Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
The [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.
Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article [**here**](http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70).
If you wish to contact me please send an email via my profile - [**Bunjil**,](https://coord.info/PR9GZ0K) and quote the cache name and GC number.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I notice from one or more log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of some help - **there appears to be a need for owner intervention.**
Therefore, the cache is being temporarily disabling so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) I cannot see any log that indicates a recent visit by the CO to this cache.
If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by **28th September,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 28th September). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) the cache on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Looked high, looked low but his was an no show, for us today. Maybe next time.
Spoke to one of the locals while we were here. Turns out they're about to put signs up about cars not being allowed to go around the track any more. That'll turn a virtual drive by into quite a long walk
Good day for a nice hike to find this cache that was exposed. As we were signing the log, to our surprise a train went pass - not sure how many muggles were wondering what we were doing?? Made sure cache as well covered with natural and some non natural materials after signing the log and replacing it.
TFTC Hmmm3683 and for bringing us here to see this old racecourse.

After the Chiltern Event we headed off to Wodonga
to visit our son and his family,
On the way back to Echuca we stopped again to find
some caches. It was a bit tricky actually getting to GZ
but we found a way after three different routes.
Thanks again Hmmm3683

Travelling around Australia.
Another beautiful day today although the smoke from the nearby fires is getting pretty thick.
Grabbed the Geobikes for a run around town today. Interesting history shared wth us through the caches. Bet most travellers don't see what we Geocachers do.

#3381 - 13:50; On the way home after a caching run around the Beechworth area with fitzy_1965 and Sol de lune. We were up early and after grabbing a couple of caches on the way out of Beechworth, we were headed for Chiltern to see how many we could find before we headed up the highway later in the day. We had headed out of suburbia and were now knocking over some bush caches. Picked our way through the rubbish to GZ where Sdl reached in to grab the cache for the last find on the Victorian leg of our mission. Not sure what the fuss made by the previous triers was all about [?] TFTC Hmmm3683
9624 + 1078 = 10702. Found during a trip down to the Beechworth region with Sol de Lune and LuckyL10n.
Up early on the third day of our trip and this was the next find as we hit Chiltern for a few caches on the way home to Canberra. It was fun driving around this area. Couldn't get every cache - typical road trip - but we'll be back again ! This one we drove up to and made a quick find at GZ ! We signed, return the cache, and then we headed off to the next one.
Thanks again Hmmm3683 !!

Tftc. Could not retrieve as we are not small enough. Stick did not help either. Small person required
I can see it. But I am not an eight year old child. Far from it. Until I become a small child again, this one will have to wait.
Heading to the mega at Stanthorpe with Whitewebbs we explored Chiltern and surrounds using geocaching as a guide.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Found with Tassie Trekkers as we head to the Qld Mega. A lot of history in this lovely town. Long arms required. TFTC
That wasn't exactly the easiest grab I've done could see it getting was a whole other ball game. In the end a couple of sticks helped. TFTH
Found with indianagleeson and shellumbus on a soggy saturday night. tftc.
Probably shouldn't have done this one at night..... with Indianagleeson and redleader Fox 2
Finally found the access and nice walk along to GZ. Signed the log. Thanks Hmmm3683
easy find on a sunny winters day and we did not get rolled. the geopuppy chased a bunny around for awhile but came back to the car with us. tftc.
#698 12th of 30 finds as we headed to the Chiltern area for a days caching. Very quiet here today so we drove in and made our way down the straight to gz. The little bugger was quickly spotted but had to use all our reach to grab it - tftc Hmmm3683.
Did not get to it as we got bogged and had to get kind Leon armed with tractor to get us out. Not happy jan
# 7422 Found on the second leg of our S.K.I.D.R.O. adventure,

I found the 3rd way in, almost similar to If, but better.
No sign of any muggles around and a quick find.

I have tried to run the course here before !!
But too many horsey muggles were around.
And again today, too many horsey muggles around
So I drove off to see if there was a plan 'B'.
There was !!
I parked the geomobile on the other side of the railway line at the gate to the Barambogie Block bit of the Chiltern-Mount Pilot NP
Between there and GZ was a 'tunnel' under the railway tracks
So I had an enjoyable stroll through the hole and along the little used track between the railway and fencelines to reach GZ.
There was an electric fence to carefully step over.
I wasn't going to test to see if it was on or not
After all that fun there was one last bit of fun to be had ....
.... a squeeze through a small gap to reach the cache !!
Bring an 8 year old with you if you have one !!
Back at the geomobile, I couldn't leave without a quick stroll around the lake in the NP

Called past on the treddly and lifted the trackables to go in my new one way up in the mountains. Replaced it in the original location!
Travelling through Chiltern and the idea popped into our head that we should grab a cache while we were there to cross off another day from our calender. I remember going to this one some time ago but there was a party or something happening there and we couldn't go in there. Today was a different story as the place was deserted so there wasn't a better time than the present to grab this one. As we were walking to GZ the wind was very strong here and we thought the racecourse could be used as a run way for a plane! Once we arrived at the cache site we did our duty and put our autographs in the book and then checked out the horses on our way back. Thanks for the fun Hmmm3683
Dropped off geocoin, not a great spot to put it (back home basically) but hopefully someone will grab it and take it somewhere interesting!
We were in Chiltern and this cache was noticed on gps.
We went past this location once before but were thwarted
by the presence of muggles. No one around today so the
chase was on. Parked the car and wandered along to GZ.
Found the cache and did the formalities.
I have never been to the Chiltern races, maybe one day.

Driving through the site, was interesting to see how the races would have been run. Soon had the cache in hand but drove back on the grass to avoid throwing up too much dust to the horses in residence
Found by Mary & David at 1205. What history around here. We love learning about such places. Happily the races weren't on, and the beautiful people were absent today, although there were a few horses in the stables. The course was quite green and lush. Found the cache after a pleasant walk and a short search. Our thanks to Hmmm3683.
Nice find. We may tried to drive up the straight but quickly realised our error. Took USA travel bug and left magnet. TFTC
Never knew Chilton had a race course so it was an interesting damp walk. It seems a pity it's not used more. Anyway TFTC
We charged up the straight - luckily no horses were out - very boggy off the track - geokids had a lovely time sloshing in puddles left TB TFTC

This was a place that really stuck in my mind for a few days. In the past you can see how important the country races were for country communities to gather and interact. Just walking past these.old.neglected.structures reminded me.of how times and interests have changed. Maybe it's the lack of young people in the towns or that there are other things for them to do. What I did love was even though it is primitive but t he open style bars are really cool even on a very hot day. Great design. This cache is very well hidden in a very nostalgic structure. Good work. If geokid wasn't there... I ' m not.sure I would have beeen able to get this one. TFTC
No one around today, able to drive close to GZ and after a bit of a stretch the cache was in had. TFTC
We were up in the North East enjoying a holiday with family.
Since we came up last there seems to be so many more new geocaches.
We headed out to try and find a few and have some enjoyable days out.
Thanks to everyone who has hidden caches for us to find.

Found it after about 5 minutes. Great cache container and hidden away from muggles well. TFTC
What a gallop along the straight. Never been ON a racecourse before, especially such a deserted one. A quick look and the cache was soon in hand. TFTC
Another detour on a trip north on the highway. we didn't know if we should be driving on the track but then read to check for horses before going on the straight and that other people had driven right up to the GZ. Mrs. Lost Wanderer galloped off to go and get the cache, well galloped like an arthritic 3 legged donkey. Pity about all the rubbish that has been dumped in the area. Thanks for briinging us the the race track and the GZ.
Should have read the description on this one a bit earlier than I did - it would have made things a bit easier! A neat hide that I was able to access.
Found and logged at 12:50

Pulled in here and decided to walk the track on such a great day , got to GZ and a quick find was had. TFTC TNLN
As we came past here we considered trying to approach GZ from the road but noticed there was a fence or two and piles of stuff to contend with so decided to enter the race track as described on the cache page. We were then able to drive almost right up to GZ and retrieve the cache with my arm stretched about as far as it could be.

Decided to go for a 'quick walk' after geodad got home from work to grab this one....turns out you don't realise how far away something is until you walk it!! To make matters worse we were getting attacked by large bird like mosquitos!! Geodad and Geolad made the quick find. Geolad took a liking to the match box car so we took it, LN but will come back and drop something off a little later! TFTC Hmmm3683
Glad we had the geokids,l couldn't fit in there to get it. Never been here before. Giddy up.. Thanks
I really enjoyed the placement of this cache. Cool equipment to be searching all over. My height and long limbs definitely helped out here. TFTC.
#2925 We entered the race course initially but realised our error and turned. We then entered via another route which was absolutely saturated but we braved the wet route even though we were gumbootless today. With some very careful negotiation our socks remained dry today. GZ has quite a bit of water lying around but it was out of the water on the side we needed to be. Our thanks to MolMat and the sneaky 8yo who placed the cache - Dad must think the same way because he was the one who found it . [^]
What the hell I'm going to claim this as a find as I was there when the owners placed it..... and otherwise I'll never get to 500...... great hide and a nice location until someone decides to roll the finishing straight...... TFTC
It was certainly quiet on the track today. We missed the turn off we should have taken, so headed off cross country. A damp way to go, but we got there in the end.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
# 778. After lunch at the Bakery we thought we would do a few more close to town before RobMc's return to Melbourne. We decided to take the Skullracing and mvyrmnd approach to this one. For those that don't know, that is the hardest way possible! We pulled up on the road next to the railway line and could see where we wanted to go. So, let's do it. Across the first expanse of water, across the railway line, across the second expanse of water and through the fence, and there we were. Luckily the cache had been replaced in a very obvious spot so its retrieval was super-simple. At lunch we had been given a hint that long arms may be required so we replaced according to those directions. TNLN. Thanks MolMat.
Walking along the front of the old structures you could imagine what it was like in the 1850's. The walk was soft due to the recent rains. It was long before we were at GZ and discovered what the comment be careful you don't get rollled meant, a good place for a cache to live. Thanks for sharing the history of the racecourse with us.
Forgot to log this one our last for the day as we were preoccupied with a stray dog and we had to find an owner. We managed to sign the log and we didn't get wet feet.

Found on route to Albury/Wodonga this morning, it was the first for the day.At first we pulled up in a spot giving us just 86 meters to GZ but we would of had to cross the railway line and lots of water either side of the track. We drove on, entering "The Chiltern Race Track", once at GZ, the cache was found quickly and easily.

#1189 This cache has had quite a few visitors today [^] despite the very soggy conditions encountered to arrive at GZ. We had our waterproof walking boots on though, so no wet feet for us. . The straight was the only dry area, but we could see GZ once we headed along it. A quick find at 4.36pm. Took: motorbike charm Left: starting pistol, er.... we mean water pistol. TFTC MolMat a great hiding place.
A half day out caching in the area Corowa through to Chiltern. Only 15 for the day, but we got to do a bit of bush bashing in the Explorer. Had with me 3 of the kids (Jasmine, James and Jemma). They had a fun day and a bit of a late lunch in the bush at the end of it.
Well, I managed to get to this, in the end. Saw another cacher leaving, but from the logs, I still cant work out who it was.... Hi whoever you were... I hat the three kids with me. TFTC.

Our last find after a good nights cache with DazRascal.
After all the recent rain it has surely made it damp underfoot.
After a quick walk to GZ we made a quick find before retreating back to the warm car and headed for home.

Immediate area around Gz was quite swampy with the recent rains. Big Ez with the longer arms made the reach for the cache, as I'm sure my little T Rex stumps would never have reached it

FTF - We were out enjoying a glorious day as a family and so we thought that we might grab a couple of caches. We noticed on our journey that this newly-posted caches was still unlogged and so we thought we'd give it a try. On our stroll to GZ I was dreaming of the sound of thundering hooves coming up the straight. Got to GZ and I had to defer to the young bloke to retrieve the beaut container as I have a niggling back. So the 8yo got the FTF which seemed poignant as the CO's would probably agree. SL at 1pm and we took MollyMoo TB but left nothing as we were a bit unprepared. Excellent first cache MolMat, a favourite point from us. TFTC.
Pipped at the post for an FTF. Watched a horse training as we strolled to GZ. Great little cache thanks MolMat. Found with Nicky.B. Thank goodness he's flexible.
I was there when 2 8 year olds placed this one! And Molly Moocow is now resting there...... Well done to Molmat for a nice hide, their first!....
