Driving from the gold coast to Adelaide and stopping for the occasional cache...Glad of the hint here. Found on sunset as a storm approached
Decided to give this one a miss as probably not wearing the right attire for hunting, where this one was likely to be! Think we could see where it should be. But too many thorny bushes to attempt today in shorts.
TFTC and a nice find. Almost didnt come geocaching today as it was raining in at Harrington but only sprinkling. Just had a nice seafood meal at Stones Oysters.
What a mission to find as previously mentioned the area has changed quite significantly TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it
We are staying on the coast to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria.
Out with friends, grabbing a few around this lovely area, while we are staying nearby. This was a bit of a challenge. The bush has obviously changed alot since it was first placed and there where many geo tracks. It didn't help that we had missed the hide on the first look. We got there in the end but may have been the reason I found a few ticks, when getting home tonight.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

A GR8 adventure with seven other GR8 geo-mates, during our King’s Birthday Long Weekend Geocaching Retreat, as we drive the Mid North Coast Wander. Such beautiful country up here. What an effort to keep this series going for us to enjoy. Thank you to all involved.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going.

Removed "Found" log dated 30 April as the Co's name is not in the log book.
Found with nissan65 on a day trip caching. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching.
This took quite a while to locate. We started our search on the wrong side of the track. Eventually we discovered our mistake and Mr Herbz soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
Got a broken arm in a cast at the moment so found this one quickly while the rest of the family went into the water. TFTC
238. Saw where it would be hiding, and happy that it was just where I thought. Filled the cache with swappables, thanks
My husband and i are staying at Tuncurry for a week from Brisbane and i convinced him that this would be a lovely day going along the Mid North Coast Wander. We did have a terrific day and i focused on finding as many caches with off road attribute to qualify for GC9YTCA back in Brisbane which i only have 18 of the 100 needed in November. This holiday and especially this trail mean i am getting closer. Today we found 28 off road plus 10 others and in our Mazda 9 had no trouble with the roads. Lots of pot holes and a few big puddles ( one we got out of the car to see if it might be too deep , but no) . We left Tuncurry at 11 and got back at 5.30 and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for taking us to to places we would never have gone to without geocaching and all the trouble putting out the caches. They were all in great condition and the hints were great. Sorry about the copy and paste logs and will be giving out a few FP's along the way

Checked on the cache and couldn't locate it. Replaced it and cleared the thorny vine and other vegetation out of the way.
No luck for me.
Multiple fallen trees and the one I thought it was had mounds of white ant debris half a metre deep around the base.

Maintenance performed for MNC mob. Cache replaced. Now at base of tree, next to fallen tree. Haven’t attempted to collect new coordinates as my GPS seems to be so inaccurate today!!
A bit rainy and a few mosquitoes hanging around whilst try to finding this one. Cashing with Bissetninjas. Tftc
It took us a little bit to find it but it was fun I’m just gonna tell you it’s a little bit camouflage
We started the “Mid North Coast Wander” series few months ago (47 caches found). This long weekend was the perfect timing to finish it.
This series was a bit challenging because of the 200 caches but it gave us a lot of fun and we really enjoyed it. Thanks to the owner for this amazing job. You bring us through Coorabakh NP and Lansdowne State Forest and all these lookout and interesting points. Then we crossed the road to drive along the coast and enjoyed all the view points!
We found 147 caches and 6 DNF mostly because of muggler on this busy long wkd. All the coordinates were very accurate and with the hint it was easy to find all of them.
At GZ quick found. We signed the log book and then replaced as found.

Cache still there and co-ords are good, however the location is starting to crumble so it will be shifted a few metres.

I don't know how I have missed this with it being found so often recently. Went from tree to tree all around.
After a run of DNFs due to burnt out Ground Zeros this one was a nice quick find in an unburnt area. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
A quick hop today from Coopernook, staying here for three days and decided to go for a drive along the foreshore, bit windy and cool this afternoon. Grabbed a couple.

Caching today with No_Tomorrow, Key_Tat & Viper_101.... Attacking some of the MNCW today, well this was another area that has been battered by the recent winds... more trees down. The cache location has also succumbed to the wind. Nice drive, nice easy finds... especially with the kids in tow. TFTC

Today I was invited to join Tatt2squared, Key_tat and Viper_101 with a spot of geocaching. What started out as a plan to find 16 geocaches, ended up a 37 for myself, which included my 1000th find.
Due to bad weather I think this cache needs a new name:
