Followed the hint thought it must have been taken..but after a good search found it a few metres away. Looked like it had just been thrown back into area from the roadway...always check the surrounding litter Put it back where it belonged. Lots of scratch vines at ankle level friend needed some first aid.
TftcHeaded back down to Diamond Head NP for a few more caches before the weekly forecast of bad weather comes along. A nice easy find as with most along this section. This one was found but near the banksia tree I thought it was going to be under. Cache #10

2 geocaches, 1 on top of the other. Both are the same cache with the same name but different logs. Seems someone replaced the original, which has then found its way back.

A GR8 adventure with seven other GR8 geo-mates, during our King’s Birthday Long Weekend Geocaching Retreat, as we drive the Mid North Coast Wander. Such beautiful country up here. What an effort to keep this series going for us to enjoy. Thank you to all involved.

Great day out working with the team from Sydney (signed as GR8) working on this series. It’s been a long time coming to find these caches and I appreciate the effort of placers and CO for keeping these caches going.
Found with our GR8 mates on our King's Long Weekend adventure to the Mid-North Coast.
Not there, so replaced with permission under the SPOR. TFTC

Found with nissan65 on a day trip caching. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching.
My husband and i are staying at Tuncurry for a week from Brisbane and i convinced him that this would be a lovely day going along the Mid North Coast Wander. We did have a terrific day and i focused on finding as many caches with off road attribute to qualify for GC9YTCA back in Brisbane which i only have 18 of the 100 needed in November. This holiday and especially this trail mean i am getting closer. Today we found 28 off road plus 10 others and in our Mazda 9 had no trouble with the roads. Lots of pot holes and a few big puddles ( one we got out of the car to see if it might be too deep , but no) . We left Tuncurry at 11 and got back at 5.30 and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for taking us to to places we would never have gone to without geocaching and all the trouble putting out the caches. They were all in great condition and the hints were great. Sorry about the copy and paste logs and will be giving out a few FP's along the way
In the area for a CC Event at Diamond Head. Setup camp last night, and with plans of climbing South Brother quashed, we decided to grab some numbers. The plan was to collect everything between Diamond Head and Point Perpendicular. With some Earth Caches, 1 AL, and plenty of trads, it turned out to be a great day, with interesting sights to be seen, and with the ominous North Brother looking over us the whole way.
At this point i would like to thank all those involved in creating, placing and maintaining the MNCW trail. Its been around for quite a while. We did a long weekend up here in June 2013, our second year of geocaching.
This ones name is quite apt. Have not camped so close to the ocean before, and it is quite loud at night. I think we heard it everywhere we went over the weekend, from the slap on the beach, to the great pounding BOOM up on Perpendicular point.

TFTC. Stopped here on route home from a family holiday in Port Macquarie. Was a quick and easy find.
We started the “Mid North Coast Wander” series few months ago (47 caches found). This long weekend was the perfect timing to finish it.
This series was a bit challenging because of the 200 caches but it gave us a lot of fun and we really enjoyed it. Thanks to the owner for this amazing job. You bring us through Coorabakh NP and Lansdowne State Forest and all these lookout and interesting points. Then we crossed the road to drive along the coast and enjoyed all the view points!
We found 147 caches and 6 DNF mostly because of muggler on this busy long wkd. All the coordinates were very accurate and with the hint it was easy to find all of them.
At GZ quick found. We signed the log book and then replaced as found.

Another great day on our one-year tripp around Australia. We love to travel in this country and we love to look for geocaches. This geocache has again shown us a place that we might not have visited without geocache.
Thank you for the geocache !
Greetings from Switzerland.

Today I was invited to join Tatt2squared, Key_tat and Viper_101 with a spot of geocaching. What started out as a plan to find 16 geocaches, ended up a 37 for myself, which included my 1000th find.

Found with Gazkersh and littlemisslonglegs. TFTC! There are some rather prickly bushes near this one.
After finding some local caches in and around Laurieton we made our way home via the coast road to find more of the MNC Wander series. Signed log as Team BADJ to save space.
We do love the sounds of peaceful oceans, the gentle lapping of water onto the sand, or waves washing into shore. Lovely sounds to hear in the background. Stormy oceans, ah, not so much, lol.
We are so enjoying this Mid North Coast Wander. Thank you to all who took part, worked out the locations, gave them names, found the containers, wrote up the cache pages, submitted them for review and got them published. All in all it must have been a huge job but please know it is much appreciated and we are loving the places the Wander is taking us. Signed the logs Team BADJ to save room and that stands for Bobbiesgirl, Aussie Liahona, DiamonJs and JooJoo57.
Cheers and happy caching!

Down in the area to have a try at the MNC Wander Series. Signed the log as Team BADJ. Thank you for putting out this trail - it certainly showed us many aspects of the mid North Coast area. Apologies for the generic logs.
