TftcHeaded back down to Diamond Head NP for a few more caches before the weekly forecast of bad weather comes along. A nice easy find as with most along this section. Favourite point added for both the hide and the views of this area. Cache #9

Streak Day #4013 - Out on a geocaching jaunt with Dave8153 and ws_cachers. Most were a quick find. TFTC
Found the blazed tree and the concrete triangle but no cache in the vicinity. Looks like it's been muggled.
We will be camping at Diamond head on 4 Nov so will check on it and replace if confirmed muggled. Odd though that it would get muggled up there!
Found the tree, found the concrete block, no cache in sight.... had a good search around the general area. Hope it turns up soon or gets replaced.
#2 of 2 today with northernlite. Visiting from Canada. Great finish to the loop hike
TFTC!

Not going to lie this one did have me looking around in circles for a second, but once I was in the right spot is was an easy find! Thanks
Quick find with helpful hint. The Mid North Coast Wander trail was the main reason for our Geocache Retreat to North Haven for the long weekend. Happy Birthday Charlie! Our Octet of Geofriends consisted of AuBeasty, Brewmaker, Calypso62, Martin Cousins, Team Canary, ZiggieAu and I. SL as GR8. The views were amazing, especially from the Lookouts, but also the giant trees in the forest, and the creeks and waterfalls. ?? TFTC Mid North Coast Mob
Found with our GR8 mates on our King's Long Weekend adventure to the Mid-North Coast. TFTC

A GR8 adventure with seven other GR8 geo-mates, during our King’s Birthday Long Weekend Geocaching Retreat, as we drive the Mid North Coast Wander. Such beautiful country up here. What an effort to keep this series going for us to enjoy. Thank you to all involved.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going. Another gorgeous spot.
Logged as GR8 for the Geocaching Retreat 8 cachers.

Staying at Indian Head for the weekend and couldn't resist grabbing a few of this series early. I guess that will just make it a bit quicker when we complete the full loop.
Nice quick find after a swim and board ride. A helpful hint and geotrail took us right to the spot.

Was ready to brave the trail in until something black and scaly caught my eye for a second as it move away. I don’t know if it had legs or not but it was enough to make me turn back. The cache guardian won on this occasion.
Went on a maintenance run with Bill from DiMorgan on a peaceful sunny spring Sunday.
There is a bit more vegetation growth since this cache was placed 9 years ago, but there is a relatively clear route to GZ. Cache still there and as per hint.

Well I dunno! Only kangaroos go into that thick undergrowth where my gps took me. And theres certainly no concrete there!
No luck here. Undrgrowth too much for me.

Weekend camping and a dam heap of caches within range.
Thanks for the trail, my first time with so many in a couple of days.
Moved on a traveler a few KM down the road. Forgot to grab the logging code so can't log the move. Have notified TB owner of it's location

We started the “Mid North Coast Wander” series few months ago (47 caches found). This long weekend was the perfect timing to finish it.
This series was a bit challenging because of the 200 caches but it gave us a lot of fun and we really enjoyed it. Thanks to the owner for this amazing job. You bring us through Coorabakh NP and Lansdowne State Forest and all these lookout and interesting points. Then we crossed the road to drive along the coast and enjoyed all the view points!
We found 147 caches and 6 DNF mostly because of muggler on this busy long wkd. All the coordinates were very accurate and with the hint it was easy to find all of them.
At GZ quick found. We signed the log book and then replaced as found.

Georhinobutt found after 10 mins and figured out we were searching in the wrong location. Once we got to GZ, we found easily.
On a northern holiday. To Diamond Head area for the day. Bashed my way through lots of cobwebs initially, then came at the cache from the right direction.
Log a little damp but OK.
Great spot for my first cache this holiday.

Found with SJG66 whilst taking the scenic way home after a few days in PMQ. Thanks to all the CO's who have placed and maintained caches in this area, it made our stay very enjoyable.
A nice quick and easy find after a group lunch here in a very hot 33 degree day.
We had just completed the Diamond Head/ Headlands and forest walks.
Enough of a walk today before a swim and then towards Port Macquarie.
