Nice hide. No problem finding this one, which made up for the last two DNFs before this. I completed signing duties and put everything back as found so that we could head on over to the next green marker on the map.
Up this way for a spot of work. Got the chance to go for a drive in these parts after an early finish..

Apparently I drove past this one before.
Log was too wet to sign, photo sent to the CO.

On this long weekend we started the Mid North Coast Wander series. We did only 47 caches in Middle brother NP and Coopernook state forest because of some car issues but we will be back to finish the series. We really enjoyed the track with some nice lookouts.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob to bring us on this track and all the interesting place.

Checked on cache and all is ok - just placed some additional camo over it to not make it so obvious to passers by.
We have been told about this Mid North Coast Wander and so having arrived in Harrington last night we set off on the trail today. It was a beautiful sunny day and we very much enjoyed the drive and the scenery. We got to see a few Wallabys and a good number of bird species. It was also exceedingly windy - in fact the sound of the wind through the tall trees especially at the high points was so loud we had to shout at each other to be heard! Many thanks to the CO for having provided us with the opportunity to enjoy another great day out geocaching. This one was quickly located once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. water loged.
Really enjoying these forest roads.
Logbook is soaked. It will need some serious drying.
We were here two years ago and did #1 of this series. Back to do some more.
Thanks for the hide Mid North Coast Mob. All good with the cache.

After an amazing weekend camping with newly found friends, it was time to head home. I cached my way out from camp and up the road a bit till I felt cached-out. Most of the caches found today were MNCW with a few in between.

Found with Key_Tat and Viper_101... geo kids found this one. Log is a little damp and the cache container is a bit wet too. TFTC.
We begin our assualt on this series, nice quick find and we signed as BADJ. TFTC - sorry for the generic logs.
Found the container o.k. All seemed fine except the log was a bit damp so we added a zip lock bag to the cache.
What a wonderful series this is that takes you from cache to cache through beautiful coastal and mountain scenery. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time finding these geocaches and finding many wonderful scenes, wildlife, birds, and peaceful country roads. We've cached today as Team BADJ for Bobbiesgirl, Aussie Liahona, DiamonJs and JooJoo57, to mostly save log space for the many geocachers who will come to the area.
Many thanks to the Mid North Coast Mob. Sorry for the generic logs for the most part, but it's a lot of caches to log even though we weren't able to finish the series due to log trucks advising us to go no further. Hopefully we'll be able to find more of the caches and finish the series at another time.
Cheers and happy caching!

Down in the area to have a try at the MNC Wander Series. Signed the log as Team BADJ. Thank you for putting out this trail - it certainly showed us many aspects of the mid North Coast area. Apologies for the generic logs.
Another day of geo caching in the area. Geo kids don’t want to go home they are lovin’ the easy finds. And awesome clues log also wet.
We are on holyday from the Netherlands and traveling from Brisbane to Sydney. 5 years ago we found several caches along this track. Today starting from no. 111. This cache has been found easily at 11:34.

Today Ms Atalanta and I moved from the Harrington set of caches across the highway to Coopernook and beyond. This was one of several of the Mid Coast Wander that we found today (and the last). TFTC
Another quick find. There are so many great stumps for hiding geocaches in around here. The weather has cleared, and although it is still grey is nice there is no rain.
Thanks

TFTC smile 3305 # out and about with sister and geo dogs off to Harrington for the day did 22 with 2 DNF
Yesterday we spent around 9 hours exploring the hills searching out the first 100+ hides on this great series. We had some adventures (including navigating a roadblock for the forestry blokes), had to backtrack a number of times and managed to locate all but 3 of the caches we looked for. It was a great drive and took us through a diverse range of country. Today we have set out in the expectation of enjoying ourselves just as much, and adding lots more yellow smiley faces to our tally.
The burn is still all around us but this cache has survived. Some benefit in being all out on your own.
A quick find, log signed and then back on our way.

On a trip around East Gippsland that will eventually take us passed Sydney and onto Harrington. Stopping off at Eden and Picton plus a few other places and I will be occasionally picking up a geocache along the way. Today was Coopernoock’s lucky day and I thank the Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache in this wonderful location.
Visiting the mid north coast this week and took the opportunity to start this series. Well set out with good coordinates and great hints. Perfect for a trail like this.
Nice easy find. Thanks
Nice easy find. Thanks
Heading south to Sydney for xmas and as I wasn't in a hurry decided to do some caching along the way.
I'd done a few of this trail as I headed north earlier in the year and decided that it would be a good way to break up the trip south. This one was the next as I meandered down to Coopernook and with only 1 DNF and a bit of fun along the way it was great to get off the highway again.
After parking nearby it was a short stroll to GZ where the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

After camping out and attending the Coopernook caching event, we went out for a drive to find a few of the local caches. Apologies for the late and generic log. TFTC
A wonderful weekend away in the Coopernook forest and surrounds with a crew of cachers from all over the place. Thanks so much to the locals for organising the event and giving us an excuse to come for a visit and to catch up with everyone. The kids loved it! Their dad managed to complete his first loop of the D:T grid as part of the trip, so a pretty exciting outcome in amongst the 70 or so caches we found for the weekend.
This was our 57th cache for the day. Found after heading into Harrington to reward the kids with an icecream after the nearby event. They did very well to allow their Dad a chance to grab 50 in the morning! Another quick find. Kids starting to flag again, so time head back to camp soon... TNLN TFTC
