This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

We have been staying at the free camp in Thora with our caravan and using it as a base to cache around Bellingen and Dorrigo to as far as Ebor. Fabulous countryside and we have loved the creative hides. Thankyou earthly65 for placement of this cache and sharing this special spot with us.
No mist here this morning
Just clear, blue skies contrasting with the dark green mountains
I took a moment to read the info about the walk,
and decided it would be a good one to do from end to end,
starting at the top,
not here
'Nuff musing ...

While camping at Mylestom with Geodog (Scruffy) ...
We just had to go out and find a few caches ..
Last time I wanted to find these caches at Gleniffer my Geo unit died, but not this time,
So this was the start of a really enjoyable morning.
All Good .. TFTC ..
interesting "tasting" film cannister ?? ... lol

Found by Pat & Cheryl at 1:10 pm. Thanks for bringing us to this great location and helping us to increase our tally. Really enjoyed this cache earthly65 and Robbieracer66 and this is #1311 so far for us.
Find No: 5387. Visiting from Newcastle, staying in Woolgoolga, another yukky day so thought we'd head for the hills, sure got hot though, thanks for the cache earthly65!!
What a great little spot. Arrived at GZ and thought of hint, so went for likely hiding hole. Saw something and soon had cache in hand. TNLN SL TFTC
finding this spot was easy, finding the FULL cache was much harder-with the hint and coords spot on only a family of green tree frog was found deep inside the hint. with COs permission and with a item found a found log is placed on this hide. Thanks earthy65 great spot tftc
If Co could contact me I'm in the area for a couple of day I can look in on this one and even replace if need be. Thanks.
i spent some time here and came up with a film canister lid no bottom, i spotted a family of green tree frogs where i wanted to pock my stick but nature has right of way its a great spot for a cache but if there going to live there this cache may need moving a couple of meters to the gate posts but coords prob don't need to be moved. thanks for the location.
Spent so long looking for this one today and was so disappointed when we couldn't find it. Wondering if it is still there, even in its near camo?
Thanks for bringing us to this spot though earthly65 as I have no doubt I would have never known about that walking trail.

Searched all the likely spots and came up with nothing, a quick check of the logs and it looks like this one is gone. Hope it gets fixed up
Didn't find this one today. searched high and low. Local farmer noticed me came over and told me if i was looking for the the little box that it was gone. he noticed it was gone a couple of weeks ago. I'll have another go next time in area.
Today we travelled towards Bellingen, picked up some caches on the highway, before completing the wonderful swimming hole caches.
These were all amazing water holes, being quiet warm many were being enjoyed by the locals.
Thanks for placing this cache earthly65

Took a drive out here after recent log info that the lid was missing....camo long gone (was originally a cow pat cache) and lid was missing....cache lid replaced, new log and pencil and some camo added to help keep it in place...same gz, different placement
Please take care with the fragile camo.
Please take care with the fragile camo.
Easy find... lid is now missing... new container needed... the cows must of eaten it
Found on a rainy afternoon. Signed the log, admired the rural vista then got into the dry car!
Too hot and too late for exploring the Syndicate Walk today so it was just a quick visit to find the cache. But one day . . . TFTC earthly65.
Found with 'Edwardstribe' (new to caching and soon to set up their account) while in Bello for a swimming carnival. TFTC
Found It - my first ever geocache find. Lovely country. I recommend attempting the climb up the Syndicate Track from this point. Its a very steep and arduous climb which will take you all day to go up and come back down but its worth it. Lots of National Park signs highlighting the historical aspects of this amazing site.
Found on a caching day out.
May have to try the walking track out some day, nice area.

woo hoo I found one! I was starting to think I was braindead today. What a beautiful place. I wish I had time to check out one of the walks, maybe next time.
I found this just hanging out on the ground, so placed it back where i thought it should go, got a shock for my trouble but only a small one. the camphor laurel near by is so big, I know they are a weed species but they are amazing when allowed to reach their full potential.

1345 GAFF1 Had been offered a ride out to here with pprass last year, but had a few other caches to find, so had headed off in a different direction then. Today we came home via this way, and with a dairy farming Pathfinder with us, not afraid to check out something that most of us wouldn't, we soon found the cache - beside a muggles car.

Have to admit to trying a couple of other locations while waiting for GPS to sort itself. Once gps was happy it took us to GZ for a quick find of the cache. Just loved the camo! It's perfect! Good one earthly65 and Robbieracer66. From the info board we see where the track leads. We don't think it is one we'll be trying any time soon. A bit difficult for two aging codgers. We really enjoyed the drive out here today. Thanks for bringing us! NINO. SL. Visited some trackables.
Found at 4:50 PM GAFF2. After the Bellingen event we headed off to do this cache which was just about the closest unfound cache to home and were concerned about the 2 DNF's so we came prepared with a replacement container. When we arrived at GZ the location where one of the attendees at the event said the cache was hidden was bare! So I was just about to go and get the replacement when I thought I would just check something just for the heck of it and sure enough there was the cache. Don't know if that is where it was supposed to be and I am not sure that many will go looking for it there, but I left it as I found it just as a curious oxen started coming over to see what I was doing.
Thanks earthly65
Thanks earthly65
Passing through to check on this cache..it was missing!...temporary replacement cache in place..bit unusual but had to use what was available for camo as original cache position isnt working out, GZ is unaltered.
could not find .spent two hours looking.co ordinated two g.p.s. both took us to the same spot.nothing
Might have to try out the hiking track someday. Didn't know this was here.
We also had a snack courtesy of the mandarin tree, hope the owner doesn't mind.

Great location. Wanted to come to look at the hiking track here. Didn't realise there was a cache. Met the farmer who owns all the land around here, had a good ol' chat. Good hide. Found with iLocate, The Pheebster and Geopuppy. TFTC
Had a great chat to one of the farmers whose property it was about the walking track. Another find to me. TFTC. 1 of 14 found today, very successful Cachepedition. Found in the company of Rusty Dutchman, The Pheebster and Geopuppy!
Found it, in company of Rusty dutchman and iLocate (who found it)and geopup (Bella). Fairly easy find, met a nice old farmer, telling us about the area. TFTC
Geowife & I took advantage of the good weather and headed out to find this cache. It turned out to be a quick find of a well hidden cache. We have walked the track a few times, and even camped along it, but not for several years.
The mandarin tree near GZ provided us with some afternoon tea. We are not the only ones judging by the fresh peel on the ground.
Look out for the chickens that live on Adams Lane, they have no road sense. Or maybe they are just obsessed with crossing the road.
