Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Just caching up on 200 logs or so that I am behind. This one was found quickly, but was a little exposed to view. Covered it well before leaving. TFTC.
Found @1550 #1797
A late start for some caching on a Sunday afternoon (2pm) but I was keen to head to the Black Rocks region of Melbourne which is an area I do not normally have any need to visit.
A quick find and a nice drive-by. During the signing of the log the sound of small yappie dogs going off where heard, hope it wasn't me that triggered that response. Plenty of cover at GZ so all good.[^] TFTC cwiley

Last find for the day in the company of PrincessDiala, LochB and Alansee.
it hadn't rained too badly so we had come out to grab this quickly before heading home triumphantly!!
After a short walk from our cars, we made it to GZ and after a short search we had the container in our hands!!

Final cache for today, in the company of Colee_baby, Alansee and PrincessDiala. We'd aimed for me to find 22 caches to reach 5000, and in the end it was 26. Given the weather, what an achievement. TFTC
Nice little drive-by. I was blown away by the container - in almost 700 finds it's the first pelican I've found. Well done on choosing a quality box, I wish more would follow your lead! Thanks cwiley.
I really love caches that are in spots that people would walk right by every day and never know it was there unless you were looking for it. Tftc
I had been in nearby Hampton all morning as my three year old champ of a son just had some major surgery to correct a congenital disorder on his left foot, namely a quite rare condition called macrodactyly. The operation went very well and I now had to make my way back home to do some shopping as little Coops was coming home later on in the day. Along the way were a couple of nearby caches I was to drive past and I could quickly collect along the way.
A nice quick driveby. Parked the Pathy near GZ, found the cache signed the log and on my way.
Thanks for the hide.

Having medical appointments in town today we made the most of the great weather and the time in between these appointments to grab a few caches in an area that we don't often travel to. We pulled up near gz unsure whether or not we were going to be on the right side of the fence but for a change we were. It took a couple of minutes for the GPSr to settle down here but once it did it pointed to gz so we had a nice easy find of a much bigger cache than we expected and a very impressive container at that. It may not have been a weekend but we signed the log book to the sound of golfers teeing off only a few meters away but oblivious to our presence.
Many thanks cwiley for the cache.

Found @ 4:50pm. find # 1558
Passing by the area and needed to fill in todays square, so parked the car down from the corner and walked back to GZ and after a quick look around the cache was spotted, signed log and replaced the very nice container and tried to add a bit more como.
Thanks to cwiley for this cache.

Found it - Plenty of golfers on the other side of the fence and houses close by. Left a token & picked up Thunderbird !
After grabbing a few caches enroute to my final one, this one turned out to be on the way so I came to give it a try too. I parked nearby and walked the rest of the way, quickly finding the nice cache container and logging my visit. My only concern is the cache is pretty easy to spot even with the available camouflage over it and it would be a real shame for such a nice cache container to get muggled. Perhaps you could look into adding some more camouflague and perhaps even a lick of paint to keep it safe? TFTC

Good first find - left a mini plastic spaceship and signed log book. 11 July
GMJ had yet again beaten us to a cache by only minutes. We where impressed with the cache container. Way to good for a suburban hide and a park and grab at that. I would love to see caches this good in harder to get to caches. TFTC
We'd just finished a post FTF cuppa with Justin at Steves when this published.. We were already on the road so a quick uturn saw us enroute.. however the King of the night was too close and thus we had to settle with a STF, great first hide.. and a real nice container.. I hope it lasts.. In hindsight, if it was behind the fence we may have had a better go at FTF.. Thanks Cwiley for the hide, Find #2725
Congratulations to gmj3191 and others on the earlier finds. It pays to park cautiously in these parts, because, as gmj3191 rightly suggests, you just don't know who is lurking about late at night! A quick find tonight, and I agree with the others - my first thoughts were, What an attractive cache!
Thankyou for the hide - looking forward to more of such quality.

Tonight we were at Point Nepean finding all of the nightcaches that we missed last year, and while we were driving home this one popped up. We had just come off the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and I quickly punced on Dad. 'CAN WE GO?!' If he didn't say yes, I would just make it hell for him We could pick it up on our way home anyway, so it was in a perfect position. I quickly sent a ping off to gmj3191 however little did I know, he had just signed the logbook when I sent that ping .
We arrived at GZ at around 9:52pm and after a few minutes we quickly located the very nice box. Well done! Funnily enough, for a cache in my area while I was on the road in caching mode, 20mins after we publication, it had already been found 3 times before I was there! Doh!
Thanks for a very nice cache cwiley. Can't wait to see your next one

FTF, at 9:40pm , find # 1264
The mail advice came through at 9:30pm and luckily I heard it as a few minutes earlier I had been in a noisy phone unfriendly location.
I arrived at GZ and all was quiet.
A quick find ensued but I had left my stamp in the car which I had parked about 50m away in a legal position. (You never know who might turn up at these night caches). I returned to my car, signed the log and left a tape measure key ring. I took the travel bug.
This was a really nice cache and a fantastic first hide.
As I was about to return to replace the cache a vehicle roared past with loud music playing and disappeared around the corner. Soon there were lights flashing and criss crossing through the nearby bushes.
As I neared the hide, I could see it was Covert and Spladem. I handed them the cache and we had a brief discussion about its nice quality.
A few minutes later we went our separate ways and just after I arrived home lemmykc started pinging me about it, a bit disappointed that he had missed out on the nearby action, but happy as he had a successful trip down to Point Nepean, but glad that it was more or less on his way home.
So there you have it, a very nice cache, and four signatures in the book in the first 30 mins.
Thanks for a great first cache cwiley
