This cache is constantly either getting muggled or washed out in heavy rain. Unfortunately I have to archive, sorry. Snippyhippy

On my way to Bundy for the event on Sunday, just had to find a few on the way.
Having found the other one in the park, searched high and low, a little difficult with all the bounce from the tree cover, but searched behind every tree and bush in the area indicated by the GPS.
And as the CO doesn't appear to be active anymore, possibility of further action needed after Debbie was through here.
Pity a great walk to the river

Camped behind the Bucca Hotel, and plotted out a round geotour for today. In total, we did 120 km, found 14 caches and dnf three.
This one we did not find. Searched extensively, and stopped looking when some insect stung me on the ear. Lovely walk, but I think this one is lost in the gorge.

Enjoyed the walk at dusk lovely lights on the river, thank you for the cache from a travelling kiwi.
Searched for a while and nearly gave up, but read the activity log and we found it with bindair's hint so thank you!

We enjoyed our walk down this trail to the river. GPSr was a bit dodgy under the dense tree cover, and the hint didn't really narrow the field of search too much, but we found it after a short search that took us a bit too far up into the scrub - it's actually less than 2 metres from the track, and fortunately the contents were dry so we were able to sign the log. Thanks Snippyhippy for bringing us to this pretty location. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
4:30:00 PM. Leavimg Agnes Waters this morning heading to Bundaberg with our caravan in tow we decided to take in some sights on the way and pick up a few caches as well. Found and signed log. After setting up camp for the night we went for the walk to the river. Nice area. Thanks Snippyhippy for placing this cache.
Up in Bundaberg for a few days visiting friends, and while they are at work I thought i may as well get some smileys
Grabbed this one and then headed back to the car.

Thanks for the trios of nice easy finds! Now off to Apple Creek Rodeo. (After watching the gorge for a bit)
Great hide, really enjoyed our wander & views of the river, thanks for placing these caches and bringing us in here.

We stayed one night here. The gorge was ok but not so special. The cache was pretty cool, although the coordinates jumped.

At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking year through the world. Most of the time I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.
After a three and a half week roadtrip from Margaret River to Brisbane it's time to find some work again.
Found this one after a night at the free camping spot.
Nice walk thanks for showing!
TFTC and greetings from Germany

Thanks for the cache!

Checked cache was ok and dropped off the BSA Geocoin. On the way back out met a couple who were on holiday....looked like cachers, piece of paper, pen and gps in hand.
Lovely day but the park is getting quite overgrown

Our 2nd day in Budaberg, spending a few days here caching & checking out the local tourist attractions.
We really enjoyed our walk along Sharon Gorge.
The track got a little narrow towards the end but all caches found. No TB's found.

We camped here for a couple of nights to familiarize ourselves with our new caravan. This area has to be in our top 5 of spots we've found as we've traveled this great land. Plus 3 caches to find as an added bonus. Thank you Snippyhippy for the cache.
Together with Silli1310, we went travelling for a year. Australia was one of our favourite destinations, so we spent almost four months there. After exploring Tasmania extensively, we are now heading north along the east coast in a bus until we are no longer allowed to go any further. New day, new luck. As we were staying overnight nearby, we started the day with a small but nice walk to Sharon Gorge. Of course we wanted to find the two green ones. As we were among the first walkers, we were able to search undisturbed for the cache and after a short search we signed the log book. Thank you for the cache in a beautiful surrounding.
On our [trip around the world](http://www.hoppundweg.piekar.de/) we came to Australia as well. We started in Tasmania, rented a campervan in Melbourne and went up the Eastcoast to Cairns. Then we drove all the way to the Red Centre. We finished in Darwin. We searched many caches and found almost every cache we searched for . Thanks to all the owners of these caches. Now, 2 years later, we recognized, we will never be able to log every cache seperately... So: Sorry for this standard logtext and thanks for one of the caches, which accompanied us on our journey.
On holidays with the cache maker, and finding a few caches along the way

Took a nice afternoon walk down the track with my relations who live in Bundy and had never heard of Sharon Gorge. Which tree? After some searching the tree was found. TFTC Snippyhippy.
Dropped off a trackable, a pathtag and checked the cache, all dry, looking great. Despite the dryness there are still a few mozzies around.
Bit of a steep incline to get the cache. Found easily enough once you climb up the incline and see the suspicious pile of foliage. Tftc
After finding 2 caches on this track we continued and followed the track al the way to the river. Nice lookout and loads of birds. Cache was easily found and in good condition. TFTC Snippyhippy.
Lol very beautiful area sat on the bench whilst writing this. Don't forget the bug spray. Ouch. Don't go into private property as I did following the track. I did look at the sticks n thought, no I'm on the right track. Lol no I wasn't. Great fund after slipping around getting down the embankment TFTC
Hard to actually get lost in here, but if you stand around and look and listen long enough, you can lose yourself in the peace and quiet
Birdlife aplenty is here if you do sit and wait for it to appear
There is no use sitting down and waiting for a cache to appear though.
So off I wandered and not too far as it turned out
Just follow the geotrail up the hill and after a few metres numbering no more than four, look around for the obvious pile of sticks
TFTC and gorgeous river views.
This cache should be findable until the next Burnett River flood

Took a short while to find this well hidden cache. Thank you Snippyhippy for placing your caches in this lovely nature park. We did enjoy our walk this morning, listening and trying to see the birds as we went along as well as admiring the beautiful scenery - much appreciated.
Nice walk to the end of the trail again was greeted by 4 friendly bush turkeys! The boy spotted this one nice hide TFTC! The boy will also enjoy the pathtag now he is doing them too!

Cache is up and running, please try to hide it after your find, it was well hidden before but not so well hidden now that the floods washed everything away.
I considered changing the position but my gps didn't like it under the trees.

The tape is gone now we walked to the end of the track today with no problems hope these 2 caches become available soon
People are finding Sharon Gorge Rest Area wondering if the tape has been removed or people are just going through it?
Unfortunately this cache was washed away in the flood water, once I have collected the gear to start it again I shall post a note.

This one led me to the end of the track and a nice peaceful rest overlooking the river tnln sl tftc
The rain had kept muggles away so I was alone and could search undisturbed. Still took me a while. TFTC!
Continued along the track following GPSr and came to the end of the track. Ony a set of stairs then a seat and then the river. Coordinates were a bit flakey in the shade so I walked up and down the stairs a couple of times. In the end I soon realised after allowing the machine to settle that I did not have to climb the stairs again. Looked behind a certain-tree and it was not there. I was pretty certain-that I was in the right spot so I climbed the bank a little and when I looked back I spied the container. Clever hide amongst the nature covering at-the base of the tree that is not too-far off the track. TNLNSL. TFTC Snippyhippy
GPS was going silly here & after looking everywhere that looked obvious, we came up empty handed. Will have to return another day.
Found ya, Gee the walk is a lot better than the last iime I came here, Very nice stroll.
Always enjoy this rainforest track, although we have not been this way since the floods. A lot of flood levels obvious by the debris left but still a beautiful tranquil spot.TFTC.SL Took lanyard, left plastic toy.Retrieved TB to move along.
Having parked the caravan safely away at Free Camp cache we headed off for a day of caching. Beautiful weather and a great selection of creative hides which us challenged on several occasions. A really great day capped off when we met up with Port Macquaries cachers Bill and Di Morgan who were also caching around the Bundaberg area..
Thanks to Snippyhippy.
Thanks to Snippyhippy.
Dried out the cache as much as I could, had got pretty soggy from all the recent rain.
Dropped off a travel bug- Kiki the kissing tree frog.

Found this one fairly quickly. After all the rain the cache was quite full of water however the log was dry inside it's plastic bag. Enjoyed the short walk here! Thanks for the cache Snippyhippy.
Last for the day. Great spot this late in the afternoon, and a good walk to get the blood pumping before heading home for some well earned rest.
