We are staying on the coast to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria.
Out grabbing a few around this lovely area, while we doing a bit of whale watching and exploring this great little camp area.
Made this harder than it should have been. The container was found after a short search, once at GZ.
Thanks Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going.
Removed "Found" log dated 30 April as the Co's name is not in the log book.
Not many campers around today even though it is a long weekend. The banksia is just coming into bloom and are starting to look beautiful. Mr Herbz bravely went into the long grass to retrieve this cache. TFTC
My husband and i are staying at Tuncurry for a week from Brisbane and i convinced him that this would be a lovely day going along the Mid North Coast Wander. We did have a terrific day and i focused on finding as many caches with off road attribute to qualify for GC9YTCA back in Brisbane which i only have 18 of the 100 needed in November. This holiday and especially this trail mean i am getting closer. Today we found 28 off road plus 10 others and in our Mazda 9 had no trouble with the roads. Lots of pot holes and a few big puddles ( one we got out of the car to see if it might be too deep , but no) . We left Tuncurry at 11 and got back at 5.30 and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for taking us to to places we would never have gone to without geocaching and all the trouble putting out the caches. They were all in great condition and the hints were great. Sorry about the copy and paste logs and will be giving out a few FP's along the way
A quick find without having to go through too much long grass. Just stopped to check out the Campground. TFTC
Acouple of campers here today but lucky was in the middle of the day so they were out exploring the area. Made my way to gz and made a quick find TFTC
Found with sosillyadventures. Definitely need to wear your long pants and sleeves for these caches!
Found with nissan65 on a few days away caching. Thankyou for your efforts towards making geo caching so enjoyable .
Last cache for the day. Pleased to be finished this section of the MNC wander! Amazing to see how the bush has regenerated since the fires. TFTC
It was a little bit tricky because there it was super wet and muddy but I said and that it was super fun.
Out cashing with Bissetninjas I had to go through the water and mud to get to this one but easy find.
We stayed just 50m from here a couple of months ago, but we didn't check for caches! We returned here today and found the cache pretty quickly. TFTC!
Did a cache run through Crowdy to pick up some of the caches we previously missed. Logging late as haven’t had time to do it. Unfortunately probably won’t get anymore now. TFTC.
Caching today with No_Tomorrow, Tatt2squared & Key_Tat.... Attacking some of the MNCW today, had a great time finding all these... TFTC

Today I was invited to join Tatt2squared, Key_tat and Viper_101 with a spot of geocaching. What started out as a plan to find 16 geocaches, ended up a 37 for myself, which included my 1000th find.

Such great areas laid out by the overseeing authorities here and there in this area. Thanks for showing them to us. Cache was found, log signed and return made. We found that this one was wet, but I'm sorry to say I can't remember if we did something about this one.
What a wonderful series this is that takes you from cache to cache through beautiful coastal and mountain scenery. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time finding these geocaches and finding many wonderful scenes, wildlife, birds, and peaceful country roads. We've cached today as Team BADJ for Bobbiesgirl, Aussie Liahona, DiamonJs and JooJoo57, to mostly save log space for the many geocachers who will come to the area.
Many thanks to the Mid North Coast Mob. Sorry for the generic logs for the most part.
Cheers and happy caching!

I am enjoying these coastal MNCW, they are taking us to some nice views some ok places but it is good. TFTC
Down in the area to have a try at the MNC Wander Series. Signed the log as Team BADJ. Thank you for putting out this trail - it certainly showed us many aspects of the mid North Coast area.
Spotted a geotrail on approach and followed it right to GZ, cache in hand not long after.

Yesterday we spent around 9 hours exploring the hills searching out the first 100+ hides on this great series. We had some adventures (including navigating a roadblock for the forestry blokes), had to backtrack a number of times and managed to locate all but 3 of the caches we looked for. It was a great drive and took us through a diverse range of country. Today we have set out in the expectation of enjoying ourselves just as much, and adding lots more yellow smiley faces to our tally.
What a great little camp ground. We reckon it must be bedlam in the Christmas school holidays though!
We think sites 1 or 2 would be better, not so exposed and closer to the beach!

Found it on a sunny Monday while in the area and hoping to finish this series. We were here at Easter 2013 and found quite a lot (don't know the exact number) back then - mainly in the hinterland areas. Thanks to all the people who set this series up and maintain it so well. Another quickie, hubby stayed here a few years ago but didn't have the app and couldn't find the right tree. TFTC
Arriving at GZ easily spotted the caching trail
Cache spotted easily as we headed thru the branches and shrubs

11:41:00 AM. I am going to post a generic log for the rest of the caches we did today. We loved the series and will be back to complete it one day. The caches took us to some great spots and a couple of places we will return to for a camp. Thanks for all the work. A lot of caches we just signed GT2 as a time saver. A lovely camp ground. It is just a shame the NP are charging so much to use them. Thanks Mid North Coast Mob for placing this cache.
