caches on the way, and a few I didn't have in Orbost.
Arrived early in Marlo, so cruised around town and did a few here. The river where it meets the sea is looking fabulous.
A nice walk along the fence line.
The log was wet but still usable. As it was nearly full we dried the container and replaced the log with another waterproof one.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 9812. After 5 days in Lakes Entrance today is a travelling day - we are moving on to Marlo for 3 nights. After last night's heavy rain we awake to a glorious day and with a few little detours find some caches along the way.
We continued from the cemetery along the lovely shady track to GZ. Spotted the container straight away but everything was very wet so we dried it out and replaced the log sheet. Certainly an unusual container.
Thanks Paul_the_Hippy

Continued on from the Christmas cache and found the unusual container. Not very waterproof as the seal has gone. Saw some orchids at GZ (one sided fingers - dont know what it is called).
Thanks for all your caches out here.
Thanks for all your caches out here.
Found it! Took a little while to find the track rather than going through the bush!!
Went cross country through the bush, found the road on the way back. That was a much easier option!!
Found with comback and gwd.aussie on a great day out in Orbost & Marlo area
A great container
Thanks Paul the Hippy

A day out with sqau and gwd.aussie in the Marlo and Cape Conran areas on a nice sunny day TFTC
we talk about the best way to drive to the cache,
until we read the cache description.
Great container, thank-you

Staying at one of the lovely RV free camps on the banks of the Snowy River near Marlo and went out to grab a few caches. We managed to find 5 and 1 DNF so happy with the day. TFTC
Our first find for the day. Were surprised ar the container but found it amusing. TFTC
Found on a geo day with Tbelf and Mandymooo. Log slightly damp after day of rain but otherwise all good.
An unusual cache container, not sure if I liked it. I does work well keeping the log dry. I walked for ages tying to find the way in. It was a wet drizzly day and I was enjoying the walk anyway.

We are staying at the Orbost caravan park and we headed off to find a few caches. This was one we targetted and found. A unique cache container - coords spot on and log dry. Fav point alloc. Thanks to Paul_the_Hippy.
We downloaded coordinates before our trip south and didn't have the update. A bit of a shame havind 3 DNF's today and probably never returning to the area. Given the comments about the container, it was probably best.

After a little bit of a search we finally worked it out trusting in the gps..however was not overly excited by the cache container for reasons already logged. SL [xx(]
As the secretary of this cemetery trust, I approve of people using the cemetery in a respectful way. I like geocaching and think there's great potential at this site for a larger cache. However, I don't think the current container is suitable or appropriate. Particularly since there's lots of cachers who take their children (as I did). I'm sure all the elderly volunteers who weed and maintain the garden wouldn't appreciate the joke either.
Found today after a lot of searching. Paper intact and okay to write on. Didn't like the container - sorry, Paul

Took a little while for the GPS to settle this morning so we ended up finding the cache by a process of elimination. It was dead quiet this morning (haha), though we were a little saddened to see the headstone of a F Christmas here. TFTC
Unfortunately we did not find the cache but lots of fat spiders. This was worth coming here!
This coastal trail was under construction when I last stayed at Cape Conran, but today all the families headed into Marlo for fish 'n' chips for dinner, since we couldn't cook at camp on a day of total fire ban. Enjoyed a meal at the Marlo pub last night too.
Today the three dads got away from the family hoard and were dropped off at the start of the trail, whilst the others went "shopping" at Marlo and Orbost.
A perfect chance for male bonding, intro to caching for two, bump up the numbers for one, walk the new trail, and finish with a debrief at the Marlo pub
Couldn't get the GPSr to settle properly here, and checked out all corners before spotting the unexpected container, though was sure as soon as I saw it. TFTC

On a flying visit to Victoria to steal Geocaching Australia Movable caches for the Bingo game, and picked up one or two gcs along the way.
Thanks, Paul the Hippy!
Thanks, Paul the Hippy!
Don't see the funny side of this container. A much larger one could have been placed here. And after having cached in many a city, I am glad I did not bring my 4yr old to this cache. Thumbs down from us.
This was a great hide Paul the Hippy, we loved it.Will give it a favourite point.TFTC
