The container was found after a short search, once at GZ.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

As per hint GR8 mob, On this kings birthday long weekend tour along the Mid North Coast Wander series, group find includes Team Canary, Brewmaker, EverestHigh, Calypso62, and ziggau.
A challenging series of 200 caches made fun with this group.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going.
Found with our GR8 mates on our King's Long Weekend adventure to the Mid-North Coast.
After thinking we were finished for the day, it was off for "just one more". Actually, it was just nine more! TFTC

A GR8 adventure with seven other GR8 geo-mates, during our King’s Birthday Long Weekend Geocaching Retreat, as we drive the Mid North Coast Wander. Such beautiful country up here. What an effort to keep this series going for us to enjoy. Thank you to all involved.

With a trip planned for the Coorabakh National Park on Saturday for some geocaching, I took the chance to head up that way a day early, finding a few caches on the way.
A nice quick early morning find.

Crack up was a bit high for me but a stick helped retrieve it. A taller companion helped return it. Thanks
Went on a maintenance run with Bill from DiMorgan on a peaceful sunny spring Sunday.
Cache was spotted straight away as it is in plain sight and the co-ords are pretty good - < 5 metres.

Changing accommodation today so we decided to grab some caches and see the bird tree and show the rest of the family the view from No.7 Middle Brother before we could check in. Then it was off to find lunch and a park. TFTC
I try and get more of this series done each time I visit Port Macquarie. Thanks for the amazing effort that goes into creating and maintaining this trail.
Thanks for a fantastic series showing a beautiful part of the country. TFTC

On this long weekend we started the Mid North Coast Wander series. We did only 47 caches in Middle brother NP and Coopernook state forest because of some car issues but we will be back to finish the series. We really enjoyed the track with some nice lookouts.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob to bring us on this track and all the interesting place.

Found tyftc. Having a week caching our way from newcastle to brisbane. Find #1/1539
Yes, you can say that again, the rocks are definitely slippery when wet. I don't think it had been raining, but these forests are like rainforests, and everything gets a bit damp, especially with dew in winter.
I stopped in a convenient place and headed on over to GZ. A sharp eye helped locate the container in its hiding place. Now just to make the extraction. I guess it was the damp leaves and a bit of mud underfoot, but before I could say "cache in hand" I was on my arlie and the GPSr had tumbled from my hand. Fortunately, apart from a bruised ego, no other damage done, and I got up to make the grab.
If I remember correctly, I left one of my signature small wire dogs in the container after signing the log, and then stowed everything were I had found it. Good luck to the next cacher: I hope you don't also land on your backside!

Found with Key_Tat and Viper_101... I would like to know who placed this one... bit more than 'head high'. TFTC.
Today I started this series completing just this first section of caches over Middle Brother Mtn.
The day was fantastic with great locations and some magnificent views seen along the way.
Im really looking forward to returning to this series soon

Having fun on this trail. A great day out with kids. Found with Jacqui99
We started this series back to front from our earlier base in Wauchope, and now that we have moved on to stay in the Kendall Showgrounds we decided that it was time to start at the beginning. A scenic drive is a great way to explore bits of the countryside we wouldn't otherwise have visited, and it's great to pick up caches as we go.
The steady haul uphill continues but again a nice place to pull off the road is provided. Outstanding organisation!

Out for a family caching day to boost our numbers. Started with brunch at bent on food then off we go. Lots of cars heading up to the lookout now.
#3930 (6 of 25 today)
First full day of my short trip to Port Macquarie. This is my opportunity to grab a stash of caches all day while the Geowife does her crafty things.
Found 25 including the first eight of the Mid North Coast Wander (was only willing to push the non-4WD mugglemobile so far) and a selection of other caches in around Port.
Actually beat her back to the motel by 10 minutes - and she had the key! Then out for dinner at Flynn's Beach.
A good day.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well this placement was unexpected. You can't miss it once you spot it!
Completed signing duties and replaced.
Road still OK - I'm impressed.

Found it on a drizzly Wednesday while in the area and hoping to finish this series. From caches 1 to 12 I didn't see another car. And sometime past that I picked up a leech (unknowingly), still bleeding after 4 hours. Thanks to all the people who set this series up and maintain it so well. This took a bit longer as my head height is a bit shorter, got there in the end. TFTC
We are so close to 1000 caches so we wanted to grab quite a few today.
TFTC!!!!

Tftc. Our sixth find on a most enjoyable Sunday caching. Left some shells, tnsl and off again.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

On the homeward leg now, after spending the weekend Mid North Coast wandering and camping at Diamond Head. Yesterday we ran out of time to get MNCW 001-009 done, so planned a diversion from the highway on the way home. Little did we know at that time that a much bigger diversion was in store....
Thanks for keeping this trail great.
The topography here had us guessing a bit, with the GPS indicating the wrong side of the road, we persevered with the hint and eventually had the goods. Nice, sheltered and dry.....

We found 22 caches in the Mid North Coast on our way home from Diamond Head today. TFTC!!
Onwards and upwards yet again, day still quite pleasant. I was a bit vertically challenged for this one so the extra height of Alison T made for an easy retrieval and replacement. Having an absolute ball
Rain is still continuing to fall, the longer and deeper we go into the hills, the sloppier the road gets, the worst section for us today was between caches 50-60, very wet and sloppy, an easy find.
Very nice area but sometimes i had some problems with my camper but i enjoyed the trip.
3 1/2 years after doing the coastal portion I though it was time I finished the mountain section of this Mid North Coast Wander.
Some neat hides, great views and areas to explore.
Some pretty rough tracks in places and even the odd mud hole to contend with.

Found this one quite a while ago. Second attempt But didn't log as we were going to come back to finish the wander series. We will come back and finish one day soon
TFTC, I will use a generic log for this series and go into more detail at the final mystery cache. Attempting this long and looks like amazing series in stages and in no particular order. Should be fun.
Travelling back to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney I decided to grab a few of this series to break up the long drive.
Continuing along the road I was soon at the next in the series and once at GZ it was a quick find.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Day 1 of a 2 day trip away with Seemyshell to Harrington area to do the MNCW.
What a brilliant trail..... it's like 3 trails in one with all of the different sections; mountain, ocean, bush. Love it! Thanks for all of the effort involved in setting this out and maintaining the trail so well.

having a family day out and what better way than to go treasure hunting with the grand kids and their mum and dad. Today we all thought we would start the MNCW . Thank you so very much for placing and maintaining this cache, sl. we had a little giggle wondering just how tall the hider was to make this one head high.
