Logs
There was no old house/home that I could see around here as per the description - perhaps it has been removed since publication? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the location as there was a small playground nearby that amused baby Cottontail. I had a quick search around GZ and then reverted to a few past photos that had me reposition myself - I ended up finding the cache a very short / negligible distance away, with my GPSr indicating the cache at S 27 22.838' E 153 04.799'. The cache container was in good shape, but the logbook is looking reasonably full. There was still some space about to add my stamp on an intermediate page. Thanks [Pprime (P`)](https://coord.info/PR3YKQ6) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------This morning, baby Cottontail and I attended Kedron parkrun, and then ventured into the nearby suburbs north-east for coffees, playground, and geocaches of course. We visited a few more of the *Ban-Yobbo* series, but our highlights of the morning were morning tea at Wolff Coffee Roasters, and the random cheap/bulk juice shop at Golden Circle Pineapple Pantry.
A trip to Brisbane for work gave me a bit of time for caching as well. Always great to visit Brisbane and to explore the area using caching as a guide. Found this cache on 27 October 2024 at12:33PM Thank you Pprime (P`) for placing and maintaining this cache for everyone to find. Tftc
Ahhhh there you are. GZ a few mtrs off today but a search lead me to something unusual and it was there the cache was located.TFTC!
Leaving the family lounging around at home, I headed out to collect a few caches on my way to DFO for a bit of a shopping spree. This a nice quick find on a super warm morning.Thanks!!#3700
Didnt realise there were two (accessible) sides to this fence! Once we had the right side, it was an easy find
Out for about three hours this afternoon to sort out the majority of this series. I had previously found two, found eleven today, plus two misses (including the final). A short time ago talking to the CO he commented how the series is doable on pushbike, so I decided to tackle it on my scooter. So after lunch, I started near Guns and followed a counter-clockwise circuit of the icons. This may well be the most detailed tour I've done of any suburb that I've never lived in. And it felt rather homely to me, given my Logan background also. I choose to not resemble any yobbo remarks! What a lovely way to spend the afternoon; perfect weather and enjoying the calm of a chilled-out Saturday, just a kilometre or three between each geocache!
Again a longer ride out of the industrial estate and down the road to this residential bit. I took a gamble on which side it would be on and was pretty stoked I got it right. I parked and made my way to the GZ and found the geocache with no difficulty or swearing at incorrect co-ordinates. Woot! Log signed at 15:10, and then I scooted for fun around the path through this estate before rolling on to the next. Thanks for this geocache, Pprime (P`)

A quick find in a nice secluded spot despite being in the middle of suburbia. Smiley number 2 from a Yobbo today. TFTC
With over 3 3/4 years more experience I returned to turn this sad blue face into a smiley TFTC
I’m lucky enough to travel for work and today finds me in Queensland. In between commitments, I find myself with time to kill so I stopped by here for a find.
Many thanks to Pprime (P`) for placing and maintaining Ban-Yobbo - Home. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

I was in the area to mainly find a couple of tree fishing caches while I still had the borrowed pole. This one was nearby and coordinates were a little bit out but quickly found when I spread my search. Logbook is mouldy but is fairly dry. Tftc
GZ was a little bit off but found it, log signed, cache “locked” and returned. TFTC. Log is water damaged and moldy, could use replacing
Pprime (P`) I found your cache Ban-Yobbo - Home on 21/8/2022, 6:10 pm. This is my find 3974 and find # 5 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Decided I needed a bit more of a walk on this drizzled day. Walked past and then had to double back and then had to relocate to pin down the gz. Nice location TFTC
In the area killing time. Narrowed down and easily found. #7 for today TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Dnf yobbo hid geocache treasure very secretly to avoid capture and finding was hard
Time is almost up and Net88 needs to get us home after a long say and fun night. Just grabbing thins one as a spider on a nearby tree watches me! All is good here
We were heading home from dropping DFC to work training and decided to go back and find the rest of the Ban-Yobbo Series. So, we set out to find this one and turn it into a yellow smiley face finally after coming here previously and unfortunately having a blue face on our map.
Before leaving the geocar (track my adventures D78QWZ) we re-read the description, the hint, confirming the Difficulty and Terrain and the previous finder’s logs.
We set off to walk to the GZ. MummaBear66 was directing us where to go. So, we started our walk over to the GZ, discussing about where this geocache could possibly be located and if the geocache was still in there due to the pervious log and owner maintenance stating this cache has been muggles 4 times in the past. We got the GZ and started our search for this cache.
Thankfully after a decent search in the wrong place we worked out we were in the incorrect place and regrouped. Shortly after we had the cache in hand, and we added our ink marks to the geocache log and replaced the geocache exactly as we found it. Then we headed back to the Geocar and JLK to start writing this log.
FINALLY FOUND THIS CACHE!!!!
Thanks for the P Prime (P’) for the placement of this awesome cache series.
Thanks for the Hunt.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing, Signed Log.
We teamed signed as Mumma Bear and the Cubs
With DFC_JLK2019, Tiny 1508, MummaBear66 and Krista 8175.

Thx. Was super fun. My first geocache. It was a bit tricky but I ended up getting it. Thx.
We went a little too late in the day and it was too dark, will hopefully try another day
PS. my partner was absolutely not in the mood after a close encounter with a huntsman

After the boardwalk loop in Nudgee Beach I decided to continue my bike ride back home via this area collecting some caches of this series.

Nice little stroll to GZ to find the prize. After a false start, the find was made and log signed. Oh yes - and the clue noted. Can’t forget that again!

Checked the other side of the fence facing the round. Didn’t find it but found a freaking knife taped to a stick so that was interesting.
A quick stop in here while in banyo to grab this little sucker with meljane83. Tftc
After having a sleep at the Yobbos home on the mattress we summoned enough strength to find the cache. Cache in good condition, logbook a little bit wet. TFTC!
Headed out on an adventure with Caveman9614.
After a damp snooze in the parks latest addition (dodgy street mattress frame), we made a quick find. Thanks for the laughs and the cache!

Found thanks to a second look FROM Bananas55. I looked in the area, but mind was preoccupied with Muggle needs (aka needed a bathroom)
After an aborted FTF attempt at another cache today, the geokid still wanted to scratch the itch. The rain clouds were threatening to ruin our fun, but thankfully withheld their liquid gold until we got home. We were in the general area, so stopped by a few caches in this series to add our names and pick up the clues. Geokid #1 found all of them - her eagle eye is well and truly working today. Geokid #2 was more interested in playing Minecraft and debating with me about why a chocolate cheesecake is an appropriate choice for dinner. You win some, you lose some.
Cache and log are in great condition - TB visit.
