Streak Day #4012 - Out on a geocaching jaunt with Dave8153 and ws_cachers. Most were a quick find. TFTC
We'd initially tried approaching this one after having done the other cache near the lighthouse. And as we got towards, it realised that we were at the wrong elevation. As often not being one to read descriptions, didn't help me here!So came round on our way out. Interesting to see the old quary as my home in the UK had lots of quaries we played in as kids!A fav point for these caches bringing us to such a lovely area Appreciate alll the effort put into maintaining all these caches
TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it
We are staying on the coast to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria.
Out with friends, grabbing a few around this lovely area, while we are staying nearby and enjoying a walk. Hubby was very interested in this quarry, after reading the history of the Manning River and the building of the breakwall.
The container was found after a short search, once at GZ.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

A GR8 adventure with seven other GR8 geo-mates, during our King’s Birthday Long Weekend Geocaching Retreat, as we drive the Mid North Coast Wander. Such beautiful country up here. What an effort to keep this series going for us to enjoy. Thank you to all involved.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going.
Found with our GR8 mates on our King's Long Weekend adventure to the Mid-North Coast. TFTC

Removed "Found" log dated 30 April as the Co's name is not in the log book.
Found with nissan65 on a day trip caching. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching.
We decided to try cycling directly from the lighthouse, which was working fine to start with, but as we closed in on GZ, we soon discovered we were about 30 m too high. Retracing our steps we continued down the nicely mown path to join with the beach road and quickly discovered the cache once we were at the correct level. Lovely spot looking out to sea. TFTC.
Also attempted from the wrong side of the cliff first try. Found with Lauries4. TFTC
Found while out with Trainsport. Log and cache wet. Placed new paper in plastic bag.
Pleasant day today with beautiful beach. (And occasional mozzie)

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
Great spot! Shame idiots need to vandalise areas like this with graffiti. Another soaking logbook replaced. Take care coming in here in a 2WD... lots of big potholes!!
Received a report that there had been some vandalism in the area with muggles camping near GZ. Well - it certainly looks like morons had vandalised the quarry wall with nonsensical graffiti, however the cache was safe and sound just a few centimeters from the brainless muggles work.
We started the “Mid North Coast Wander” series few months ago (47 caches found). This long weekend was the perfect timing to finish it.
This series was a bit challenging because of the 200 caches but it gave us a lot of fun and we really enjoyed it. Thanks to the owner for this amazing job. You bring us through Coorabakh NP and Lansdowne State Forest and all these lookout and interesting points. Then we crossed the road to drive along the coast and enjoyed all the view points!
We found 147 caches and 6 DNF mostly because of muggler on this busy long wkd. All the coordinates were very accurate and with the hint it was easy to find all of them.
At GZ quick found. We signed the log book and then replaced as found.

Having found a good number of this series of caches yesterday we set off in search of a few more late this afternoon/early evening. We arrived at Ground Zero just before sunset and so it was a beautiful time of day to search for this cache which was then quickly found. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and for having bought us to this great location. Greetings from Zimbabwe
We initially went from the top and had to drive around to the bottom, quick find from there TFTC!

Caching today with No_Tomorrow, Tatt2squared & Viper_101.... Attacking some of the MNCW today, Thank you for placing the caches... TFTC
Today I was invited to join Tatt2squared, Key_tat and Viper_101 with a spot of geocaching. What started out as a plan to find 16 geocaches, ended up a 37 for myself, which included my 1000th find.
I knew I was going to hit my 1000th find today and was worried it was going to be a sistema under a tree in the side of a dusty road that looked like the 10 before it. Thankfully the Tatts were really thoughtful and generous about this, letting me find one with a few favourite points, passing a few caches on the way there.
I'm glad I did as I loved this location. Fave point for fave find today.
Hello 1000...finally!
