A reluctant DNF after a good look around in what I thought were all the reasonable spots and a pretty thorough reading of everyone else’s logs
Oh boy... so first of all many mosquitoes tonight! Geosibling and I went on a hunt taking turns on muggle watch. So many cars around on a Sunday night, and Easter Sunday at that! Just as we were about to give up the cache was spotted. Log was tightly wound, not having the tools to roll it back up tightly I only undid it enough to sign on the final box.. upside down by accident too TFTC!
Found it but interestingly the last log on this nano was 2017! Has there been a throwdown and what have others been finding, as this was little fella hanging on the sign by the entrance? TFTC
OCW marg+1 around Kellyville, Bella Vista, and King's Langley today.
We found trads and multis and had some dnf's but best of all we had a great day out and I would like to thank the various CO's for providing the caches.

Didn’t want to risk removing the paper and not being able to not get it back, have a pic for proof if needed - 3rd time lucky, very sneaky! Tftc
Being as I can't make the event out here tomorrow I decided that I should come out here today to make up for it and get my caches for the day out here.
Even though this cache is recommended for night caching I decided to give it a go today as it was on my route of travel. Once in the street I could see it was going to be really difficult as there was a footpath mending crew right near GZ, but things looked up when a parking spot became available about 50m away. So I left the geomobile and headed over.
I guess the way I was dressed I blended in with the workers as no one seemed to take any notice of me. I stood in a great spot where I could actually see the cache and a couple of the workers waved to me. I'm sure they weren't anyone I knew and I was very discreet grabbing the cache so they couldn't have known what I was doing - its nice to know road workers out here are friendly.
I walked off along the street to 'examine some other paths that might be in need of repair for them' and to sign the log.
Cache stealthily replaced and I left the scene.

A quick find this evening no one taking this road as a short cut. Took away to sign in the car a bit more light and didn't feel like standing near a closed factory in case the traffic lights chsnge
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Snoopy1976

I DNF'd this cache 2 years ago when it was missing. I figured tonight that it was finally time to turn it into a smiley, so back I came. Parked nearby, trundled over to GZ and made the find immediately as a truck noisily unloaded at the plastic factory next door. It actually took me longer to get the log back in the cache. TFTC Snoopy1976!!
Got an early shift this morning, thought I’d take the opportunity to get this night cache. No one around at 4am, made for an easy find. TFTC.
A quick night time find which filled a gap on our calendar. It was handy having a night-friendly cache nearby, as we weren't able to go out during the day. Great idea for a series. TFTC
quick find late at night on the way home, Thanks Snoopy1976 for placing & maintaining this cache

Checked on this one and removed the decoy which was just someone elses rubbish cache on
Heading to a family function in the area, had time to grab a few quick PnGs on the way. Spotted the often referred to “red herring” straight away and then the correct container referred to in the description nearby though had to time the logging duties between constant traffic. Popular business, even early on a rainy Sunday morning. Maybe it would have been more friendly to try at night.
The cover of night definitely makes this easier to find, although watch out for the decoy container.

Great hint. Easy find for Crocosaurus and I tonight. Thread on the cache is a bit worn, but log is intact.tftc
This one took me far to long. But got there in the end. On Wednesday when I found cache 1500 I made a promise to myself to try and 3000 by my 3rd of caching with is 5 September 2018. So I have to get about 25 pre week and with all my local one just about gone this will be no easy feet.
Thanks for this cache.
Thanks for this cache.
#3207 - Quick midday find and used the tree for shelter during a rainstorm ( a geo-cycle tour day). Many thanks to **Snoopy1976** for establishing and maintaining this cache.
Found.TFTC. Although it was mid afternoon, I used my phone to disguise looking around, then wait for gaps in traffic to grab and return.
#3231 (2 of 4 today)
After decoding the *Mission GC* code this morning, I decided on a few finds today - and so found more than I usually do on a Saturday and then more plunder tomorrow in the Shire will hopefully follow.
The Geowife has gone up the Central Coast, and two out of three Geosons are also out.
So leaving Geoson #1 & girlfriend at home, I went for four a bit west of home, and found all four.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well, despite the fun with cars at my last find, I went for a second night friendly cache in the daytime.
This was was more problematical as the passing card just didn't stop.
Luckily I spotted it almost straight away, so it was a matter of timing the grab.
Grab made, I took the cache well away to complete signing duties, then back for the again timed replace. How many people need car parts?

Night friendly and day friendly. Strangely easy to spot considering the 2.5 rating... Like completely unconcealed! Not sure if that's intentional or not. Either way, TFTC!
Found with Coybear2000. We arrived after dark, we'd hoped to get here in daylight but we were running late. Once C shined some light on the subject we had CIH. Signed log as TD & CB2000. TFTC
Out with Trodectus, looking for a find now the cache has been replaced. Quick park and grab. Log signed and replaced. TFTC
After a long day with family, I was after a quick and easy to keep the streak going. I didn't get back to C's until after dark and we decided we'd try this one. I didn't think to bring a torch but C had his. It turned out that neither of us had it on our GPSs, so we had to rely on C's phone. This didn't settle, but from the hint we thought we had the right spot. After about 10 mins we expanded the search area. No luck. So we decided to try for another cache. We'll keep an eye on this one.
Out with Trodectus for a quick park and grab after a full family day. Arrived at GZ and had to rely on iPhone as didn't have cache on GPS as I had thought. Have had this one on the radar for a while as a "rainy day" cache so thought had pretty good idea where cache was located. Got to GZ and phone wasn't settling but thought knew where to look. Unfortunately weren't able to locate cache so expended area of search. Still no luck after quite a bit of searching, so defeat for tonight, off to #2 on the list.
Searched the obvious near GZ and came up empty handed. Previous logs of 'so easy' and 'easy find' just make these more frustrating. Expanded my search area but no caches found. Will try another day. TFTC.
I discovered that I should look at all possibilities that the hint suggests and I didn't have to bend over.

29/07/15. 2:47 PM. Cache #2748. Streak day #402.
10th of 11 this afternoon, clearing out micros between Quakers Hill, Marayong and Kings Park.
After finding "Train Spotter - Emu", I headed over here - yes it is busier in the day, but hopefully I'd still be able to search. When I got to GZ, there was enough of a break in the cars going into and out of the busy driveway, so I could bend over and look around. Accurate coordinates meant cache was in hand quite quickly. While I signed the log, a few cars going in and out might have wondered what I was doing there, but I did my best at being nonchalant. Replaced the little sneaky and then drove over to NF#2 Oh Garling. TFTC.

As master Q went to bed a bit earlier, Rite and I had some time to do a few caches. This was the first of 3 for the night. Simple but very effective hide. Had us going for a while:)

Found with P&Q. It took longer than I thought. I was thrown off by the description of the cache. Log signed
Had son and Aussie who had to get a part for my car. Off they went while I searched for this cache. Quick and easy find. Tftc SL
I had to head out this way today so decided to search for a few caches in the area. This was the first of the ones I looked for today but unluckily the first of three DNFs for the day as well. Looked all around the sign and the gate but just couldn't come up with the goods today. Oh well, I did end up with 7 finds for the trip so all was not wasted. Thanks Snoopy1976.
#3012- this was a deadly easy cache, even with the traffic going in and out of the entrance on a week day morning. Thanks
Stopped by to replace log but too many muggles hanging about so will attempt again in the next couple of days
#269 – Garmin eTrex 30
This was the first of three finds for today. After lunch at ‘The Brewhouse’ for Geomum’s birthday, Geodad, Geomum and I attempted this cache knowing it was close by. Geomum and I had attempted it several months ago but we weren’t able to search for very long because we were parked in a less than ideal position. Today we knew there would be no problems parking. The three of us set out with Geodad checking one side, Geomum the other and me trying to get a fix on the Garmin. I eventually established which side the cache had to be on and Geodad joined us to search. We looked in many possible places and as the Garmin decided to have a mind of its own and not settle, I turned my back to the entrance sign and soon after Geodad called out ‘Found it!’. I managed to find a very small blank space to put my initials and replaced the cache. TFTC.

Also parked in the nearby business, walked to the GZ.
Knew the area to look wasn't too hard.
Thank you for the cache

Parked in the carpark of the business and walked back to the roadside entrance for an easy find. SL TFTC Snoopy1976!
Yep. It's there. Filled the last spot on the log roll. Needs a new log.
Even at night the company behind gz are active. Not much light out on the street though.
Thanks for the cache.

Second time to this spot, gps sending me to the middle of the road.
Read past logs and tried to read then name and hint in different ways. But still no luck. We will be back!

Night Friendly #1 - pick 'a' cache was transferred from NightSnoops to user Snoopy1976
MrG was in the area checking out machinery so what to do with this cache so conveniently close but being broad daylight … act super stealthy and look for it of course! Now looking at the words 'unusual sized nano', was wondering if the other object nearby may have been part of it, just didn't connect at the time they should be together. TFTC NightSnoops
Our first find on a night of caching that took us to North Sydney. Found with gpskyp and the help of misscriclkewood TFTC
