Ontario Grandma said she wont have access to a PC for a while, I gave the NJ geocoin to her, and the other belongs to her. I figure that's what's up.
Ripper. Looks as if I came last.
I thought that I did well to even be on the board.

opps got there late and race had been run and won good to have a chat with those who were there
RESULTS!
Tricky, given that 7 people scored 25/25. So I have sorted the results by Score, then by "time submitted". That makes *cache_or_check* number 1!
Interestingly the FASTEST 25/25 was Driftkid in 2 minutes and 22 seconds - very suspicious .
Full results by person attached (see pic).
You may have noticed from the earlier log that:
* Question with the lowest correct responses: Stephens Ball (62.5% correct)
* Question with the highest (95.8%) went to 3 caches: Paxtons Walk, Acting up! and 2011 SA geocaching awards.

I kind of attended. As in I dropped by to say hi after the game had been completed, and half the attendees had left. Oh well, nice to catch up with the handful of people that were left .
Thanks Chillibutts!

I really enjoyed the game. It took me long enough to figure out the answers having only been to 3 or 4 of the caches used!! Technically Flipper & Co and I worked as a team, I was just on my way to the bar to finally order tea and showed CB my phone. What a great crowd you drew, and kudos on the spot, the burger Skippy and I split was very tasty! Please do this again sometime, in my opinion it promotes photographs of the caching experience!! Good Job!

See you tonight - upgraded to a bigger space. The function room of the Kings Head - at the back - pretty easy to find (BFE style)

WTF. Best I could do was 24/25. WooT. Half of the caches are mine and I have definitely found them all. Thanks for a fun night out.
A well constructed game - not sure why I only managed 21 correct answers Dinner was not bad, considering I am still recovering from food poisoning from last night. This time I avoided the fish.
What a great game idea! I recognised about half the caches, and with some lucky guesses, our score was 'up there'.
Thanks for putting this on Chilli

Wow, I had a ball. What a great idea, lots of sharing and laughter. Fantastic seeing some geocachers I have not seen for awhile and meet some new ones.
Thankyou chillibutts for another creative and well planned event

The kids were loaded up with their media and electronic gadgets, ready to do some serious surfing. Callum even found an unprotected Wifi source but proceeded to play Minecraft. Skye found Super Mario was her thing for the night, so it was up to Dad to Wit and Wat.
Surprisingly and by sheer luck and with a lttle help, we managed to jag 25/25. Must have been the influence of OntarioGrandma (nice meeting you) sitting next to me, who volunteered to be our lucky charm....
Thanks Chillibutts for a great night and (yet again) the unique concept.

Darren, thanks for planning this event, especially as it worked into my itinerary. To all in attendance, it was wonderful to meet you and to know that geocachers are an obsessive lot world wide. If you ever decide to come to Ontario, Canada, contact me and we can plan an event or at least spend some time caching together. Mr. Flipper I look forward to tracking the TB's you are taking with you to NZ.
Cheers, Elizabeth

Another meal and another location. I liked the fact we were in a separate area which was conducive for meeting old and new friends. I think that I scored 4 which I thought was not bad!
Thanks for a great evening.
Thanks for a great evening.
Great idea for an event, I like the idea for Wit Wat 2 better though, haha.
Great company as usual, Featherwaite helped but we only got 19
Nice to meet the Canadian Ay?

Thanks for such a great night Darren.
It was great to meet up with and chat to some people who I had only previously met in logbooks or on facebook.
Luckily I was on my way home from work and had my laptop with me so Parraking and I worked hard at the game and with help from Honeysuckle and Uncle Hagrid and some others we were able to scrore 25/25!
Thanks for the advice on GPS units and puzzles and for making us feel so welcome.
We love the geocaching community.
Parraboys, Parraking and The Mellisons.

What a day!
Up at 6am and out the door chasing a FTF, which I got
I also placed a new cache and sent it off to the Ump, too.
Then to work and I spent the afternoon at the W&CH and finally got dropped by a colleague at the door of Wit Wat at almost 6pm but with no wallet, no geocaching gear, a flat mobile phone and no car
Huge thanks to Chillibutts for generously lending me his phone so I could Wit Wat!
Huge thanks to Mogni for lending me money to buy tea with!
Huge thanks to the Burtons for giving me a lift back to work so I could get my car!
What a fun event Darren and HUGE thanks for putting it on for us to enjoy!!
Good to see some known faces and meet some unknown ones too.
Welcome to Oz OntarioGrandma

Oh Wat a night Wit plenty of fun. Thanx Darren for organising such a great night. It kept geokid entertained. He loved the game and which reasearch got 25/25. He actually choose to come to the event over going to The Show.
I loved the social part It was so great putting faces to names. And catching up with some old caching friends. We had some great company around us and everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home.
Can't wait for the next one which will be Freddo's Glue Pot event.
Thanx again and as it turns out we ended up doing two chillibutts caches on the way home.

What a fun idea for an caching event. Helped out MtnLioness (or maybe she would have got 25/25 without me???). Cooked up an idea for Wit Wat 2, or was that Wit Wat Who??? Thanks Chillibutts!
Yep. I was there. I had a fun too and so glad that everyone enjoyed the game. Not even any tech issues (thanks to Callum) - tho I did lose my phone for half the night - felt naked without it. Like everyone, mey some more cachers - and they were wonderful people (as always).
Thanks all for coming along - even the late arriving Winterdragon - glad to see you before the adventure - it inspired me to take in a Killer cache on the way home as a bon voyage tribute.

We had a good night, although GeoMark was a little lonely as GeoMary got pre-occupied with trying to get a perfect score with the challenge. GeoMark is not embarrassed to say that he only knew 2. Great to make one of those rare events where the both of us could attend together. Great concept Chillibutts and well executed. At least one TB was exchanged.
Nice idea for a game. And a nice pub too, I was able to wander off home after the meal and drink, didn't need to drive. Thanks chillibutts
A great idea for a dinner was not sure how I was going to get Driftkid to be in 2 places at once though. playing table tennis and doing a wit wat hmmm.
Attended with Mrs Flipper my driver. Also Mr Shonky your google assistance was a help.
Thanks Chillibutt.

Hooray for babysitters for us. Mrs Mellison has already replied for her and myself but geokid Parraking desperately wants to come too so hopefully that is ok. So that's 1 Mellisons, 1 Parraboys and 1 geokid Parraking. Cheers
Sorry for the late notice We are unable to attend tonight and J is unwell.

Mrs Mellison and parra boy (man) will attend hope its not to late to reply. We finally got baby sitters.
Hi all,
I will be there from 6pm and the game (Wit Wat) will start some time after that - no need to rush in as Wit Wat sort of runs itself and doesn't really have a "hard" start or finish.
Don't forget your smart phone/tablet/3G device.

Chillibutts, you do realise that geocaching, or conducting any related activities with a mobile device IS completely frowned upon in today's hi- tech GPS society. Right?

If you have a smart phone/phone with internet access, make sure you bring it along to Wit Wat! It'll make the game easier. Those that don't, that's OK too, I will have a solution for you.
It's all about timing in life, we miss this one by a few days, we are over from the West for a week but fly back on the 8th. Would have great to catch up with some SA cachers. Hope you have a great time, maybe next time..
Will add this to the Diary - hopefully 2 from the Flipper clan to be there.
cheers

Seems babysitting duties will have finished by this date so, I will be there if for no other reason than to see what a Wit Wat actually is
Have put this in my diary, and so far so clear..... will sure I will have company, but will clarify numbers prior to event.
Cool, an international visitor! Perhaps they can explain to me what "wit wat" is!
I am travelling from Ontario, Canada and will be in Adelaide on this date. Can't think of anything I'd rather do than attend your event after a day of caching and exploring the city, if it's ok with you, and meet some fellow cachers. One to attend.
Would love to attend but maybe travelling with The X-trailers by then.
If not will try and bring them along.
By the way what is a Wit Wat?

I'd love to post a 'will attend', but it's just a little too far out to commit. I'll make every effort though to get there
Ditto as for locus.
If I no longer need her to baby sit whilst I'm in a lecture, I'm in!
Does it have anything to do with Dutch postcards? LOL

I am currently babysitting Thursday nights but if that has finished, and we have no dramas at work that day, I will attend!
